Zandoran Zoa, known as Fireheart is a Jounin of Kirigakure no Sato. She is the co-head of the Zandoran Clan, a councilwoman and an instructor at the Mist Academy. She is heralded as one of the foremost blacksmiths and swordsmen among the island. 'Fireheart' and ‘Ironheart’ are titles that the clan heads are known by in their respective regions. Clan heads are elected through a competition process of forging the strongest and most lavish weapon. Each candidate must travel to the Zandoran Isle and forge the weapon from the special ore only found on the isle and complete a ritual of forgery that may only be used during clan head elections. Each weapon will battle the other until one remains. The rest are thrown into the volcano and may never be designed again. Zoa's sword is named 'Alamse'.
