The Hyakuseizen Breach event was the appearance of an unknown and powerful Ōtsutsuki woman in Tsuchi no Kuni in the Summer of 2116. She attacked the most secure and hidden facility in the country, the mountain prison Hyakuseizen. She was engaged by the Tsuchikage Alchem Syaoran, the fight ending in the retreat of both parties as the cavern they fought in collapsed. There were massive casualties on site both prisoners and staff, in addition to Uchiha Saki who disappeared in the aftermath.
Darkening Skies
The I.A.F. Aries, a Destroyer Class airship who's captain is Rear Admiral Park Sung Hyo, received a distress call from Hyakuseizen. The ship was on a mission to the north western providences of Tsuchi no Kuni for a summit of concern over growing tensions between a handful of daimyo. On board was the Tsuchikage Alchem Syaoran, his two students Namikaze Azrael and Uchiha Saki, as well as a number of airmen in service for the ship and other assorted delegation members. As the closest ship able to respond, the Aries changed course and was able to arrive at the prison within half an hour of the breach. The primary concern of the Tsuchikage was that the Yonbi Bijuu Jinchuuriki, a man named Ganshou Masao which had been held in the prison for decades had broken free and was on a rampage.
The scene on the ground was grizzly, with ninja and prisoners thrown about haphazardly and the blast doors that secured the facility torn open like a tin can. Bodies were left in mangled forms in every direction and the Tsuchikage quickly realized that only a small team would be able to enter as the scene would need to be secured by the ninja he had brought. Syaoran selected his two students as well as four Iwagakure Jounin; Deng Banto (weapon specialist), Aotsuchi (former black-ops field captain), Kaede Tomaru (medical ninja), and Shosuke Ajin (sensor). The seven proceeded into the mountain.
It did not take long for the team to realize that something was very very wrong. If the biju was indeed on a rampage it had broken out only to retreat back down into the deepest portions of the prison, a central core deep within a magma filled cavern that was sealed far below the surface. The team entered the cavern and were confronted with a strange woman who was absorbing the form of Ganshou Masao. Combat ensued, and though the woman possessed immense strength the Tsuchikage and his team were able to out maneuver her and keep her at bay. An early attack by the Tsuchikage that placed a seal on her and kept her from accessing the Yonbi's chakra within gave them the edge they needed to survive the encounter. It was only due to the structural collapse of the cavern itself that the fight came to an end, both parties retreating. It was at this time that Uchiha Saki disappeared from the group, vanishing without a trace- likely abducted by the woman.
