Chouzou's Charge was the militaristic plan given by Hokage Chouzou as a final attack for freedom. The charge would take an assault on for Kaifukuryoku (Fort Kai for short), the ANBU headquarts of Konohagakure no Sato. This mission's plan consisted of the Brtoherhood (Nepan Shin, Nara Gensai and Hyuuga Yatako, the Jounin of the Leaf) attacking the fort straight on with overwhelming strength to slip in and attack the commanders while Chouzou and the rest of the militia fought back the NCIA on the outside and bought them time. The charge was ultimately a failure in the end, though both sides remained crippled.

The First Charge

The initial attakc by the Konoha resistance was made on several fronts. They needed to liberate the Hokage tower, the Forest of Death, Konoha's arena, Konoha's shopping district, the hospital and estates. The Brotherhood and Nara Arashi teamed up and successfully liberated the districts, leaving only for Kai.

Fort Kai contained most of the NCIA forces and as such was very well defended. In order to reach For Kai, the resistance needed to cross a large battlefield ripe with traps. Chouzou summoned his boss summon, Fenrir, a large black wolf the size of a small mountain. The resistance fought through until Chouzou had mysteriously called for a retreat. The battle had taken a turn for the worst, loosing the Hokage and his summon, the Brotherhood withdrew and never saw Chouzou again.

The Aftermath

Vowing to strike another day, the Brotherhood disbanded that day with the intentions of meeting up once again. Gensai and Yatako trained a group of ninja before parting ways. Yatako and Shin would go out and try to find their old sensei, Uchiha Haruki.

Fun Facts

  • The main reason the attack failed was because of the inactivity from both the leading Staff member and one of the core players. this goes to show that It was more realistic to have a failure this way and the Resistance was not guaranteed a win.
  • Because of this, Azure was driven to give Konoha a proper ending, which ended up being the county's most wide scale plot, ending up to stretch in three sectors. For the work put into all fronts, Konoha worked the hardest for its rebellion.
