Tokei hatake is one the few hatake to have been born in kumo. But is the first Hatake to have gained the ranton bloodline. While gaining this bloodline Tokei lost his arm but never gave up on being a ninja.

Body: Tokei is a slender Boy with above-average upper body strength and muscle mass due to training he partook in when he was in therapy. Having no arm has also attributed to tokei's physical appearance. he has substantially grown since having lost his arm possibly due to his intense therapy and taijutsu training.

Attire Public:

Summer: In the summer months tokei usually wears shorts and t-shirts nothing too baggy or tight, Also wears gym clothes and tracksuits when he is training.

Winter: In the winter being that it is very cold tokei wears a variety of sweaters and either jeans or sweatpants.

Spring & Autumn: Since autumn and spring can be equally cold and warm what tokei varies one what the temperature is outside. On the colder days tokei wear his trademark red jacket and a pair of jeans, And on the warmer day tokei may still wear his jacket but with a pair of cargo shorts.

Battle

General: While tokei has not real battle armor his cloak like jacket has been reinforced to be as strong as the chain mail shirts behind him.

History

Chapter: 1 The Perfect Storm is Born

Tokei hatake was born into the hatake clan on the twenty-second day of June in the year two thousand one hundred and one. His mother momozono And father tsuchikau who both loved him and encouraged his entrance into the academy his mother was a kind heart who loved her son to the point of getting into fights over his problems. Tsuchikau his father was the clan head and held tokei to greater standards than any other hatake father would but he had also trained him harder, Strategy and tactics something all hatake should know this was something tokei's father would say this often. Tokei was expected to find his own niche in being a ninja as the hatake way training in weapons is a specialty of the clan but not required. Tokei acquired a knack for water and lightning ninjutsu and when it became apparent he learned how to combine them into storm release which then became his go to. Tokei has always looked up to the raikage like a little kid would but everyone who met tokei would now he would not grow out of this. Tokei wanted to be raikage and nothing short of death would stop him

Chapter:2 Ninja School

Tokei Did not fail in the academy classes he took but he did not excel he did particularly well in the ninjutsu and taijutsu portions of the classes but anything relating genjutsu was like talking to him in a different language. Tokei graduated the academy at the age of 10 when his mother had asked him to wait until he was sixteen to ask to be put on a gennin team. Tokei honored his mother's request and when he did he was not sorry at first tokei had been put on the perfect team his teammate was fun to be around and his sensei was not mean but down to earth. all of this had changed when the third member of his team had arrived Otome the princess the stuck up kid that hated tokei and all he represented. Tokei has tried to whittle away her feeling of disgust towards him but to him, it is apparent this will be a slow and painful task. Rho his other teammate he gets along with quite well.

Chapter:3 Something Lost, Something Gained

Not too long after tokei had joined his gennin team a strange note came to him telling him to sneak out of the village. It led him to a large castle where he was tested until he found himself in a room that was filling with strange fluid, Tokei tried as he might he could not escape in any way that he could see until the water pulled him in. To Tokei he had died and after a while, he had grieved over himself primarily targeting otome as a source of anger. Once tokei had accepted his death it was obvious that he didn't die but fell through the floor into a cavern which one of tokeis toughest opponents lived. A Crocodile with the blood of a storm release user, once tokei learned of this fact alot of pieces started to fall into place at least why he was called here. But, Sadly in an attempt to knock out the beast tokei let a jutsu get best of him and electrocuted himself rendering him unconscious. The beast took advantage of this and stole tokei's left arm, But someone saved him soon after and gave him the crocodile for a blood transfusion giving tokei the powers of the storm release Kekkai Genkai. After tokei lost his arm he lost his ability to even use pure storm release ninjutsu But he found a way to integrate it into a taijutsu style, and even otome has credited that tokei has grown stronger for this change.
