Hatake Miiri is an Academy Student of Kumogakure no Sato. Though she is a member of the prestigious Hatake clan she does not yet have any accomplishments to her name.

Appearance

Hair Color: Thin white hair that comes down to just above her shoulders.

Clothing:

• Ninja [General]: Miiri's typically appearance for ninja work is a rather standardized outfit with little variation from day to day. She wears a simple white sleeveless vest with her clan emblem over a simple black strapless shirt to allow full range of motion on her arms. Her vest is tied at the center with a black obi and flows down past her waist. Underneath she wears black athletic shorts again to allow for range of motion. Her black ninja boots pull almost up to her knees and double as shin cards for combat. She wears fishnet style leggings, mostly to keep her knees slightly warm as they cold bothers her a bit. It doesn't really help because fishnet, but its just thick enough to keep away shivers. On each arm she has tight black arm warmers with flowing white detached sleeves over those.
• Casual: While not on missions Miiri will often dress in simple clothing erring more on the traditional side than modern. Though she will sometimes appear in a t-shirt and jeans she will much more often show up in a dress similar to her mission clothing minus her large combat boots and shin cards or ninja pouch. Instead she will usually wear a simple pair of sandals or plain flats.
  

Physical Description: A slightly smaller than average build for her age, Miiri is frail in a single word. She has yet to start puberty, and her small child like form shows it. Though other girls her age may have begun to grow in height, hers stays stubbornly below five feet. Not that she minds, standing out never seemed like an advantage to her after all. The most memorable characteristic of Miiri is her eyes. Though a mint green in color, it is the unsettling looks she gives her teachers and peers that many remember. She has a habit of making direct eye contact and holding as if she is trying to study the person intently. Almost always with a small neutral frown.

History

Chapter 0; Prologue
Miiri was born on October 3, 2103 to Tsukuro and Sono of the Hatake clan in Kumogakure no Sato. Unfortunately for the family, Miiri's mother Sono passed away while giving birth to her to mysterious complications. She grew up under the care of her father and elder brother Tawara, whom is seven years her senior. At no point in her upbringing did her father of Tawara seem to hold her mother's death against her, unlike many small children that may have though the younger responsible, Tawara learned early on that it was no ones fault. As such Miiri never grew up with any guilt of her mother's death as many might assume she would. Her father Tsukuro was a born Hatake, sharing her stark white hair and stoic nature. As long as Miiri can remember he had been a respected Jounin of Kumogakure. Her brother graduated from the academy at 12 and advanced to the rank of Chuunin by 16. He just recently was promoted to Jounin rank at the age of 19. Because of his age, Tawara did not have any direct involvement in the Kumogakure Empire. Her father on the other hand carried out many missions, but does not share them with his family.

Miiri herself grew up with a relatively small emotional support group, which caused her to form a more introverted personality where she spent much time alone. With her father and brother often away on business, she was left in the care of her aunt Suka, her mother's sister. At the age of 9 Miiri was admitted to the Kumogakure Ninja Academy. She has relatively few friends, and none that she would consider close. For the most part she is considered a loner, though she doesn't not begrudge this fact. She enjoys time to herself and fills her hours with training, tinkering, reading, and building small things she learns from textbooks.
