Sutoroken Kitari

Sutoroken Kitari is the former Yondaime Harakage of Kusagaure no Sato, principle city in Hara no Kuni. She was rumored to be an expert of hand to hand combat, as well as a magnificent medical shinobi. As the Kage in power during the NCIA invasion, her reign was interrupted for a brief span of years before the resistance efforts freed her nation. Her period as Kage ended peacefully, when she handed the title down to Haramatsu Korin in order to pursue a lengthy retirement.
