Custom Weapons
For all custom weapons you must submit a weapon sheet, seen below. Your custom weapon may be a small, medium or large weapon. Though Small weapons will have a price decided completely on the staff approving. The below chart of prices is what a regular weapon of that size will cost, meaning the weapon will have no special properies or attributes.

All weapons that you buy are described by you, with the exception of the kunai, shuriken, etc. you can buy in the store. Makes sure to describe your weapon well and to make sure it makes sense. For example, a sword as tall as your character would not be a medium weapon. See the Custom Weapon Sheet for more info.
Weapons can also be upgraded with different attributes. There is a list of attributes you can choose for your weapon or you can create a custom attribute. To create a custom attribute PM one of the mods in charge of weapon approval and they will give you a price. Be sure to send them the below format....
Custom Armor and Items
All non-weapon items are much simpler to create. They do not have levels and simply have attributes and effects that (usually) are passively given to your character.
Attribute Ranks
All attributes with ranks must be purchased in order. You may not purchase later ranks without first purchasing the ranks that precede it.

These are the default weapon types, they are for reference only.
If a weapon you create does not fit one of these types you may create your own type.
Some weapons have been imbued with chakra or crafted in a way to cause them to inflict more than just raw damage to the body.
A weapon with this attribute has the potential to afflict a target with one (1) turn of a status effect when successfully struck. The status effect is chosen at the time of purchase. Once per attack with this weapon the user may choose to increase the cost of the attack by 0.5x, where x is the CP value of the chosen status effect. If they do, they may add the chosen status effect to a single strike of their weapon attack. Status effects with a CP value of 50 or higher, or any status effect with a variable cost may not be chosen for this attribute.
Restrictions: A weapon may never have more than one 'Affliction' attribute.

[Bleeding/Burning/Poisoned] Weapon
Your weapon is coated in a material that causes the wounds it afflicts to deal additional damage.
Upon a successful strike with this weapon, the target is afflicted with the status effect 'Bleeding/Burning/Poisoned; x' with the value of 'x' being equivalent to 5% of the strike's base damage per rank in this attribute.
Restrictions: May not be applied to a weapon in conjunction with the same attribute or the attribute 'Affliction'.
Cost: 両50 [Rank 1], 両100 [Rank 2], 両200 [Rank 3]
Chakra Blade
You can manipulate your blade to react from the strength of your chakra instead of your stamina. This involves the shape and make of the weapon, as it is an entirely different style of fighting.
Attacks made with this weapon cost chakra instead of stamina.
Cost: 両50
Defend
Your weapon is designed to defend against taijutsu and physical attack (punches, kicks, etc).
As an action in your Response Phase you may Block (take half damage) a single Taijutsu or Basic attack. This ability may be used a number of times equal to the times it was purchased. A character may use this ability a maximum of two (2) times per battle.
Cost: 両200 per Rank
Dispel
Your weapon is designed to ward off genjutsu attacks.
As a free action in your Response Phase you may increase your chance to dodge a single Genjutsu attack by 10%. This ability may be used a number of times equal to the times it was purchased. A character may use this ability a maximum of two (2) times per battle.

Free Handed
Many weapons are built to not be held in the hand of the user. Gauntlets or gloves with blades are just a few examples of weapons that are crafted to allow a user full use of their hands while equipped. Of course, the craftsmanship is much more difficult on weapons that use this, as they must be supported to the body by some means so that the weapon attacks do not fail.
If this character has the skill 'Free Handed Training' this weapon does not take up the user's hand when equipped.
Restrictions: May only be added to Medium Weapons. May not be used illogically.

Hidden
Your weapon is made to be hidden within you clothing or as a package so others do not notice.
This item may not be the target of abilities until it's used in battle.
Cost: 両50
Lightened Craft
Artisan hands have crafted this weapon with the best material available. It's weight is lower than its counterparts, but its ability has not been lessened at all.
When calculating the cost of this weapon, treat this weapon as if it were 20x levels lower, to a minimum of level 1. The value of 'x' is the number of ranks of 'Lightened Craft'. Maximum of three (3) ranks may be purchased. This shares ranks with the attribute 'Sharpened Edge'.

Parry
Your weapon is designed to parry other weapon attacks.
As an action in your Response Phase you may Block (take half damage) a single weapon attack. This ability may be used a number of times equal to the times it was purchased. A character may use this ability a maximum of two (2) times per battle.

Retraction Spring
This is a small mechanical spring technology that allows for the easy drawing and retracting of bladed weapons. The most common example is a blade hidden within a sleeve that upon extension will allow the user to attack quickly. Though the mechanism can be extended and retracted easily, it can be triggered with a touch of chakra for the most urgent of situations.
This weapon may only be equipped with the technique 'Chakra Spring Trigger | Chakra Nejikuchibi'.
Restrictions: May only be added to Medium Weapons. May not be used illogically.

Sharpened Edge
Your weapon has been crafted to be sturdier and slice deeper.
When calculating the damage of this weapon, treat this weapon as if it were 10x levels higher. The value of 'x' is the number of ranks of 'Sharpened Edge'. Maximum of three (3) ranks may be purchased. This shares ranks with the attribute 'Lightened Craft'.

This weapon is the only one of its kind in the entire world, hand crafted and designed to only be manufactured once.

Ward
Your weapon is designed to ward off ninjutsu attacks.
As an action in your Response Phase you may Block (take half damage) a single Ninjutsu. This ability may be used a number of times equal to the times it was purchased. A character may use this ability a maximum of two (2) times per battle.

Your armor has been created of a material that resists bladed instruments, or has been infused with chakra to prevent being cut.
When afflicted by the status effect 'Bleeding' the damage dealt to the wearer is reduced by 10x per turn where 'x' is equivalent to the total rank of this attribute affecting the wearer. May be purchased ten (10) times. This effect may not stack with other instances of 'Anti-Bleed'.

Anti-Burn
Your armor has been created of a material that resists fire, or has been infused with chakra to prevent being burned..
When afflicted by the status effect 'Burning' the damage dealt to the wearer is reduced by 10x per turn where 'x' is equivalent to the total rank of this attribute affecting the wearer. May be purchased ten (10) times. This effect may not stack with other instances of 'Anti-Burn'.

Chakra Shield
Your armor has been chakra induced to resist void type chakra attacks.
Absorbs the first (2x + 50) / (4x + 75) / (6x + 100) physical void damage dealt to you in combat, based on the rank of this attribute. The value of x is equal to the wearer's level. The maximum rank you may benefit from is based on your ninja rank; Chuunin for Rank 2, Jounin+ for Rank 3. This is a triggered effect and does not stack with other Chakra Shields. May be purchased three (3) times. The price increases with each rank.

Elemental Shield
Your armor has been chakra induced to resist a chosen type of elemental attack
Absorbs the first (3x + 50) / (5x + 75) / (7x + 100) physical [element] damage dealt to you in combat, based on the rank of this attribute. The value of x is equal to the wearer's level. The [element] is chosen when this attribute is purchased. The maximum rank you may benefit from is based on your ninja rank; Chuunin for Rank 2, Jounin+ for Rank 3. This is a triggered effect and does not stack with Elemental Shields of the same [element]. May be purchased three (3) times per element. The price increases with each rank.

Impact Absorbers
This armor has been enhanced with impact absorbing technology that takes the impact of excessively large forces and reduces them by spreading out the force.
The first time a character wearing this armor is struck with a Critical Hit, the damage is reduced to 1.2x instead of its normal bonus. A character may use this ability a maximum of once per battle.

Insulation
A thin layer of flexible material that helps keep the user insulated. May be added to various pieces of armor.
Whenever afflicted by the status effect 'Hypothermia; x', this character treats x as if it was reduced by one (1). This may reduce the value of 'x' to zero (0). This effect may not stack with other instances of 'Insulation'.

Isolators
Ablative plates attached to the exterior of this armor are designed to be shed when struck with unfocussed attacks.
The first time a character wearing this armor is targeted by an Area of Effect attack their Evasion is treated as if the attack was not an Area of Effect for the purposes of dodging. A character may use this ability a maximum of once per battle.

Repulsors
Your armor has a series of vented ports lined up with your tenketsu. By flaring chakra through those ports in response to adrenaline spike the character can gain a burst of speed to change their direction at a moment's notice or even momentary levitation, allowing for split second dodges.
The first time a character wearing this armor is targeted by a Set Trap or Dynamic Trap, that attack loses any Accuracy bonus it gained from being a trap against this character. A character may use this ability a maximum of once per battle.

Travel Speed
This item is created in a way to make traveling easier and more efficient.
This attribute reduces travel post requirements by 5x%, where x is the rank in this attribute. This effect does not stack with other Travel Speeds or similar effects from items. May be purchased four (4) times. The price increases with each rank.

Hidden
Your armor is hidden under clothing.
This item may not be the target of abilities until it's used in battle.

Unique
This armor is the only one of its kind in the entire world, hand crafted and designed to only be manufactured once.

Armament Medium Weapon
A Sword instead of an arm? A hook-firing mechanism instead of a hand? A flamethrower hidden in the mouth? The possibilities are limitless. While there are nearly endless possibilities due to the ingenuity of Puppet Creators, these are the weapons that Kugutsu and their wielders employ in battle!
A puppet with this attribute is considered to be equipped with a Medium Weapon of the chosen type. Weapons gained through this part may not possess any attributes or special abilities of their own. The cost of this part is equal to the cost of a 'Medium Weapon' of the chosen level.

Armament Large Weapon
Bigger is better, right? Why settle for a bunch of little daggers when you can turn your puppet into a giant battering ram? Whatever it may be, these are the parts that pack a huge punch!!
A puppet with this attribute is considered to be equipped with a Large Weapon of the chosen type. Weapons gained through this part may not possess any attributes or special abilities of their own. The cost of this part is equal to the cost of a 'Large Weapon' of the chosen level.

Carbon Cabling
It took a bit of saving, but you upgraded the frame of your puppet to withstand impact more effectively. The Carbon cabling that runs through your puppet stops fists and feet in their tracks!

Flamethrower
You know what could fix this? Fire. Fire can fix this. A mechanism that can send a torrent of flame at the enemy.

Gliding Joints
It takes a little extra time and care to oil these joints, but when you do, your puppets glides as smoothly as water at the lightest of touches.

Grappling Hook
Do you need to reach things that are really far away? Just aim and send this part flying! Keep your enemies all tangled up.
Twice per battle as a Setup Phase action the wielder may add one (1) turn of 'Bound [Paired Arms]' to an attack they make this turn with this puppet.

Hidden Blade
Where is it? In the puppet's wrist? Under a patch of hair? In their mouth? You can hide this dagger literally anywhere. Keep your opponent guessing with more than one!
Any strikes (of any kind) made with this puppet afflict the target with one (1) turn of the status effect ‘Bleeding; 3’. This effect stacks with itself to a maximum of ‘Bleeding; 30’. Additionally, once per battle per instance of this attribute (max; 5), an attack made with this puppet that afflicts the status effect ‘Bleeding’ may be treated as a ‘Dynamic Trap’. ‘Dynamic Traps’ created by this effect are treated as the same technique for purposes of diminishing ‘To-Hit’ bonuses.

Hollow Chassis
A puppet frame large enough to actually climb inside. Keep yourself safe while you manipulate it from inside.
As a Setup Phase action the wielder of this puppet may climb in or out of this puppet. While inside, the wielder is immune to all physical attacks and uses their Evasion to dodge with the puppet instead of Ninjutsu. While inside the puppet any effects that target the puppet are considered to target the wielder as well, even if they are immune to those attacks. When the puppet is destroyed the wielder is immediately ejected from the puppet. A character may only benefit from one instance of 'Hollow Chassis' per battle.

Lacquer Finish
This finish was expensive because of it's chakra enhanced properties. Watch as water, fire and dirt roll right off your puppet.

Poisoned Blade
Razor thin blades tipped in a strong poison. While a single nick on it's own isn't lethal, when you add four, five, even ten poisoned blades to a puppet, the poison starts to build up quickly.
Any strikes (of any kind) made with this puppet afflict the target with 1 turn of the status effect ‘Poisoned; 3’. This effect stacks with itself to a maximum of ‘Poison; 30’. Additionally, once per battle per instance of this attribute (max; 5), an attack made with this puppet that afflicts the status effect ‘Poisoned' may be treated as if it had a +10% chance to critically strike the target.

Projectile Launcher
Sometimes you just want to keep your distance in a battle. Maintain the advantage with a projectile launcher! Send a barrage of kunai at your enemies from afar!
The wielder of this puppet may use this puppet to make Small Weapon Attacks. For every instance of this attribute, an additional Small Weapon may be used in a Small Weapon Attack. Small Weapons used in this way may not possess a base damage greater than 2x, where the value of x is equal to the wielder's Ninja Rank (i.e; Genin; 1, Chunin; 2, etc). Additionally, once per battle as a free action in the Main Phase the wielder may use a consumable item as long as that item makes an attack against an opponent. The base cost of the item used may not be greater than $20x, where x is the number of instances of this attribute the puppet has.

Smoke Canister
Dark black smoked packed into a small metal can. Use it to cover your advance or your retreat. Don't let your opponent see what you're about to do either way!

Toxin Needle
