Uchiha Nevan is a Jounin of Konohagakure no Sato and the ranking Arch-General of ANBU. His ranking position, however is being filled by Shimura Raijuta while he is on select missions hand selected by the Hokage. He is a dreamer haunted by nightmares of the human psyche, but by no means is Nevan unstable. To the top degree, he is a sage and an architect of jutsu. Nevan is the living son of Uchiha Madara.
