Park Sung Hyo is the current Rear Admiral of the Iwagakure Air Federation (Upper), making her on equal ranking with Mathas Holland and the third highest rank in the I.A.F. following Loyola Nine and Marijus Vick. Her abilities in Genjutsu are unparallel in her field, and her knack for quick and correct decisions while under pressure have earned her the title that she holds now. Despite her small figure, she holds hundreds of men under her power and commands each one with a controlled hand.

Sung Hyo is very competitive when directly challenged, but otherwise enjoys her alone time and social time equally. However, when one gets in the way of the other she can become irritable. Considering there is no golden rule to this, she often will find herself irritable because of circumstances she is in. A very strong woman, Sung Hyo is confident of her abilities as a ninja and has the ranking to prove it. She was not given her rank, she earned it with her own abilities. In addition, she has earned the respect of her peers and those underneath her. This is a woman who could literally severe your brain functionality with a thought, and she knows it.
Sung Hyu does have one weakness though, a crippling fear of thunder. This is ironic, given that she works with Marijus Vick, the creator of quite possibly the loudest and most powerful lightning techniques on the face of the planet. Park Sung Hyo also likes to drink, though she has an extremely low tolerance and can only hold about one drink, if that. However, she fails to ever acknowledge this, or accept it.
