Richu Suizei
Richu Suizei is the only child of the current Daimyo of the Surkh, [Richu Jimmu]]. Because of a brutal set of assassinations, the royal sons of Daimyo Jimmu were both killed in the prime of their manhood. Following these tragedies, Jimmu wed again and gave birth the a single daughter, Suizei. Currently sixteen years old, she was recently involved in a kidnapping that threatened the entire succession and control of the city. Though she was rescued by a small team of Sunagakure no Sato ninja, her father's health continues to decline. It seems that she may take over her father's role before her eighteenth birthday.
He has been in office for three years and is well known for his involvement in the Yuki no Kuni negotiations and treaties, most notably the controversial Tsuchi Yuki Aggression Declaration.
