Zandoran 'Fireheart' Zoa
Zandoran Zoa, known as Fireheart is a Jounin of Kirigakure no Sato. She is the co-head of the Zandoran Clan, a councilwoman and an instructor at the Mist Academy. She is heralded as one of the foremost blacksmiths and swordsmen among the island. 'Fireheart' and ‘Ironheart’ are titles that the clan heads are known by in their respective regions. Clan heads are elected through a competition process of forging the strongest and most lavish weapon. Each candidate must travel to the Zandoran Isle and forge the weapon from the special ore only found on the isle and complete a ritual of forgery that may only be used during clan head elections. Each weapon will battle the other until one remains. The rest are thrown into the volcano and may never be designed again. Zoa's sword is named 'Alamasse'.

Personality
Zoa was always a soft spoken, wise woman of grace. Her brand of Fireheart is very much earned, not in that she angers easily, but she is capable of unexpected and merciless destruction of what one holds true. She can be stern, but never unfair. She is sure to take her time in whatever she does and makes sure she does it well. She is hard to outsiders and fails to hold a bleeding heart for other villages. On her more personal side, Zoa can get pretty picky when she eats--eating like colors all together, not letting her food touch and absolutley never eating foods with clashing colors (i.e. she will never eat vanilla cake with chocolate icing, or the reverse).
Biography
Like all descendants of Zandoran heroes, Zoa was born at the base of a volcano on the Zandoran Isles. Being the granddaughter of the Kyudaime Mizukage Zandoran Shishio, Zoa was born into great expectation. She was taught manners and honor early. She spent a long time in her father and grandfather's smithy that she earned a reputation at the Kirigakure Academy for not flinching when the instructors showed the element of fire. After her graduation, she was placed on a team with Suizuma Mei and Yu Sang, instructed by Hisame Yuumi. The team eventually excelled enough to participate in the Kusagakure Chuunin Exams and although they failed to win, they were still promoted. This caused some backlash, to which Shishio promptly painfully resolved. As Chuunin, the crew was separated from their Jounin, but continued to work together.
One of their more formative mission came when they were out patrolling the seas and ran into trouble with Kumogaakure ships. A naval battle ensued, which eventually claimed the loss of Mei. Sang and Zoa were promoted afterwards, but they would always give honor to Mei. The naval battle was just a prelude for the world to come, for a few years later the Kumogakaure Invasion began. Yuumi had been captured Kumo, Zoa had fled to the Isles and Sang was captured and shipped to the NCIA. It was not until the Resistance attack on Fang that Zoa and Sang met again, first as enemies and then as lovers.
In the fallout of the war, the Fireheart clan head, Netsu had died. Although young for the position, Zoa was determined to participate. She fought fought valiantly in the competition and won, crafting her grand sword Alamasse, shattering the other swords and becoming clan head.
