Ideals: As a “Disciple of the Darkened Path”, Gomi believes in the betterment of mankind, through the bloodletting of the injustice and morally weak. Unlike the traditional Jashinist who believed in little more than sacrificing to their Dark Lord, those of the “Black Brotherhood” believe that to sacrifice one full of Sin is the truest gift they could bestow upon their lord. Due to the self-righteous way of thinking, Gomi feels the need to defend any and all he deems physically “weak” so long as they are within the correct moral standings.

As a “Child of the Deep”, Gomi has a distrust of most land-faring animals, vehicles, or people. Having grown up within “The Deep”, Gomi has created more of a bond with nature than his fellow man, and because of this he shows a certain distaste to those creating pollution within the sea-life, mainly mankind and their growing technologies. Though he has this uneasiness with the modern world, he is not beyond attempting anything for the sake of knowledge and betterment of his fellow human being.

Bonds: Due to his reemergence into the new world, Gomi currently has real relationships with any living person other than the polite passings he occasionally has with the citizens of Kirigakure no Sato. Outside of that, Gomi is extremely friendly towards sea life and nature, to the point he is almost always seen with his crustaceous friend, “Kringler”, the 3rd Crab Prince.

Flaws: Because of his upbringing, Gomi carries a distrust of even the most basic of modern technology, resolved to either manual labor or strenuous mental tasks before giving way to his pride. 

Due to religious beliefs, Gomi tends to sometimes exhibit cannibalistic properties and traits, feeling the need to consume his prey in respect for the prowess, expending much time to dispose of the remains in religious rites in fear of committing sacrilege to his Dark religion.

Gomi tends to be a perfectionist, loving a clean area and attire while openly deposing clutter and dismay to the point of almost being rude to some, his attitude generally depending on the condition of his surroundings.

Personality: Gomi is generally a well mannered and kind individual, despite the common beliefs of those that follow the Jashinic beliefs. Having lost his family at a young age and been accepted amongst species not of his own, he tends to distrust other humans without openly showing his distaste, especially those that surround themselves with the same technologies that pollute the oceans and murders his precious sea-life. His bond with his companion, “Kringler”, is the closest thing he has to friendship, which also allows him passage.

Gomi has become very secluded and secretive about his private life due to his religious beliefs in “The Black Brotherhood”, a deviant of the generalized “Jashinism” that once ran rampant within the Ninja underworld. After many inner disputes with opposing sects as well as the outside Ninja world, many Jashinist are now forced to practice their beliefs behind closed doors after fanatics like Hidan shaped a bad reputation for them. Taught the “49 laws of Power” as a child, he gained an unearthly maturity at a young age allowing him to fluidly converse and associate with adults, as well as a calm demeanor which allows him to assess situations with a clear mind in comparison to others in his age group. Now after years of Religious rites and tributes, he has developed a perfectionist nature.

 Left alone to his own devices, he was forced to train alone in majority making him a normally solitary person, though once he is teamed with others he places himself into the defense, or "Tank" role in hopes to draw fire from those he deems unfit of being harmed. Due to this pragmatic nature and unsavory beliefs, he has become a sort of enigma amongst fellow students, as they see him as more of an obstacle than a true teammate.

(NPC)“Jashin’s Voice”: Ever since his reemergence into the world, Gomi has had a voice plaguing the back of his mind speaking upon the horrors of the world and pushing him to grow stronger to correct them by the name of “Jashin”. It is taught by the “Sages of the Deep” that Jashin had been a Otsutsuki betrayed by his fellow clansmen after bestowing life and power upon various worlds, without any plan to collect upon that power. Sages say that only those attuned to the injustice and evils of the planet can hear the Lord’s anguish, and that’s why many Jashinist falsely believe that their evils gains them blessing of immortality, rather than the curse to see the world’s end and have no power to stop it. Gomi is taught because of his deep desire for revenge for the mistreatment of Mother Gaia*(*The Dark Lord’s one and Only Love), as well as the circumstances of the seal that allowed him to transgress time has allowed him to hear the Lord’s “true voice”, and it's his duty to implement its will for Jashinic rebirth into the world.

(NPC)“Hamish Dijiun”: Father to Gomi Kaguya, Hamish was thought to have been murdered during the siege of his family’s compound, though had been granted refuge to “The Deep” by it’s very own Protector. Reunited with his son within the timeless confines of “The Deep”, Hamish resigned himself to remain beneath the Sea to advise the Emperor-King with his knowledge of the surface world until his son’s three year training became his main priority. After his son’s departure, little else is known about this character as he seems to disappear with the ocean’s endless currents. Gomi Kaguya was born into the feudal era of 1912 to a insignificant sub sect of “Defender*” Kaguya clansmen associated with the Jashinic cult, which had dwindled in power due to the continuing rise in the belief of “Ninshu” and the “Will of Fire” over older paganistic gods. After a particularly horrific siege of their family’s compound, Gomi ended up being sealed by his mother using a forbidden technique now lost to modern age of Kaguya, rightful dubbed “ダークムーン墓Dākumūn haka: The Dark Moon Tomb”, which suspended the boy within a pocket dimension which allowed him to transgress time itself safely inside of a blackened sarcophagus delicately crafted from his mother’s own bone and flesh. Due to the savagery of the battle that had ensued, his “tomb” ended up lost to the ages as it sunk into oceans surrounding Mizu no Kuni to the ravenous currents below. As the years passed a voice began to speak out to Gomi, calling out to him to seek vengeance for his family as well as the world because mankind had chosen to “abandon the righteous path”, which at first brought Gomi great discomfort… but eventually he succumbed to this “Lord Jashin”.

(*”Defender Sect” Kaguya clansmen were abnormalities among their fellow Kaguya, their blood being the color of azure while their bones were as black as the night’s sky. Though genetically and physically the same, due to this rare abnormality, the “True” Kaguya clansmen forced these members to prioritize on the durability of their bones, training them to endure intense trials and tortures in hopes to use them as a form of compound defense while their other clansmen elegantly yet savagely pushed forward. Due to how rare this abnormality was, it's nearly impossible for there to be any that remain in the current era.)

 After almost an millenia passed, some of the more intelligent serfs of “The Deep”, a “Sage Area” unchanged by the passages of time and still ripe with the culture of the Edo era, stumbled across the intriguant sarcophagus that held Gomi and transported him back to the safety of “The Deep” for the Elders to decide his fate. It was during this time that Kringler served as a slave to the imperial family of “Crustaceous Primus”, currently the leading family of “The Deep’s” species diverse populace and met his companion, the Third Crowned Prince “Kringler”. It didn’t take long for the reawakened Gomi and the enslaved Kringler to create a bond and agree to a “Pincer-Pact”, binding them as partners until death and beyond.

After three years of training under the crushing weight and continuous darkness beneath the ocean’s depths,Gomi found his father to be safe from the crusades of a time long ago, yet had decided to make “The Deep” his forever home. Despite having no real connection to the outside world, Gomi and his newly discovered friend and brother-in-arms, “Kringler”, decided to venture to the surface and find out why his fellow mankind chose to pollute the very world who gave them life. 

Upon reaching Land, Gomi had been discovered by nin of “Kirigakure no Sato” to eventually be placed within the Village’s Foster Care system. It has been a very exhausting transition for him to say the least, but he has grown to care for those that care for the sealife, the civilians of Kirigakure as well as the various Marine organizations within the area. Despite being a normally solitary individual, he has also started to admire the legacies of the Seven swordsmen of the Mist, dedicating himself to one day join their ranks or at least match their combined prowess. Seeing as he had been too old to join the Ninja academy, showing more than enough aptitude to be an honorary graduate, he spends his genin days training with “Kringler”, paying homage to the lost traditions of his family’s Jashinic sect, or studying everything he can find upon the surface world and its war driven history.

Kyogoku has broad shoulders and long limbs. He stands straight and moves with balance, but hunches his shoulders to his neck when angry. He has pointed facial features and a stoic expression. His cheekbones are high, his lips and eyes are thin.

Clothing:

Kyogoku wears training clothes at all times. This is his signature outfit. A light green headband. A sheer black shirt with long sleeves, made from stretchy fabric. A dark green sash tied to his waist over skinny blue trousers with black kneepads. He wears tight cloth wraps around his forearms and lose ones around his calves. His shoes are soleless brown leather with padded interiors.

Ideals:

Kyogoku's first duty is to himself. He only places hope in himself and his achievements. He submits only to the prime force within him, within all men, that drives them to greater feats of creativity and perseverence even after their survival needs are met. His only goal in life is to answer his spirit with action throughout.

Bonds:

Kyogoku only bonds with people who understand his ideals. Most don't. Hes never been close to many people. A few bonds have formed, but they were brief and held together by circustances more than anything else. He traveled often and most of his bonds were only memories. He does not actively seek out new bonds, prefering to focus on his own ambition.

Flaws:

Kyogoku is self centered, believing in the value of his quality of life over anything else. His ideals frequently come into conflict with the ninja code, and he is unable to admit that he may be better suited to a different profession. He is narcissistic and believes his own ability will always carry him through where others fail.

Personality:

Kyogoku's primary goal is the fulfillment of his own spirit. He has value for his honor and independence, preferring to work alone so that he is free to do whatever he feels would be best. As a shinobi Kyogoku believes in fair contest; when an opponent has shown the intent to kill they can be killed without remorse as a matter of self preservation. He prefers not to spill blood whenever possible, showy displays of violence do not have a place in his strategy. He finds inspiration at odd hours, staying awake through the night because an idea came to him that he couldnt contain. Overall he is a selfish person, focused only on his own achievements and gratification.

Kabosu: Father

Kabosu was a poor man with little desire to change that circumstance. He lived in guilt indefinitely after the death of his wife, to the detriment of their only child Kyogoku. Kabosu worked and fed his son, made sure he had a place to come home to. But if Kyogoku didnt come home, which happened often and for days at a time, his father wouldnt ask any questions. Kyogoku feels no affection or scorn for his father, there is just the memory that they once lived together and the feeling that their lives might have turned out differently.

-History-

Kyogokus parents Kabosu and Elaine were married two years after they passed the chuunin exams together, to the day. Everyone said they were too young, but they never found any sadness with eachother. They advanced quickly to jounin and decided to start a family. Kyogoku was the name of Kabosu's father, they chose it when they held him for the first time. That year Elaine went on her first A rank mission and was killed.

Kabosu became a shell of himself, but never cut Kyogoku's hair so that he looked like his mother. They quickly grew apart when the boy was old enough to think for himself. Kyogoku was not gifted with natural athleticism, but took a serious interest in it. He found the human form remarkable and seeing the potential of his own body was exhilerating. The feeling of wind in his hair and sun on his skin drove him to run almost constantly.

One day when running through the woods he saw two chunnin sparring. Their strength and speed were incredible. Kyogoku decided he would need to learn the ninja arts of physical ability in order to see his bodies true potential. From then on he ran not just for the feeling, but in order to improve his ability. He started training too, punching logs, hanging from cliffs, fighting older boys, anything to make himself strong enough for the academy.

When he decided to enter the academy he was leagues ahead of his classmates in every physical challenge, but the other ninja arts were foreign. He took little interest in them, hearing nothing in class and observing other students just enough to passably perform required techniques. His teachers thought of him as a punishment sent by cruel gods. Kyogoku was impossible to pursuade, convince, or punish. He did what he wanted, or felt was necessary, and would spare no time beyond that for what others asked of him. His training was more important.

Despite some faculty objections Kyogoku graduated the ninja academy at the age of 14. His father didnt notice. He learned some useful skills to further his taijutsu, but it wasnt what he pictured. He knew he would have to push further, and learn more.

Physical Description: Nikkō, stands at the average height for his age and has a habit of blending in, being a foreigner has lead to a more reserved attitude and his mannerisms reflect that. His hands are calloused, betraying his humble origins. He is muscular, but no more so than any other peasant boy, though he stands up straight and has no problems going in for a fight with his peers; following this propensity his knees and elbows are often scuffed, bruised and caked in dust.
Clothing: Very plain and worn, clearly hand-me-downs, his top is often tied around his waist as the Konoha sun is much more punishing that the one in Amegakure, aside from that he also wears a cloth bandana tied tight to the chin / neck, in the style of ninja from Amegakure, though minus the respirator. Generally his clothing is a like grey or light tan colour, though sometimes white or black. He doesn't take too much stock in his clothing and just wears whatever happens to be clean that day.

Ideals: Nikkō concerns himself almost entirely with the well-being of his family and knows well the cost of war and oppression, he holds liberty to a high regard but also loyalty to friends and allies, stemming from strong role models he has since found in Konoha. He views Ninja as a means to an end, on a bad day a tool for a tyrant such as Hidden Rain, or at best a strong pillar to rally a community around. Yet fear and love of Ninja can produce the same results, and for all the flaws of the Amegakure dictators, they at least kept the nation and people safe, amidst powerful enemies.

History: Nikkō (Nik), was born in the outskirts of Amegakure to a peasant family without a name, historically the family and village he is from supports whichever Regime is in control of the capital; and this was the case until the age of eight. Where his father Junnosuke was exiled for unknown reasons by Daigo who was the older brother and held somesort of official position within the Regime.

Nik's family adopted a surname, as was the custom in Konoha, "Sutorenjā" meaning "stranger" was certainly a fit and they were often called that by the natives. To Nik this was just a vacation to a strange far away land, but even when he was young something about what happened irked him, the cause a fiercely guarded secret by his family, the reasons slowly became a fact, immutable and worth no further disclosure. Eventually he was told about his extended family that Nik had forgotten, and in this foreign land where he had no family the future became obvious that this injustice had to be rectified, surely whatever the Hidden Rain had against his parents must've faded by now?

But of course the Hidden Rain is an isolationist tyrannical hostile nation, or so his teachers had said; but that didn't seem right, he didn't remember anything bad about it, or anything good...

A confused, lost boy, Nik got into fights with his class mates, his neighbors and the authorities. But came across the owner of a local flowershop, that was also a ninja! That near-mythical profession of the truly powerful was an immediately lure to Nik. And with time Fuguai taught a bit of patience, respect and humility into him. Though not entirely, thats an uphill battle!

Fuguai encouraged Nik to go into the academy and thats where he starts his journey.. leaving it for the last time, searching for destiny and his lost roots.

History: Born and raised to a small middle class ninja family in Otogakure, Kishin was living an ordinary and boring life. They lived in the more wealthy parts of the village, which made them able to purchase enough food to live on. Being an only-child, his parents were overprotective of him. Always wanting to be a shinobi, he begged his parents to let him become one. The idea of earning money has never really appealed to him, instead, because of the boredom in his life, he wanted to fight, which he would accomplish by becoming a ninja. Mostly being in his room, Kishin was bored, so he had to entertain himself with music and his imagination. This made him interested in genjutsu. At the age of 10 he started going to forests, since this was the only place he felt truly comfortable in, and his parents started teaching him the basics of chakra manipulation and genjutsu, finally making his life more exciting. The nearest forest was pretty far away from his home, but he still went there because he felt that this place would calm his mind, so he could practice his chakra control. at age of 12, his parents would allow him to enter the ninja academy. Finally, he would be able to become a shinobi. He didn't really like most of the other academy students as he saw them as annoyance. Shortly after turning 13, Kishin became a Gennin and chose to wear his forehead protector on his right arm, simply because it was more comfortable, and celebrated with his family. Because of the great drought most forests that Kishin went to died, so he had to find solace in other calming places. His choice for the time being were caves. After becoming a gennin, his parents taught him the basis of sound manipulation, as well as a sound release genjutsu. At this point of time Kishin is mostly spending time in caves, honing his chakra control, practicing sound release and waiting to be assigned a mission.

-Hair Style: Black. Hair is as thick as a horse’s mane, usually around a similar length. Often just long enough to reach for the eyes; Roy occasionally is forced to brush aside the silk from his eyes as to not obstruct his vision. The hair has multiple layers of texture and is very well handled. Due to combination of shampoo and conditioner many exclaim that Roy has some of the softest hair they have ever laid hands on. Occasionally a cap will be placed over the head to hide a bad hair day or for style.

Standard Wear: As seen in the above picture Roy often wears a white button up shirt with sleeves rolled up beyond the elbow. Coupled with a red tied that is often loose, the shirt usually has one or two of the top buttons undone. Roy always leaves the shirt untucked, allowing it to hang loose over his black cut slacks. Although not often scene, a black belt is used to tie off the pants to keep them from falling. Roy tops all of this off with a pair of black converse like shoes. What many people do not realize is that this was originally Roy’s Private Uniform for classes. He would often wear it like this, avoiding the sports jacket and other requirements just to piss off the school officials. Due to amount of clothing he has for this particular outfit (considering he wore the same styled uniform 6 days a week) he continues to wear it. However if he knows ahead of time he usually switches to shinobi wear.
 
Shinobi Wear: (Refer to Statistic Pic for Exact Look) Shinobi wear for Roy is all about mobility, while having a little bit of style. Roy chooses to wear a wife beater underneath a light black hoodie with his sleeves rolled up. In order to properly grip his own weapons, Roy will wear finger less gloves. Top this off with a pair of tight black jeans, all finished with a pair of high top converse. 

Military Wear: While almost never deviating from, his standard or shinobi wear, the military wear provides a great deal of protection for Roy. He wears a black shirt underneath a large piece of chest armor. Around the chest armor is shoulder armor, elbow armor, wrist armor, hand gauntlets, and shin armor. A jacket is worn over most of the armor to conceal the benefits of most of the armor. The ushering of this outfit would most likely be heralded by Roy being involved in a war like situation.

Civilian Wear: Civilian wear often changes frequently due to the fact that Roy has a large wardrobe selection on top of the ability to buy any outfits. Most revolve around button up shirts, slacks and scarves.

-Physical Description: Roy has various scars over his body through the many years of fights he has been through. Often Roy will be seen with a band aid or two somewhere across his body. Due to his diet combined with rigorous training his body is highly toned, and represent the shrink wrap effect wear skin naturally tightens around muscular areas. He is truly a heart throb, and his body shows it.


 

~ Personality ~

Roy can be a real pragmatic son of a bitch. Often he shows an aggressive nature towards the majority of the populace of the world. This aggression comes out in the form of fighting and often leads to an alpha male behavior. Roy is often the one to seek a fight, but when the ma n wants to relax you sure as hell don’t want to start the fight. Roy likes his relaxation time, and when disturbed he becomes he even more pissed than normal. Since Roy wants to constantly better himself or prove his worth he often displays a cocky attitude. Despite all of this on the deeper parts of the boy’s personality lies a soft hearted man that loves the people he cares for. History: Born to a family that values peace and medicine, Orenji decided that he wanted to change that.  Orenji did not enjoy being support, he wanted to be the person that did the work, messed people up and walked away whilst victorious.  Upon enrolling in the academy, his mother and father already figured that he was going to practice standard medical ninjutsu and follow in the family tradition, however, this is not exactly what he did.  Orenji realized that he was quite skilled with medical ninjutsu for his age, so he decided that he should take a break from just studying healing medical ninjutsu, he wanted to master the art of offensive medical ninjutsu.  After spending some of his time practicing with creating minor offensive medical techniques (he didn't go very far due to the fact that he didn't feel like practicing it all the time because he would rather just lay down and take naps) he began to realize that he was decent at it and he might go far with it.

Upon enrolling into the Ninja Academy in Konoha, he began to actually put forth effort into studying and training (which was quite taxing for him as he rarely ever practiced unless he enjoyed what he was doing, or he was forced to).  It turns out, studying, training, and actually putting forth effort can get you places and take you far (with a little natural talent thrown into the mix).  Upon putting forth all of this effort,  Orenju graduated 3 years earlier than his brother and sister (as they had graduated at the age of 13) he was of course congradulated for becoming a ninja and how his entire family was so glad he was going to become a medical-nin just like the rest of his family, and they assumed that he would spend most of his time practicing healing and light training in taijutsu to be able to defend himself, but this was far from the case as he figured he would spend the majority of his time practicing his offensive medical-ninjutsu and maybe some taijutsu on the side.

When determining the cost of this technique "x" is equivalent to the cost of 1 basic attack or small weapon attack that the user failed to dodge. The damage and effects of that basic attack or small weapon attack are negated. The user may take no action in the Setup Phase or Main Phase on the turn this technique is used. Description: A life-saving technique for most young shinobi, the Body Replacement Jutsu has been a staple in academy learning for many years. By utilizing their ability to manipulate chakra, with quick movement, a skillful shinobi is capable of switching their position with another object to evade damage. By creating a simple optical illusion, the user of the Kawarimi no Jutsu can make it appear as though they were damaged or even killed by the opponent's attack. Some ninja become extremely adept in the usage of this technique, and have even been known to swap places with hazardous materials to trap their enemies.

When determining the cost of this technique "x" is considered to be the number of "Clones" created by the user and may never be greater than 2. "Clones" have 1 Health and 1% of the user's other statistics. "Clones" are not physical, and may not use items, techniques or attack during their turn. The user of this technique gains +20 Evasion or +20 Accuracy for every "Clone" on the battlefield. The effects of 'Clones' may be ignored by any character with heightened senses (i.e; Byakugan, Path of the Sensor, Inuzuka Smell Tracker, etc). This technique may be used in the Setup Phase 1 time per battle. 
Description: A technique that most students are required to be proficient in before they can graduate from the academy, the Bunshin no Jutsu is the most basic of the myriad of clone techniques that exist in the world. By properly molding their chakra, the user is capable of creating near perfect replicas of themselves. Unlike most bunshinjutsu, the basic clone technique does not produce physical clones but creates something more akin to a projected image, which is a real image that has no form. The Clone Technique is considered an E-Ranked jutsu, and is not very powerful, but with practice and ingenuity many shinobi have come to use it in masterful ways. Most often stalling by hiding out among their clones, or setting themselves up for a strong offensive.

Description: The Transformation Technique is a time-honored staple of nearly every shinobi academy the world over. Its concept and execution are both extremely basic, making it a perfect training technique for young students. Though the Henge no Jutsu rarely offers a perfect disguise, clever ninja have been using it for hundreds of years to confound their foes.

Personality

Suzume tends to be playful, and a bit of tease with people she's familiar with. Otherwise, she tends to be generally friendly and approachable. There are some things that she tends to try and hide, however, as she believes it's too much hassle to deal with. Her history and original family are an example of this. She often hides information that she doesn't want to disclose by mixing in personal information whilst withholding other aspects of her life to give an illusion of closeness while keeping people at arm's length. It takes a lot of trust for her to open up to anyone. Suzume keeps a thin layer of Gravity wrapped around herself as she dislikes being touched. This tends to repel most things that get in contact with her or attempt to touch her an inch before her person. She spends a lot of her free crafting snow flowers and trying to make them last longer.

History

Prologue - Earth

Suzume was born on Earth. Her family had been fairly isolated during the Kumogakure invasion. Suzume was 4 years old when her family had gotten the call from the head of the clan to move back to the moon, and had no idea why they had to leave their home behind.

Chapter 2 - Child on the Moon

As she started to mingle with the other clan children on the moon, she started asking the taboo question, one that she didn’t quite understand, “Why did we have to leave Earth?”.  This made her greatly unpopular, especially since the other clan children had experienced war and hardship. Suzume didn’t understand the extent of what had gone on back on Earth, and spent her time talking about the bright blue skies and the fluffy clouds, and the fields behind her family estate. Suzume was quickly ostracized, and often picked on. One day she stumbled across a book detailing Toneri’s bridge and its’ guardian. Her curiosity grew even more, and her desire to see this bridge and return to Earth grew even more.

When she started talking about the bridge, a group of her fellow clans children gathered around her, daring her to go find it and bring them proof she had been to Earth. Upon much goading, Suzume set off, determined to prove to her peers that she could do it, and also with the hopes that she could at least see for herself what had happened on Earth.

In a huff, she set off, travelling further than she had ever done before. She didn’t realize when the light started waning, and before long, the moon was already dark. Suzume struggled to find her way back, but no matter where she went, she couldn’t recognize anything. After spending hours circling around the area trying to find any recognizable landmark, she gave up. She found a cavern to spend the night and keep her out of the elements. Upon wandering into the cavern, Suzume saw a small lake. Excitement built up in her. She had gotten quite messy during the day’s adventure, and she could finally clean herself up. She excitedly entered the water, but upon entering the lake, she found herself falling uncontrollably for what seemed like hours. 

Chapter 3 - Down to Earth

Eventually, she managed to crawl back onto the shore of the lake but the landscape was completely different from what she had known. She wandered for a couple of days before the hunger and worry caused her to end up crying by a well beaten path. That’s when somebody stumbled across her. It definitely wasn’t a person from her clan, as they numbered so few everyone was recognizable. This was when Suzume realized that she might be somewhere completely new. The man questioned her for hours while getting increasingly frustrated with the answers. Nothing the girl was making sense. She claimed her village was huge, with towering buildings, and floating islands, but nowhere in the five nations boasted floating islands, and whilst some of the larger hidden villages had towering buildings, none had matched the architecture she described. Feeling exasperated, he ended up taking her back to his home village of Yukigakure until they could find where she belonged.

Suzume was placed in an orphanage, where she managed to make friends to her delight. The overly friendly girl with strange eyes blended in perfectly, until one day, on a routine check on the orphanages, an Iwagakure official noticed the girl with the strange eyes. He had seen Konoha’s hokage, and knew of the Byakugan, and the strange similarity caused him to alert it to the officials. The Tsuchikage, Alchem Syaoran was notified and Suzume was taken to Iwagakure. Upon meeting the young girl, Syaoran had to admit her eyes were quite similar to the byakugan. 

Chapter 4 - Acceptance

Not wanting to cause strife between his village and Konoha, Syaoran contacted Hatake Yatako, the Hokage of Konohagakure. Yatako, also, upon meeting the girl could see the similarities between the Byakugan and her eyes. The only problem was Konohagakure was not missing any Hyuuga so the girl was an anomaly. Even still, Yatako offered to take the girl back to Konoha, upon when Suzume burst into tears, not wanting to leave her new friends she had made. Upon hearing this, and realizing that the Hyuuga were not missing a member, Syaoran stepped in, stating that the girl will stay where she is. She had already settled in, and if she wasn’t a Hyuuga then similarities weren’t enough to hand her over to Konoha. Due to the stress of the whole situation, Suzume started wearing coloured contacts to hide the eyes that set her apart from the other children.

Through this ordeal, Suzume managed to figure out that she was actually on Earth, and what she must’ve fallen into was Toneri’s bridge. Since that day, she set out on adventures, again trying to find her way back to the bridge. She missed her parents, and she had to prove to the clan children back on the moon that she had successfully made it to Earth and back, but ultimately her efforts were unsuccessful. She eventually gave up searching, instead choosing to attend the academy as an orphan to train as a ninja to aid on her quest to find her way back home again.

Chapter 5 - Current Situation

The moment Suzume entered the academy, she was noticed by a man named Sato Tenzin and taken in as a ward where she current resides in Iwagakure.

Sabashi is a boy of average height and slightly less than average weight.  He is slim and built for agility rather than brute strength.  He has long, black hair that is usually spiked in all directions, making the boy’s mane look rather unkempt.  His facial features are average and if not for his icy-blue eyes, he would not stand out at all.  He has a small scar on the back of his left hand in the shape of an x.

Day-to-Day:  He is usually clothed in a pair of shorts that end just below his knees with a holster for his kunai and shuriken on his left side and an extra two pockets on the right.  His shirt is usually a white button up with the top 3 buttons undone, exposing the lion-tooth necklace that he always wears.  His hands are often wrapped, as he forgets to unwrap them after training.

Training:  Sabashi’s workout gear consists of red track suit with black stripes running down the side of the pants and both sleeves.  He wraps his hands in bandages to prevent unnecessary bruising and cuts.  He has a special pair of shoes that he reserves for his time spent jogging and running around the village.

Mission:  Sabashi’s mission gear is often tailored to the location of his mission.  If the task is not expected to leave the village, he sticks with his day-to-day clothing with the exception of a cloak that covers his entire body.

Sabashi values two things above everything else; his friends and information. 

If he has enough information on a subject, the boy feels confident in making decisions.  If he is uninformed or feels that more information is needed, he becomes very anxious about making any kind of decision.  He will stoop to less than honorable means to gain information if he believes it will be of value in the future and has often found himself on the receiving ends of beatings for his nosiness.

Sabashi’s attitude toward people is pretty simple.  As long as a person has not wronged him in the past, he is quick to trust.  If someone gives him a reason not to trust, he is very cautious around them.  He enjoys the company of his friends and is often the first to suggest bringing new people into the group.  He would rather sacrifice his own body than watch as a friend or teammate is harmed, focusing his efforts on learning medical and defensive skills.

History:

Namakazo Sabashi was born to Namakazo Shinji and his wife, Ura.  He was, and still is, an only child.  In his early childhood, the boy sought friendship in small animals, such as cats, dogs, and birds.  As he grew, the boy found companionship in other people, learning quickly that the more people he had around him, the more exciting they days were.

Sabashi’s family is one that prioritizes hard work and dedication over everything else, tasking the boy with improving himself in any possible way he could.  His parents were only happy when he was learning something new, whether he was learning to cook, sew or any other usable skill.  After some time, he began to develop a love for knowledge as well, opting to study rather than play outside most nights of week.

Once he was old enough, his parents enrolled him in the academy in hopes that he would learn even more useful skills and foster some friendships with children his age.  Once in the academy, he was able to convince his parents to allow him to focus his studies on his training and allow him some reprieve in other areas.

-Clothing: A loose white T-shirt makes it hard to define if Shizuka’s male or female if you would discard her long hair. She often wears a long, silky, royal blue scarf with it no matter the season. Dark, mostly dark grey or black, pants that are pretty tight cover her legs and hold a belt with some equipment on it. For shoes Shizuka opts for light black combat boots with a steel plate right beneath the toes.

Shizuka isn’t tall but is very lean. She has muscles but not a lot of roundings (perhaps those will appear as she grows older, she surely hoped for that). Her skin is pale with pastel green veins being visible here and there, you can see it very clearly on the back of her hands where the veins briefly make their appearance. While her jaw and shoulders are a bit boney she has very elegant fingers and nails.

Personality:
While she can be a bit outgoing when something gets her excited, Shizuka is fairly calm and collected most of the time. Something melancholic seems to be hanging around the fairly young female that might have to do with her family’s troubles in the last couple of years. 
Not one to burden others with her troubles she frequently keeps things to herself. It takes a while for her to really trust someone but when she does she’ll be loyal to them. The last part ties into her pride, if she makes a promise she feels like she had to keep it not simply because it’s the honorable thing to do but because she’s better than that, and therefore should not break it. There is a little bit of arrogance hiding in there as well, but not enough to be seen from the surface.

History:
Born in 2102 Shizuka was only a toddler when the world seemed to fall apart. With the Senju refusing to bow to the new rulers it became harder and harder for her family to maintain a normal way of living. It’s why her parents decided to move outside of the village and take refuge in one of the scattered camps built by those who had to hide. During the first years things weren’t too bad, only when the rebellion in 2109 failed to do what it was supposed to, and her father died among those fighting for freedom, did her world truly collapse. 
 With it being too dangerous to linger in the camps around Konoha, Ryurika decided to move away with her daughter and a small group of loyal friends. One of them was Yoko who used to train the smaller kids in the years prior to the rebellion because she had briefly been a teacher at the Academy. It’s because of her that Shizuka was fairly well trained and didn’t appear to limp behind when she finally returned, in the Spring of 2110, to the village she was born in. 
 Ever since she’s been living with her mother and Midori the boa in a little house fairly near to the park. Having attended the Academy she’s graduated with grades slightly above average in the year of 2116. Happy to have become a Gennin, she’s looking forward to become a part of the communicate and help it progress toward even better times.

Description: Because of the nature of the Mokuton blood limit, the bodies of those who wield the bloodline are able to easily adapt to and become wood on a genetic level. This makes it possible for the body of a Mokuton user to become wood on a cellular level. Their body does this autonomically when damaged, allowing their wounds to heal at an extremely rapid rate. This ability becomes more powerful as the wielder becomes more adept at controlling their bloodline. This ability has a strong drawback, as regenerating their body damages their ability to regenerate chakra.

Description: A life-saving technique for most young shinobi, the Body Replacement Jutsu has been a staple in academy learning for many years. By utilizing their ability to manipulate chakra, with quick movement, a skillful shinobi is capable of switching their position with another object to evade damage. By creating a simple optical illusion, the user of the Kawarimi no Jutsu can make it appear as though they were damaged or even killed by the opponent's attack. Some ninja become extremely adept in the usage of this technique, and have even been known to swap places with hazardous materials to trap their enemies.

When determining the cost of this technique "x" is considered to be the number of "Clones" created by the user and may never be greater than 2. "Clones" have 1 Health and 1% of the user's other statistics. "Clones" are not physical, and may not use items, techniques or attack during their turn. The user of this technique gains +20 Evasion or +20 Accuracy for every "Clone" on the battlefield. The effects of 'Clones' may be ignored by any character with heightened senses (i.e; Byakugan, Path of the Sensor, Inuzuka Smell Tracker, etc). Description: A technique that most students are required to be proficient in before they can graduate from the academy, the Bunshin no Jutsu is the most basic of the myriad of clone techniques that exist in the world. By properly molding their chakra, the user is capable of creating near perfect replicas of themselves. Unlike most bunshinjutsu, the basic clone technique does not produce physical clones but creates something more akin to a projected image, which is a real image that has no form. The Clone Technique is considered an E-Ranked jutsu, and is not very powerful, but with practice and ingenuity many shinobi have come to use it in masterful ways. Most often stalling by hiding out among their clones, or setting themselves up for a strong offensive.

Description: The Transformation Technique is a time-honored staple of nearly every shinobi academy the world over. Its concept and execution are both extremely basic, making it a perfect training technique for young students. By molding chakra around their body, the user of the Transformation Jutsu is able to temporarily take on the physical characteristics of another person. Though the Henge no Jutsu rarely offers a perfect disguise, clever ninja have been using it for hundreds of years to confound their foes.

Kunai created by this technique may be thrown in any turn following their creation as if they were a regular kunai owned by the user. Wooden kunai deal 4 damage per kunai. If thrown in the Main Phase following their creation, the user gains a +2% bonus to hit with each kunai. The user most possess the Mokuton Shakuhō bloodline.
Description: This technique is considered to be one of the most simplistic of the Senju clan’s mokuton techniques. By altering the cellular structure of their hands, the user is capable of growing a number of kunai in the palm of their hand. While these weapons are the exact scale of the average kunai, the wooden versions of the weapon are noticeably lighter than steel, and have not the cutting power. They do less of the damage that an average kunai would, but those Senju who have mastered the technique have devised ways of making the technique more suitable for battle.

Description: Tomoe stands tall and straight, her stance balanced but especially rigid for her age. On the small side, she still has the narrow body of a child with long limbs and a gawky build. Tomoe moves with both grace and precision, her long hours of repetitive physical conditioning ensuring that she lacks in the familiar clumsy nature of most of her preteen cohort. At rest she rarely fidgets, instead falling into a somewhat preternatural stillness while staring intently at the world around her.

This physical maturity is contrasted with the rest of her body. Bearing an oval face with wide expressive eyes the color of dry bone, Tomoe has little ability at hiding her emotions. Everything from her dark eyebrows to her thin lips are constantly in motion, squinting, narrowing, widening, all to better convey her scowls and smiles. Though she does make an attempt at appearing impassive often this is less than successful and easily seen through. 

She wears her long hair free when in leisure, the dark inky locks colored a faint mahogany in direct sunlight. Her hair has a fluffy texture, requiring frequent brushing as the feathered locks frame her face and are prone to snarls. For practicality Tomoe tends to tie her hair back in battle or in training, a simple knot or pony-tail the most she can be bothered to dress up her attire. 

Her clothes are basic but of good quality and while she does own more formal garb Tomoe tends to stick to her training gear even in her free time. She prefers a sleeveless loose shirt, generally some dark monochromatic shade, which gives her arms a better range of motion. Charcoal cotton pants, tight but covered in pockets, end in the traditional ninja sandals. In battle she often dons a loose overcoat of military green which serves to mask her movements and also provide added coverage. She wears her hitai-ate proudly across her forehead, often pausing to straighten the metal plate or tighten the knot.

~Persona~

Personality: At first glance Tomoe is a stern young woman. She is dedicated to her job as a shinobi and is unwilling to portray any sort of childish nature that would belay said dedication. This tends to create a stiff and overly formal persona, with Tomoe highly concerned about hierarchy and “the right and wrong” when it comes to protocol.

In light of that outward shell of proficient ninja the inside has a different story to tell. Tomoe is a kindhearted person, one might even call her soft. She dislikes the idea of killing and of harming others, and it takes some mental gymnastics and a bit of cognitive dissonance for her to envision her future as a full-fledged Shinobi and all that that entails. Despite her jaded history she is still very much unaware of the trials of battle and so she clings to the rationalization that honor and duty will overpower her frailer side. 

Tomoe cares inordinately about the people around her, especially her family and close friends. And despite her standoffish nature she actually makes friends quite quickly. Though often the people in question never realize the depths of her feelings or how swift her loyalties run. Tomoe is not actually rude, it is more a quiet intensity that in times of conflict could be perceived as brusqueness. She likes to think things through and to be certain of herself before acting and she is swift to speak with logic rather than the heart. With her incessant need to prove herself and to be the perfect shinobi she finds herself at constant odds with her own failings and the limitations of her kinder heart.

While being loyal and considerate in her own silent way, Tomoe is also competitive when it comes to her skill set. She does not like to lose, and failure will only stoke the flames of her determination all the higher. Unlike some students, she has a voracious mind and wants to learn everything she can get her fingers on no matter the subject. If she feels she is inadequate compared to the rest of the people in the room she will instigate some sort of internal competition to learn their strengths and prove herself, even if only just in the privacy of her own mental scape.

In some ways she is unable to let go of Himari's previous status, the air of nobility not easily forgotten. Tomoe knows she can never be as skilled as Himari, but she hopes that in her lifetime she will be able to be of some small aid to the older girl and thereby the Hyuuga Clan.

History:

Tomoe was born in the depths of the wintry months on the Hyuuga estate. There were no complications and both mother and child recovered swiftly. As an infant, she was raised primarily by her father. Her mother was a well-known and highly-skilled shinobi who was often called away on missions serving the village. Born into the main family of the Hyuuga clan, Tomoe was merely one of the many branches of that extensive tree, far removed from any issues of inheritance or clan politics.

Her father was a kind man but busy with his own work as a scribe and transcriptionist for the main family. He had married her mother as a political match and while there was not much love in their marriage the two were professional enough to live peacefully together and raise Tomoe in a supportive environment.

As a child growing up, Tomoe was enamored with her legendary mother. This went so far as to Tomoe doing everything she could to be just like her. She spent many uncoordinated mornings practicing her kata, though it was more stumbling around at that age, and she watched her mother's every move with adoring eyes. In Tomoe's mind her mother was a hero and she never knew a time when she did not wish to follow in her footsteps as a shinobi.

Unfortunately, Tomoe was no prodigy child. Despite her desire to grow up fast and fight in brilliant battles to save princesses and kingdoms alike, she spent most of her time toddling after her cousins and spending lazy days in the garden or reading quietly under the tutelage of her branch family governess.

At the age of three Konoha was invaded and taken over by Kumogakure. The conflict is not one that she remembers cleanly, except for a general feeling of unease and tension. However from that day forth her quiet life began to change.

As a well known Shinobi, Tomoe's mother was given the choice to retire or join the NCIA. Unwilling to set aside her arms, she joined many other main family members in breaking their oaths to the village and pledging allegiance to the NCIA.

Tomoe was still young at the time and unaware of the external politics going on outside the Hyuuga estate but she was aware of the changes inside her small world. No one but the ninja were allowed to leave the estate and day by day the atmosphere grew darker as the occupation continued.

She spent the next two years trying to ignore the strain on her parents and the rest of the Hyuuga, aware of the tension between the branch and main family but unable to understand it fully. When word began to trickle in that several other villages had broken away from the Kumogakure Empire Tomoe became confused and began to worry about what would happen to her own home if the resistance efforts were to succeed, a worry that soon proved clairvoyant as Konoha erupted in rebellion.

The rebellion was squashed, but the fear remained deeply seated in her consciousness. Tomoe began to recognize the deeper tensions underlying the Hyuuga clan as several branch members were executed as rebels by the main family.

At the age of six she was deemed old enough to give back to her community. And though she would never know for sure the exact reason why, Tomoe was excluded from the fresh crop of Academy Students being sent to Kumogakure and instead was pressed into service at the Hinata Hospital. She ran errands and saw the first bloody evidence of the conflict, an experience which later would be the justification for her avoidance of the medical arts.

It was that year that the Kumogakure Empire fell, a dizzyingly fast shift as everything crumbled all around her. Tomoe's mother and several other main family members refused to give in to the rebels and were summarily killed in action. The whole Hyuuga clan was cast in disarray as the branch family rose up against the head of the clan, their rebellion led by another main family member, Hyuuga Takumi.

In a few short days, reality had flipped upside down and Tomoe could only watch in shock and disbelief. It was only when Hyuuga Yatako, one of the rebellion's leaders, came to talk to the Hyuuga, that she learned what had truly come to pass. The evil of the Kumogakure Empire and the NCIA became a reality instead of hushed whispers. Yatako spoke to the heart of the divided Hyuuga clan, and as she stood there listening Tomoe made a promise to herself.

Her Mother had betrayed her oath to the village, tainting her reputation as a hero and sinking to the lowest depths by her support of the wretched Kumogakure Empire. This betrayal went bone-deep, and Tomoe decided on that day to shun her Mother's figure as if she had never been. In her place, she would become a true Shinobi, one who protected the village and served the Hokage no matter what.

Tomoe enrolled in the newly re-opened Academy and threw herself into her lessons. Covered in the disgrace of her Mother's actions she vowed to become a textbook ninja who would never disobey an order from the Hokage or betray her village. Fiercely proud of the new dynamics within the Hyuuga family she was part of the first generation within the main family to eschew her previous station in life and embrace her branch cousins wholeheartedly. Bitter at her family's past Tomoe strove to prove herself as a true ninja completely dedicated to the new world order.
