Kouji Usaka
Kouji Usaka is a bandit thought to be originally from Denchi no Kuni. He is well known for his robbery and murder most especially on the routes between Otogakure no Sato and Konohagakure no Sato. Often preying on merchants and travelers, Kouji is known for his distinctive back tattoos and cut throat way of handling resistance. Kouji recently caught the attention of Konohagakure no Sato as the prime suspect in the murder of Senju Ryuunosuke. Though his current whereabouts are unknown, he is thought to be within the borders of Denchi no Kuni or Hi no Kuni and those traveling the roads between them are cautioned to keep alert and safe.
