Jicoo is the name of an exclusive restaurant and nightclub located in Arrakis. Primarily known for it's architecture, Jicoo was constructed below water level allowing patrons a view into the clean, clear waters of the Arrakis bay from behind floor to ceiling glass windows. The bar is also known for it's extensive wine and spirits list, offering high end alcohol and food from all over the world. The exotic location and international menu comes with at a cost, and the location usually only caters to the rich and famous of the city.
