Hatake Inoue is a ninja of Konohagakure no Sato who graduated from the Leaf Academy years ago but has only in recent years committed herself to the life of a shinobi. She yearns to embody the synonymous name of 'Excellence' that the Hatake have earned for themselves to make her father and late grandfather proud.

Hair Color: Inoue’s hair is short, reaching just to her neckline and is a silvery white credited to her heritage as a Hatake.
Eye Color: Inoue’s eyes are beautiful pale, turquoise blue which mirrors the hue of the skies above on a nice, clear day.
Skin: Inoue has an even, cream colored skin tone that hasn’t even a bit of tanning despite her time spent outside.
Physical Description: Inoue stands at a fair height for her age, no more intimidating than any other girl of ordinary height. Her muscle mass is nonexistent, her thin frame lacking almost any defining features or even curves, though one shouldn’t be fooled in assuming she’s as physically weak as she appears. At best, her legs are the most ‘toned’ part of her body as a couple of ‘indentions’ in her calves that suggest they house a small amount of bulk muscle. Her short, silvery white hair rests a few inches just above her shoulders which flows partially to the right. This is due to the way she parted the hair from the upper right corner of her head, allowing both her pale blue eyes to shine forth with purity.

Her attire consists of a navy blue top which starts at her shoulders, coming down to the middle of her chest in a wide obtuse V-shape. Rather than her upper torso being fully exposed, a sleeveless net top is worn under the shirt. The upper rim of the shirt is a deep, maroon red that wraps around from the front to the back of the shirt. The ‘sleeves’ are exceptionally short and end inches below where her shoulder meets with her arms, the remainder of which are wrapped in black arm warmers. On the back of the shirt is where she sports the Hatake clan symbol. The lower half of her body is covered partly by a short navy blue skirt matching the top, though it is pulled up slightly along her left hip where she has her blue kunai holster attached and her headband situated above where the holsters straps connect to her skirt. Underneath the skirt are tight, gray shorts that end at her mid thigh. Strapped alongside her right need are bandages, as well as a blue shuriken holster. Lastly, she sports a pair of black, high-heeled sandals with net-like design along the entrance of the footwear that reach just below her knees.

History

Despite being a member of the prestigious Hatake clan, Inoue's father, Hatake Hiro, was a farmer and not a shinobi. He used his basic level of skills with Ninjutsu and such to take care of crops around the village. He was unable to perform adequately in the academy and repeatedly failed the graduation exam. As such he gave up on his dream of being a ninja and moved to a different occupation. When the man had a child he pushed his dream on to her instead, especially when his wife passed away due to complications with childbirth.

Despite Hiro’s daughter being his shame, Inoue's grandfather loved her dearly. When asked for help to raise Inoue to be a shinobi, he wholeheartedly agreed and threw himself into the effort. Starting from the age of five Inoue began to work on her physical body. However, with her grandfather at an advanced age his health was declining. As such when they began to train Inoue in Bukijutsu, his old body couldn't keep up with the demands giving Inoue an unbalanced foundation.

Even as the attack on the village from the Ninja Crime Intelligence Agency took place, not much changed for the Hatake girl as her father was simply a farmer instead of her shinobi and her grandfather had long since retired and had clearly been ill. Their states left not only the NCIA from bothering them, but also the Resistance, leaving the small family to some amount of peace for the next couple of years until the fall of the Kumogakure Empire and NCIA took place. During this time, Inoue continued receiving her training but in the utmost secrecy.

As a child, Inoue loved the attention her father and grandfather gave her. She always worked her hardest to make them proud. Though it was originally her father's dream Inoue took up the "torch" and carried it proudly. She focused on her training giving it her everything. On her rest days her grand father would often take her fishing and used the time to teach her valuable life lessons. The lesson with the most impact and provided Inoue the greatest influence was her grandfathers teachings about the Will of Fire. Although it was still an abstract concept to her and she didn’t truly understand what it meant, she did her best to up hold what it meant in her mind until she finally grasped the concept.

With the reign of the Kumogakure Empire over, the state of the Leaf village was slowly returning to normal. At last, the academy was opened which piqued Inoue’s interest. Unfortunately with her grandfather’s health deteriorating further and wanting to make him proud, Inoue sought to make a deal with her grandfather where he would stay around a little longer till she at least graduated. After their agreement was settled Inoue hastily joined the academy at the first chance she got.

The love and encouragement that her family shared with her made her stronger and more determined than ever. By putting her nose to the grindstone, she worked hard and managed to get a firm grasp on manipulating chakra and jutsu execution. Try as she did, Taijutsu and Bukijutsu were still subjects that she struggled with. She eventually substituted the rest days she spent with her grandfather fishing to train her body completely until exhaustion. She would watch and observe other Hatake as they completed their training and mimicked much of their movements as she completed her self-training. In the end whether her genetics shined through or her hard work manifested the change, Inoue had formed a strong foundation in bukijutsu, particularly while wielding the two tanto that once belonged to her father when he was younger.

After passing the Gennin exams, Inoue graduated from the academy and officially became a ninja of Konoha. Her grandfather was at the graduation as promised. Shortly after though her grandfather’s health declined rapidly. He had been holding out so he could keep his promise. and now he had no strength left. Upon her grandfather’s death Inoue withdrew from the rest of the world for a short while. She was less open and got into fights unlike ever before. This period of grief ended soon after her father sat her down and reminded her of her grandfather’s love and aspirations for her and didn’t want her grieving over his memory but cherishing it instead. It was difficult to let go of her sadness at first but she knew he was right. Even in the afterlife she wanted her grandfather to know she would become a proud Hatake in her own way.
