Sakamodo Sadahiro was an Academy instructor [[NCIA]] at the Centralized Ninja Academy. He was a Chuunin of [[Kumogakure no Sato]] for most of his ninja career. In fact, his records at Kumogakure would still list him as a Chuunin. When he arrived in [[Nijiyakashufu]], he proclaimed he was a Jounin and due to the massive changes happening in the world at that time, no one bothered to check or correct him.
