Honochi Emil
Honochi Emil is the Elite Guard of the Daimyo Yoshida Kasumi. He is bound to her specifically and eternally, even if she leaves office. He is rarely seen outside of her side and hardly known at all, though his clearances in the Hi no Kuni government permeate the deepest levels. As such, little of his skill is known in the populous and no little child has made him their role model. Although he has the Soradansu bloodline, he is scant to use it. Emil is also the supervisor of the prototype group called "The Ember Initiative."

Personality
Emil has often been wholeheartedly described as a dick. Not the kindest humanity has to offer, Emil is usually curt and rarely dishes out compliments for following orders or anything that is expected. He sees most things as a means to an end and usually ventures into the normally grey in order to achieve this. He absolutely hates insubordination and wasting time and has a very low tolerance towards anyone. Though if he is shown respect, he will return it.It is difficult to impress Emil, but if ever achieved, it will hardly be dulled out.
He has a secret soft spot for the Daimyo, but on Emil's scale it fall onto the "does not dislike" category.
Biography
Emil grew up as a street urchin in Hotarunoshi. Due to his short size, he needed to adopt the persona of a bully in order to survive when his parents couldn't provide for him. He learned the ways of the street quickly and accepted the days as they were instead of wailing of oppression and injustice. He was an only child, of which he knew. All other siblings that he died were either still born or died soon after birth. If any survived, he never heard of them, nor sook them out. His parents finally saved enough money to send him to the academy and although all children could attend, they made sure he didn't look like the street trash he was born in. Money for clothes, food and a decent bath every once in a while. After a couple of years, he failed out of the academy--more like, was kicked out. He fought many of the students there for giving him an attitude, eventually even though he understood the lessens he would purposely fail the tests.
When the NCIA came, Emil fought tooth and nail but was eventually captured, alive. His parents though, never made it out from the rubble they were caught in. Emil then attended and passed the CNA with flying colors once he was regarded without his background. When he was taught with structure he responded well and ranked highest in the commander field tests. It became well known that Emil had no bloodline to augment his abilities and as a complement to him, the NCIA forced a transfusion on him with one of their most regarded clans; the Soradansu. He resisted of course and cursed his way though it. If it didn't kill him, he would have pour all the blood from his veins to regain his normal blood. But eventually he came to accept it. He was assigned back to the Hotarunoshi branch under the Daimyo Yoshida Arashi. He served until his falling breath and then disappeared.
A life of crime suited him for a few years until Yoshida Kasumi, the new Daimyo had discovered his dossier. He was caught and willingly arrested, just so he had the comfort of an institution. Kasumi personally interrogated him for all the information he had on her father and at the end of the conversation, enlisted him into her personal service.
