Nara Yoshimatsu
Nara Yoshimatsu is a high ranking shinobi in Konohagakure no Sato. He is currently serving as a lieutenant of the Konohagakure Military Police Force serving directly under the Chief Commander Uchiha Souji. Occassioanlly he will attend the Konoha Academy and give a quick lesson on civics and stleath techniques. While not being a part of ANBU, Yoshimatsu is a known skilled assassin and given his recognizable style of clothing, he is nicknamed the Red Death.

Biography
Yoshimatsu was found as a child in the Forest of Death donning the Nara clan symbol and surrounded by a pack of deer, the clan's tell tale summon affiliates. None of the Nara families knew of him prior, nor could any say with confidence that he was theirs. Yet a couple scooped him up and raised him as their own, naming him after Nara Yoshikiro. The boy was incredibly smart and passed his classes with ease, but he was easily alienated from the rest of the kids. For this reason he was never placed on a three man cell, rather he received personal instruction from the teachers. The only other student who took a look after Yoshimatsu was Shimura Raijuta, a boy five years his senior and already graduated. The boys were not exactly friends, but rather used each other as a means of growing. In that regard, Yoshimatsu in time would become his apprentice.
During the invasion of the Kumogakaurean Empire, Yoshimatsu disappeared and dropped off the village radar. Secretly he had aligned with Uchiha Madara's League of Assassins and infiltrated the NCIA. He served as a triple agent up until the time of the Yuki no Kuni Invasion of Tsuchi no Kuni where he fought with Madara's troops. After the fighting had ceased, Madara disappeared, as did the entirety of the League of Shadows leaving Yoshimatsu alone and without guidance. Yoshimatsu surmised that Madara had discovered his layered affiliation, accepted his help and left him as a warning.
He had since traveled back to Konohagakure no Sato and aided in their freedom. While they were rebuilding, Yoshimatsu expressed interest in becoming a part of ANBU, however on the council of Raijuta, Yoshimatsu was rejected and instead put on a provisional period, where once he had served the village long enough without a shady record he could be accepted into the brotherhood. Raijuta claimed it was his own good to cast away all doubt, but Yoshimatsu still resented it. Instead, Yoshimatsu found his way into the Konohagakure Military Police Force where he would build respect and a safer village.
