Resumo Brash
Resumo Brash is the current Hachidaime (8th) Kyoukage of Otogakure no Sato, the ninja village of Denchi no Kuni. He is a man who controls his emotions, but feels strongly that one should feel them. This makes him an extremely compassionate, yet effective leader. He has shown many times that he can lead Otogakure no Sato and has the strength to make hard decisions for the greater good of the country itself. Brash has been the Kyoukage since Otogakure no Sato was freed from the Kumogakure Empire, and since then has lead the reconstruction and rebuilding of the countries devastated economy. He has been the center of much debate recently due to the drought and poverty issues that have been a rising problem in the small nation.

Personality
Brash is very sensitive and motivated in his duties. He almost always has an answer to the problem and is able to make quick decisions in tough situations. He is compassionate to other's and their feelings and has strong believes of how people should rightfully use their power. He is a master of his own emotions, which is not to say he does not show them, but that he will only show anger when he is rightfully so. Though he strongly believes in feeling compassion for your enemy and allies, he also knows that the world requires difficult choices and that someone must make them when they come up. Because of this he will often seem ruthless, making decisions that may end the lives of others. However, he never takes the life of another person unless it is justified and is for a greater good. Brash strongly believes in accountability, that no one should ever point fingers and excuse themselves from their own responsibility. If it was within your power to help, then if you do not you are responsible for the outcome. With great power comes great responsibility.
