Appearance

Clothing: Junsei wears a breathable, black, three-quarter sleeve shirt over a long sleeve chain mesh shirt. The bit of chain mail that shows on his forearms, he wraps with a cloth that is nearly incidental in color to his forest green ninja tabi. A pair of black, formfitting pants allows easy and unrestricted movement as well as ample space to strap his kunai holsters to his right calf and left thigh. Around his waist, Junsei wears a green cloth sash, made from the same bolt of fabric as his arm wraps. In the center of this green sash, Junsei has sewn in an ancient Hitai-Ate with the symbol for 'Shinobi' engraved into it.
Physical Description: Junsei is average in both his height, weight and build. His specialization in medical ninjutsu often belays his attention to physical training. When Junsei does focus on training his body, he aims to become more lithe. Under his shirt, Junsei has a lightning bolt shaped scar that doubles as a tattoo, just above his heart. This is where Uchiha Saki punctured his chest with a Chidori while simultaneously attacking with an Ink jutsu.

History

-Pre-Roleplay

Junsei's career as a shinobi was quite common and unremarkable through his Academy years. Like most of his peers, he studied and trained in the basics of being a shinobi. After graduating to Gennin, Junsei took a year of training with his clan before being assigned to a Jounin. In that year, Junsei was taught many of the techniques that allowed the Hanamajo clan to grow the many crops they sell in Suna. During this year of training, Junsei learned about duality in life. In a single flower, you can find both life and death; an incredibly potent medicine that can save a life just as easily as an immediately lethal poison that steals life away. For a shinobi, both applications have their place, but Junsei was told that it was time to decide which path to take. Without hesitation, Junsei chose to save a life. Thus began his career as a medical shinobi.

Junsei soon found that his chakra control was actually quite precise and easily adapted to the medical training. When he was not practicing in the hospital, Junsei would stay up late and read as many medical texts as he could get his hands on. While this took a crippling toll on Junsei's personal life, it helped the boy advance steadily in the medical field. After several months of medical practice, Junsei was deemed fit to be put on a team.

With the Jounin, Yuka, Junsei was paired with fellow gennin, Ishikawa Kotaro. The two knew each other previously in life, but didn't necessarily get along. They did find that they shared a perverted penchant for scoping out sexiness in all its forms, which was great fun, until they both got in trouble for it.

-Out Of This World

Junsei's first big adventure actually started after a training session with Yuka and Kotaro. After being thoroughly beaten by Yuka, the group ventured out into the desert for some survival exercises. However, what was in store for them would complete alter Junsei's course forever. Among the blistering sands, Junsei, Kotaro and Yuka stumbled across a giant snake held captive within a glass orb, tied by a large rope. If that wasn't enough to grab their attention, the snake started to talk. In their minds. Before they could decide on the next course of action, a group of chuunin and jounin shinobi showed up to collect or destroy the creature, but Junsei and Kotaro, as young as rebellious as they were, decided that it was a better idea to release the creature.

With Kotaro making a distraction, Junsei severed the rope that bound Koryu, the icy snake Yokai within her prison. When she was released, Koryu displayed the ability to completely immobilize the entire group, including at least two jounins, with a single blast of ice. Before any of them could follow, Koryu disappeared into the desert. As the sun sank below the horizon, and rose again the next day Junsei and his team convened to make sense of the strange event. It was decided, unanimously, that no one was happy with whatever answers were given, so they would find their own. The only problem: the Kazekage ordered that no one leave the city.

-Out Of Legend

Of course, the citywide shut down put a damper on the trio's plans. Not being able to leave the city would make trying to track down Koryu very difficult, but where there were three idiots, there was a way. Junsei led the group to his clan's farms and into an underground shelter that led out of the city. One they were in the desert, the group began headway to Arrakis. For hours they ran, stopping only occasionally to allow Junsei and Kotaro to rest. The two gennin just as adamant about finding Koryu as Yuka, Junsei perhaps even more so than either of the other two.

After deciding to make a camp just outside Arrakis, Junsei and Kotaro were confronted by a group of civilians on patrol. Luckily, Yuka had left them shortly before, as the civilians were on the look out for two gennin accompanied by a jounin. After some odd conversation and misdirection, Junsei and Kotaro managed to convince the civilian guard to leave. To their luck though, Yuka would arrive shortly with evidence of Koryu.

• Junsei was thrown in jail after disobeying orders from the Kazekage. His venture outside of Sunagakure after the sightings of several yokai, was in fact a yokai hunt.
• Hanamajo Yuri, a Jounin instructor, is Junsei's older sister.
• Junsei has fought Uchiha Saki on three separate occasions

• Of these three battles, Junsei has won one of them

• While working in Konoha, Junsei was introduced to the Slug Summons and has entered into a Summoning Contract with them

• The techniques Junsei uses are named Flower Release and Plant Release according to what flora is chosen. Generally, if it flowers, it is a Flower Release. Anything else, such as thorns, vines, grasses are named Plant release.
  
• Hanamajo Junsei is the character that PandaMattMatt has owned the longest.
  
• Junsei's pictures are of Antonio or Spain from Axis Powers Hetalia.
