Sakamodo Sadahiro
Sakamodo Sadahiro was an Academy instructor NCIA at the Centralized Ninja Academy. He was a Chuunin of Kumogakure no Sato for most of his ninja career. In fact, his records at Kumogakure would still list him as a Chuunin. When he arrived in Nigiyakashufu, he proclaimed he was a Jounin and due to the massive changes happening in the world at that time, no one bothered to check or correct him. Since he was so incredibly average, he would often bump elbows with the NCIA's elite. Sadahiro occasionally has fits of psychosis, earning him the title of gypsy.
