Despite being a Halfblooded Namikaze, Haruka possessed all the physical attributes that were typical of her clansmen. She inherited the pink hair and greenish-yellow eyes from her father, who was Haruno born, but the rest of her build was standard Namikaze. She possessed long limbs and was surprisingly flexible given her stature, which allowed her to avoid any serious scars or injuries during the course of her life.
During her youth she had worn dresses and other 'flowery' clothing that was expected of her due to her gender. As she grew older and became a bit more rebellious she switched to more practical clothes, wearing form-fitting outfits that granted her more freedom of movement. She wore little if any make up or jewlery aside from her wedding ring. Haruka put very little value in material things, but it's worth noting that the only object she could be seen constantly having at her side at all times was the bass guitar that her husband built for her when she was a teenager.
