Izzy is built along traditional Namikaze lines - tall with a lean musculature, fair hair, and brightly colored eyes. Though already a few inches over six feet, there is a slight lankiness to his frame that suggests he hasn’t reached his full height and weight.
One of his most dominating features is the large tattoo's he has over various parts of his chest, arms, and back that he got during his travels. The body art is his pride and joy, especially considering the time and effort to get them all [he would pass out if he caught sight of any blood, disrupting the process].
Personality
A seemingly boundless ball of energy and good-will, Izzy is a curious, happy-go-lucky individual who defies many of the social standards of his home Village. While extremely intelligent, his inquisitive nature often results in his mind bouncing from question to question, making him appear rather scatterbrained as there is always something new and exciting to divert his attention. His caring heart and apparent innocence allows Izzy to easily make friends, though some feel as though he lacks the proper drive and determination to be a shinobi. His lack of a “real” fighting spirit often puts him at odds with other ninja, especially his comrades in Kirigakure no Sato.
While Izzy tries to keep a positive outlook on life, he is still haunted by the death of his parents and the lonely childhood that followed. As a result, he doesn’t deal well with negative emotions, preferring to ignore or overlook his own feelings of anger, grief, or frustration if at all possible. When forced to confront these feelings, particularly anger, it is far more likely that Izzy will become distant or detached rather than face them. He hates physical violence, and is easily cowed by raised voices or any type of antagonistic situation. He seldom loses his temper, however if pushed Izzy is quite capable of living up to his ninja heritage.

- Though the current owner of Hiramekarei, Izzy has also been "accepted" by Samehada and is capable of wielding it.
Out of Character
- Izzy is actually half-Hisame on his mother's side; he does not posses the bloodline and is ignorant of this part of his heritage.
- Izzy was originally designed to be an [url=http://ninja-academy-online.com/wiki/index.php?title=File:Izzy3.jpg#filelinks]Otogakure Ninja[/url], however at the time Staff wasn't sure if Otogakure would remain open for Character Creation. Ironically, not only did Otogakure remain open, but a few months later would produce the infamous "Team Oto".
