Oketsu

A member of the group named "Akatsuki" (No relation to the historical group by the same name) that occupied Iwagakure no Sato in the Akatsuki Invasion. During the occupations, Oketsu was the man in charge of the village. He was killed in battle with a team from Konohagakure no Sato whose mission was to retrieve the Tsuchikage from imprisonment.

Oketsu was the original owner of the cursed blade Hinshi.
