This is a list of clans that exist in the Ninja Academy Universe and can be joined by a player. The list is organized by village of origin and come with a very brief description of the clan and what their premise is. Also listed along with a description is the last known owner of the clan. If a clan owner has been inactive and you are interested in joining the clan, please contact a staff member. A clan can be exchanged ownership or opened up in the absence of the owner given staff permission.
Iwagakure no Sato
- Ageshio (Azure)
- The Ageshio clan loosely focuses on the gravity element. Their bloodline, the “Gyrating Touch” allows them to counter and return certain attacks made at them, along with forcing chakra based attacks to fail. They are a new clan in the village, transferring after the destruction of Uzushiogakure.
- Alchem (cntrstrk14)
- The Alchem are warriors of the elements, jack of all trades and master of none. Their bloodline, Alchemy, allows them to control, manipulate and change the composition of elements to their choosing. It is believed that all but two were slaughtered in the Akatsuki Invasion, leaving the clan all but extinct.
- Enjin (cntrstrk14)
- The Enjin clan is a family focused on the art of smoke manipulation and application. Their bloodline allows them to generate smoke from their body and allows them advanced use of smoke for many different applications. They were integrated only once the NCIA took control of the country; making them a relatively new, yet healthy, clan in the village.
- Horajouin (Warr)
- The Horajouin clan is a society of its own that is self sufficient and has a strong tie with the wild life of Tsuchi no Kuni. They are without a bloodline, but often have a bear or feline companion that will fight by their side and are very community centric.
- Izuna (Rilon)
- The Izuna clan originated with monks in the Iwa mountains. Izuna clan members are proficient with summoning and commanding Pipe Fox, a small spirit creature, in battle. The Izuna clan are powerful trackers and trap wielders, often times using their Pipe Fox to force an enemy into a corner.
- Kaitaiseichuu (Temperance)
- The Kaitaiseichuu are a mysterious clan with a natural set of talents that disposes them towards puppeteer. They live in the peaks of the mountains surrounding the village in order to separate themselves from the distractions of day to day life and focus on their work.
- Karitegaki (Rilon)
- The Karitegaki are a clan originating in Waterfall Country, their bloodline allows use of their enhanced capillaries, referred to as tendrils, to attack their foes with powerful taijutsu. Although initially inept with the elements, the Karitegaki can quickly become elemental masters by harvesting the hearts of their foes and integrating them into their body. The Karitegaki generally hide their macabre gift from the Iwa populace.
- Kichi (Rilon)
- A "clan" that may be joined by anyone. The Kichi are defined by their love for the performing arts which has given birth to a unique martial style, focusing on juggling and speed instead of raw physical power.
- Shimazu (Terrick Sukrai)
- This clan is the remnants of one of the various Samurai clans that existed before the rise of the shinobi powers in the world, and as a result is looked upon with both derision and pity by the majority of ninja. They are experienced swordsman and have their completely own style of fighting.
- Shintaro (Nappers)
- A strange and mysterious band of gypsy puppeteers.
Kirigakure no Sato
- The Suizuma clan is a steam based taijutsu clan. They have a twofold bloodline that is based off of an inner heating system and a fighting style that releases hot water on the pores of their hands. They also have created unique hollow katars that allow them to pump steam through as they attack.
- Hisame (Azure)
- The Hisame family focuses on the art of ice creation and usage. Their bloodline allows them to meld into all water substances and become invisible to the naked eye. They have a wide variety of ice jutsu and their star technique is the “Demonic Ice Crystals” that allow them to trap an opponent in a prison of ice while attacking them.
Konohagakure no Sato
- Sarutobi (Azure)
- The Sarutobi clan focuses on the element of fire and its variations primarily. They are without a bloodline, but their rich history and known fame has produced some of the strongest warriors in the village. They are more individualized and personalized in their strengths than relying on clan teachings.
- Hyuuga (Azure)
- The Hyuuga clan focus on their unique blend of fighting called the “Gentle Fist which uses their own chakra to attack the tenketsu (chakra points) of an enemy. Their bloodline the “Byakugan” allows them to have telescopic vision, see chakra coils and ward away illusions.
- Senju (Azure)
- The Senju are known for their many talents, but the bulk of them focus on the ability to manipulate and control wood. Their bloodline enhances this effect and allows them to be dangerous in terms of power. Their legacy still continues in the village.
- Yobayashi (Zereon)
- The Yobayashi are a wind based pet centered clan specializing in birds. This clan isn’t a family, but a group of people without bloodlines that wish to become a part of the clan. Any non-bloodline shinobi that fulfill the requirements may become a Yobayashi.
- Inuzuka (Azure)
- The Inuzuka are one of the few pet clans in the village. Although they have no bloodline, they have a variety of skills and techniques that take advantage of having a pet in battle. They have part dog senses and the little gifts that come with that.
- Uchiha (Cellar Door & Azure)
- Fighting for return from the brink of extinction, the Uchiha clan is another family that focuses on the element of fire. Their bloodline the “Sharingan” works as a kaleidoscope that can slow down perception, memorize techniques and induce hypnosis.
- Nara (Kouta)
- The Nara clan specializes in the use of their shadows. They don’t have a bloodline, but their set of clan skills bolster the power of their shadows that can be used to trap opponents and further antagonize them. They also are known for their poison handling proficiency.
- Aburame (Hardcore Skittlez)
- The Aburame family focuses on control of insects and various damage reduction and medical skills. Their insects do not place them as a pet clan. Some are so close with their insects that the shinobi themselves become the bug’s hive.
- Kinamoto (Baromosa)
- The Kinamoto family are a crystal based clan that tells a story about a jade dragon. Their bloodline “Shoton” Crystal release, allows them to manufacture and manipulate crystals as a defense mechanism.
- Shiro-akuma (KameKaze)
- The SHiro-Akuma are a spirit based clan that focus on embodying their ghost partner as a mask that enhances their ability to fight.
- Akimichi (Azure)
- The Akimichi do not have a bloodline, but rather specialize in their large forms and clan items. The clan focuses on defense and taijutsu, but has a loss in speed and evasion. The pills the family creates fully restores all their energy, but after a set amount of time, they drop to critical levels.
- Yamanaka (Hardcore Skittlez)
- The Yamanak have no bloodline, but there specialty comes in two fold. First, they developed techniques that switch their minds with an opponent that effectively lets them control who they desire. Second, the Yamanaka are profound in their herbal remedies and poisons. Their beautify, regardless of gender, is hard to top.

Otogakure no Sato
- The descendants of many roaming bandit families, the Dorobou are masters of thievery. Though too young to have discovered a bloodline, this clan is no less dangerous than any other. They have honed their abilities to the point that nothing on the battlefield is safe from their clutches.
- Getsuei Odoriko (Fluffywerewolf)

- Naiyume (Azure)
- The Naiyume family does not focus on a particular element. The main base of their power comes from their bloodline, the “Open Soul” that uses the theory that the human soul contains an untapped amount of energy and power hunkered down in a body. At its highest level, the bloodline will destroy the body, so the user must create or steal one. They originally hired from Uzushiogakure and are loathed and feared.
- The Senjin are a pacifist clan that serve the ninja world as guardians. Performing powerful protective and preventative jutsu to keep allies safe.
Sunagakure no Sato
- Hibari Clan (Rilon)
- An ancient clan of bird breeders, the Hibari are a core clan of Suna's shinobi force. The clan members have unique mutations around their lungs called Oshi that give them masterful control over Wind jutsu.
- Chuugi Clan (Pandamattmatt)
- A refugee clan from Uzushiogakure no Sato, which was nearly wiped out due to their intrinsic need to serve and protect. The unique properties of their blood makes it possible for them to heal or hurt in equal measure.
- The Kohashi Clan (Nappers)

Inter Village Clans
Inter Village Clans are clans that exist over multiple villages. The members often originate from somewhere in the world not directly within a country with a hidden village, and they can appear in any of the hidden villages depending on where their family is living currently.

- Abilities: The Housho focus on their bloodline, the Shikigami no Mai to allow them absolute control over paper. Able to transform their body into sheets of paper, the Housho are quick and effective combatants.
