About
A civilian architect currently living in Metropolis, Kuroki Micah has spent most of his life as a nondescript member of the Tsuchi no Kuni white-collar class. Educated at the University, Micah's social circles are generally among the intellectual and working elite of the Capital, where he has eked out a comfortable living lending his services to civilian projects. A strong supporter of Daniel Hallows, Micah has long held a disparaging view of the shinobi system even before the NCIA, the less Micah has to do with shinobi forces the better. This, alongside other "philosophical differences" often put him at extreme odds with his younger bother Kai. Their relationship could be described at "strained" as best, though Micah remains one of the few blood relatives that Kai is on speaking terms with.
