Surkh is a run by the Richū, a Daimyo that dates back to before the start of the ninja age. The Richū have been the ruling supervisors of Surkh and the surrounding lands for nearly 700 years. The current Daimyo, [[Richu Jimmu]], is nearing his death bed as he ages beyond 75. Because of a brutal set of assassinations, the royal sons of Daimyo Jimmu were both killed in the prime of their manhood. Following these tragedies, Jimmu wed again and gave birth the a single daughter by the name of [[Richu Suizei]]. Suizei, currently sixteen, is the next in line for the role of Daimyo of Surkh and its surrounding territories. | |||
