Sutoroken Kitari

Sutoroken Kitari is the former Yondaime Harakage of Kusagakure no Sato, principle city in Hara no Kuni. She was rumored to be an expert of hand to hand combat, as well as a magnificent medical shinobi. As the Kage in power during the NCIA invasion, her reign was interrupted for a brief span of years before the resistance efforts freed her nation. Her period as Kage ended peacefully, when she handed the title down to Haramatsu Korin in order to pursue a lengthy retirement.

Clothing: Kitari is often found wearing functional clothing for a forest environment. Being fond of climbing, very breathable leggings are often her choice. She remains relatively well armored at all times, due to the natural danger her homeland has provided her with. After being accustomed to her Harakage's robe for so long, Kitari has begun to acquire an air for flowing capes or more airy outfits with more gossamer material.

Physical Description: Often described as "busty," the Yondaime Harakage is a girl of full figure. Breasts and hips and buttocks are all part of her package, and prior to becoming the Kage, she was heavily pursued as a bachelorette. Her hair stays of considerable length, often referred to as her "mane of fire." Her skin, like most gingers is relatively fair, preferring to burn before it ever tans.

Personality

Kitari has patience like a cliff. She can hold much before exploding, but once she does, please vanish. Her job as Harakage has shortened her temper, and was one of her key choices for entering retirement before the job did any more lasting damage to her persona. Kitari will, always, however, remain intensely inquisitive. It was at her insistence that Jinoubou and his ANBU Black Ops squad charged into the lair of Gobi, and many more dangerous locations besides. This curiosity is often mistaken as her being gullible, since she'll often go with an idea just to see where it ends up.

The fiery woman is also a font of love. She feels passions deeply, which only further increases her temper once roused. She falls in love quickly and passionately, often realizing only a few days later that it was never love at all.

Political Views

Kitari is a massive anti-war protester. She has actively attempted to shield Kusa from war during her time as Kage, to the point where many speculate it has hurt their military effectiveness. She was also a firm believer in de-militarizing her own homeland, letting loose many previous restrictions on speech and travel into and out of Kusagakure.

Career

Kitari's time as Harakage is generally viewed as negative. By actively withholding information about the upcoming war, Kitari ultimately doomed her nation to a massive and decisive NCIA invasion. In truth she had brokered deals with them at the behest of one of her advisors, offering them potent poisons in exchange for leaving Kusa out of the war. The act was a double cross, since it was intended to spark a civil war that would replace Kitari as Harakage. When the NCIA reneged on their word, however, the double cross was ruined and many of the conspirators were killed.

Kitari spent quite a few years in prison with the NCIA. She was more or less voluntarily detained, still in shock at her advisors' betrayals. When word of rebellions spread, and rumors of Jinoubou's "Juubi" surfaced, she quickly made her escape through clever applications of clones and henging. When she returned to the village, she returned it to a more or less stable position before deciding to retire and hand over the title to the famed Daughter of Kusa, who would become the Godaime Harakage.

Kitari and Jinoubou left the village behind, heading into the mountains to enjoy a leisurely retirement.
