Appearance
Height: 4’9"
Weight: 89 lbs.
Hair Color: Long green hair tied back in a loose ponytail. It is easily seen that Yoji takes special care of his hair and is neatly brushed every day.
Eye Color: Like most Uchiha, Yoji has the standard black eyes that only stand out when activating his Sharingan.
Clothing: Yoji wears a pair of dark gray pants and black ninja sandals. His long sleeve shirt is a very light color of purple, almost lilac. Over his shirt he wears a light gray vest with the Uchiha clan emblem on the back. It cannot be see under his clothes, but he wears a short sleeved chain mesh shirt. He has a kunai pouch on his right thigh and an additional pouch on his back just below the small of his back.
Personality Yoji is highly energetic. Always looking for somewhere to go or something to do. Every second not spent on something fun and engaging is one more second of incessant complaining of boredom. Because of this, Yoji is generally quicker to act than to think and often ends up with little scrapes and cuts. Which also means planning is not in Yoji’s vocabulary. Whatever pops into his mind at that moment is what he does. Often times, this leads to him being late and missing deadlines, but with a more thorough satisfaction with taking the road less traveled. Curiosity and wonder fill his mind while a bravery that borders on stupidity fills his heart.
Yoji enjoys being around other people, often inviting along his friends or even striving to meet new ones along the way, he dislikes being alone. Often leading with his heart often than his head, he is known to get into some pretty intense arguments, but this negative quality has a silver lining as he is firm in his beliefs and friends. He has a strong sense of humor and often finds laughter is a better medicine than… well medicine. Of which he despises the taste.
Anyone who knows Yoji knows that he isn’t necessarily the sharpest kunai in the pouch, but what he lacks in wisdom and knowledge, he makes up for in intuition and ingenuity. His sincerity and heartfelt approach to life are common in those innocent in the ways of the world, however, he has a beaming outlook on life that he forgets to sometimes dim.
History

-Pre-Roleplay
Yoji has always been a disappointment. Since he was a young child, Yoji has been rambunctious and hard to tame. He has a wild disposition and a boundless curiosity. His parents weren’t looking for that. They wanted a respectable child who did well in school and brought pride to the Uchiha name. Both of them were scholars of high renown, as well as talented shinobi of their time.
When they realized Yoji had little to no penchant for education, they quickly became disappointed with him. They cared for him as parents do, providing food and shelter to him, but even from a young age, Yoji noticed something behind their eyes as they stared at him. Past him.
Being the sincere and heartfelt person he is, Yoji tried extra hard to please his parents. He would climb tall trees to pick a particularly pretty leaf for his mother, catch frogs and insects for his father. He’d present the gifts as if they were relics of gold and silver, only to have them eschewed, labeled as garbage then berated for behaving erratically.
Growing up in such a household, where his very personality was a spot of sore disappointment, Yoji developed an intense longing to belong. Instead of destroying him and turning him bitter, it forced him to beam even brighter, in the hopes that someone someday would accept him for who he actually was. Even if he didn’t realize that was what he was doing.
When his parents told him that it was time for him to enroll in the Ninja Academy, Yoji couldn’t have been more excited. It was a welcome break from the boring idleness of his home and it gave him an opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. Maybe, if he became a great shinobi, his parents wouldn’t be so disappointed anymore. Maybe.
The Academy was rough. Yoji didn’t realize that there was more to being a ninja than kicking butt and being awesome. Having to sit through mind numbing lectures and reading endless books made him almost want to tear his hair out of his head from boredom. It’s not uncommon at all for Yoji to be seen lightly slamming his head against the desk to help him “think”. It was as if every breath he had was accompanied by an almost silent complaint of "boring."
To help increase his pitifully low test scores, Yoji has been receiving help from his childhood friend, Hyuuga Himari, who also happens to be his class representative. While it’s still a long arduous uphill battle, Yoji shows unmatched promise in actual application and shows an inherent understanding of many of the things he struggles to comprehend in class or on paper.

While still in the Academy, Yoji is working as hard as he can with his best friend, and class representative, Hyuuga Himari. The two make a fine balance of reserved and outgoing, thought and instinct, energy and rest. Yoji's parents often find ways to trick Uchiha Tsukiyo into spending time with their son so that Tsukiyo's more respectable demeanor may rub off on the younger Uchiha. Tsukiyo's brother, Uchiha Asahi is also a good friend of Yoji, often liking to split treats like dango together.
Himari and Yoji have taken on a few D Rank missions together, to varying levels of success. Since they are still Academy Students, they have yet to take on anything outside of simple errands or chores. However, the two do spend a lot of time practicing their shurikenjutsu together when not on a mission or studying.
