Arrakis Ninja Arts Tournament
The Arrakis Ninja Arts Tournament was an all-rank event held in the city of Arrakis during the Winter of 2015. It featured shinobi from all the great Shinobi Nations as well as Denchi no Kuni.
Location
The decision to hold the tournament within the Country of Wind was considered an unexpected decision by many. Kazekage Ma'at Akilah had been a strong proponent of isolationism, and had taken many steps to ensure that Kaze no Kuni, and perhaps more importantly Sunagakure no Sato were removed from the affairs of other Countries in the post-war years. However, after the unexpected events at the International Metropolis Chuunin Exams and the news concerning the Destruction of Kusagakure, The Country of Wind found themselves under international scrutiny due to their secretive ways.

Shinobi of all ranks and nations were invited to compete in the event.
