Clothing: Itsuo wears a navy blue jumpsuit with a salt white stripe down each side. On his jumpsuit, there is a salt white Kirigakure symbol on the right side. Underneath his jacket, he wears a salt white t-shirt. Around his neck, he wears an emerald scarf with tattered edges. On his right leg, Itsuo wears a small salt white kunai pouch. Upon his feet, Itsuo wears a navy shinobi sandals. Itsuo wears a navy blue Hitai-ate around his waist as a belt.
Physical Description:Itsuo is a handsome young man. He has sharp baby blue eyes and ebony black hair. He hair is shaggy and falls down over his face. Itsuo is often seen with a polite smile; however, because of his timid nature, Itsuo tends to present as apprehensive. On the rare occasion that Itsuo is with individuals he feels safe with, his smile becomes quite charming. Below the neck, Itsuo has a slender build, consisting of narrow shoulders and long arms and legs.

History

'Chapter 0: Journey to Kiri

It was a typical day in Amegakure, cloudy and constant rain. Reo and Fuyumi had just given birth to Itsuo. The two could not have been more excited to have a brand new baby boy. Reo hoped that one day he would be able train his child to use Water ninjutsu. However, Reo knew he had to wait though until Itsuo was old enough to train him. In the meantime, Reo and Fuyumi did their best to raise a child to be curious and dream big dreams.

Flash forward three years, Kumogakure no Sato decided to invade the known world. During this time, Reo and Fuyumi became concerned with how Amegakure would handle this situation, so they decided it would be best to move to Kirigakure. It was a village where they would still be surrounded by water, but would feel slightly more secure since it was a larger village. Early in the spring of 2107, Kumogakure finally invaded Amegakure. Amegakure was taken over within a matter of a few days. After the village was being controlled by Kumogakure, Reo and Fuyumi believed it would be best to leave the village now as quietly as they could. After carefully avoiding Kumogakure ninja, Reo and Fuyumi were able to escape with Itsuo.

They then began their journey towards Kirigakure. It took the three of them just over a week to make it through the Land of FIre. Once the three of them had reached the Eastern Ocean, they waited for a boat to come by in order to make it to Kirigakure. As they waited for a boat to come by, a mysterious individual approached them. The figure demanded their money and belongings. Reo declined their threat. The mysterious individual, then murdered Reo and Fuyumi in cold blood. The mysterious individual decided they did not need to murder a three-year-old child, so they left Itsuo alone waiting for a boat, alone. Hours later, a woman found Itsuo crying near the bodies of his parents. She decided she couldn’t leave the boy alone, so she escorted him to her boat, and took her home.

Chapter 1: Pop Goes the Bubble

While on the boat ride, the woman realized she did not introduce herself properly to the child. She let him know her full name was Ohno Chie, but he could call her Chie. Itsuo had no idea what was truly happening to him in that moment, but he knew this woman was kind and told him she’d take care of him. After the two of them arrived in Kirigakure, Chie took Itsuo to the Mizukage. While at the Mizukage's Pavillion, Chie asked permission to take the child in and train him. Chie and the Mizukage figured that one day Itsuo could grow up and become one of their ranks. Plus, since he had already witnessed his parents being murdered, they could use that to fuel him during his training. After their discussion, the Mizukage agreed to Chie’s request. Chie then took Itsuo to her home just outside of Kirigakure.

Once the two arrived at her home, Chie immediately began Itsuo’s training. Initially, she focused on teaching Itsuo hand-to-hand combat and academy level jutsu. Itsuo appeared to pick all of this up with ease. After a year of their training, Itsuo eventually became bored with the basics so he asked Chie if they could focus on more advanced techniques. Chie scolded himm, and continued to tell him the basics were a foundation for everything. Itsuo continued to resist and Chie got in a stance to scold him further. As she raised her hand, Itsuo noticed a strange pipe. Itsuo asked what it was; Chie explained it was her Bubble Pipe and used for bubble shaped Jutsu. Chie then demonstrated the bubble shaped jutsu to Itsuo. He immediately became excited and requested she train him on how to do the same. At first, she denied, but Itsuo refused to give up and eventually Chie gave up and began to train him.

Chapter 2: The Academy

In the fall of 2112, Itsuo showed up at the academy. His peers did not recognize him and just assumed that he showed up randomly. His peers teased Itsuo constantly. Unbeknownst to them, every time they teased Itsuo, his self-esteem got lower and lower. Especially since one of the things they teased him about was his use of bubble shaped jutsu. To make matters worse, In 2115, the Kiri Civil War broke out. During this time, Chie was called in to assist in defending the current Mizukage. During her time defending the Mizukage, Chie died at the ends of ninja she used to call friends. Chie’s death left Itsuo alone, and the last user of bubble shaped jutsu.
