Kobushi

Summary

Kobushi was, at one time, a prodigal gymnast who was set to represent Hi no Kuni on the international stage. Tragically, he fell on his head and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. A shadow of his former self, he can no longer walk, control his bowels or speak. Kobushi's medical needs have devastated his family financially and emotionally. Nevertheless, they treat him with kindness and love. His sister, Hiragi, even dropped her promising career as a dancer to research Medical Ninjutsu in the hopes of curing him.

Before the injury, Kobushi was a braggart with a big heart whose confidence radiated from every pore. Even though his schedule was incredibly busy, he always went to his baby sister's performances and was the first to congratulate her on her acceptance into a world renowned dance company.
