Dragon Fire Skill (Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu)

Effect: This skill causes severe burning over the body; target receives five additional damage for each post other than taking care of their wounds for the next five posts. If this skill MISSES the nin who performed the technique must spend one post "recovering" from the effects of the chakra used.
Description: This technique requires an immense amount of chakra; the nin focuses enough chakra that the very air around him explodes into flame, then proceeds to send forth a incredibly fast stream of flame from their mouth at the target. Best used on an immobilized target due to the downside of missing.
Shadow Clone Skill (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)

Effect: Creates multiple clones. All clones and the original have stats equal to the original's stats divided by the number of clones+original created. The original retains full HP, but all clones are destroyed in one hit. Clones attack on the same round as the original.
Description: The trademark Uzumaki Naruto move, this is much like the Bunshin no Jutsu only the clones do real damage. Fear an expert of this technique!
Rend the Heart (Katsu wa Chusshin)
Type: Ninjutsu

Damage: 100
Effect: Severe burning: 10 damage to user.
Description: A Chuunin can't fully control the sheer volume of flame that is created by this fireball. It does massive damage for a chuunin level jutsu of it's cost, but because of that it has backlash and burns the hands holding the fireball quite badly when it is used.
Firefly Regime (Hotaru Ryouiki)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 3 per firefly
Damage: 5 per firefly
Effect: Sacrifice a firefly each five damage. Must be done after Hotaru.
Description: Causes the fireflies summoned by Hotaru to explode in tiny fiery balls on their opponent. While only nuisances in themselves, they can deal a quite staggering amount of damage if the entire swarm blows up together.
Sand
Armor of Sand (Suna no Yoroi)
Type: Ninjutsu

Cost: 1 chakra per two damage absorbed
Damage: N/A
Effect: The Armor of Sand creates an indestructible barrier around the ninja. For every chakra point spent on the armor it can prevent one point of damage. This has no effect on Genjutsu. This armor may be initiated immediatly, even when it is not the users turn to post.
Description: The secret armor of the wind people. This armor is weaker than the shield or sphere of sand, but comes at the use of heightened maneuverability. The user may attack while the armor is on still, and can activate it faster than one could blink if in danger.
Desert Coffin (Sabaku Kyuu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 60
Damage: 60
Effect: Anyone struck by Desert Coffin must roll 2d100. You then take the Ninjutsu mod of the attacker and the Resistance of the defender. You roll the 2d100 and add the resistanc emod and subtract the ninjutsu mod. If the roll is over 200 they break free, if it is under they are trapped in Desert Coffin's clutches and receive 15 additional damage on the next post, as well as being unable to counter attack. Desert Coffin continues to strangle the target for three posts or untill the target breaks free. A ninja inside the desert coffin can not be attacked without being instantly broken free of the coffin and allowed to dodge. The exception to this rule is Desert Graveyard.
Description: The hand of sand that strangles the life out of those unwary. This is one of the most diabolical jutsus in the wind ninjas arsenal and had best be avoided at all costs.
Sand Clone (Suna Bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu

Cost: 10 per clone
Damage: N/A
Effect: The weakest of clones, but the cheapest. These may not attack, but each clone created provides a 10% chance (1d100, roll under 10 times number of clones) to avoid any non-genjutsu attack.
Description: The clones of sand are quite obviously not the original and pose no threat, but they will eagerly throw themselves between their creator and harm to keep them safe, often proving a hassle to get by.
Slashing Wind Skill (Kamaitachi no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 40
Damage: 50
Effect: This is an incredibly fast, invisible attack, making it very hard to dodge. Reduce the effective evasive skill by 40 when trying to dodge this move.
Description: A mighty blow of wind infused with chakra lacerates the skin. Due to the nature of the chakra seeking wind, it is very hard to see and dodge.
Stone
Earth Type; Tracking Fang Skill (Doton Tsuiga no Jutsu)

Effect: When used along with "Kuchiyose No Jutsu", this technique automatically allows your summon to hold down your enemy for 1 post. They cannot dodge it.
Description: This technique is used to incorporate the "Kuchiyose No Jutsu". It uses it as a fast-paced tracking system by sending your summon underground to the area where your opponent is. It takes them by suprise and allows your summon to hold them down long enough for you to perform another attack on your opponent.
Soil Clone (Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 35 per clone
Effect: When your opponent hits one of the clones, the clone turns back into soil. This soil grabs onto the opponent and lowers his evasion by 35 for 1 post. There is a 20% chance they will hit one of the clones for each clone, can never exceed 80% (if the opponent rolls a 20 or less on a 100-sided die, they hit one Soil Clone).
Description: In similar fashion with any other clone technique, Iwa Bunshin No Jutsu can make up to several clones made out of soil from the ground. Used to trick the opponent in a clever way. When the opponent hits one of these clones, it turns back into soil but latches onto the opponent, thus hindering his/her movement.
Bleeding Earth (Shukketsu Tsuchi)

Effect: -70 to Accuracy and Evasion. Lasts 4 posts.
Description: The battlefield appears to break open at the stone ninjas command and rivers of lava come rushing up to greet the opponent, forcing them to spend much of their attention dodging and avoiding the lava, making it harder to hit or avoid the ninja using the jutsu.
Curse of Pestilence (Bachi Ekirei)

Description: The ninja appears to inflict some form of poison on the target, causing them to feel much weaker and an absolutely horrible splitting headache, reducing their damage in combat and making it hard to use jutsus.
Mist
Water Type; Water Barrier Wall (Suiton Suijinheki)
Type: Ninjutsu

Effect: Used as an "in response" technique. Stops any one ninjutsu attack. Doesn't stop the damage taken from Taijutsu techniques, but deals 20 damage to the opponent who is attacking with the Taijutsu attack.
Description: A barrier made out of water from the surrounding area. This barrier is effective with blocking incoming Ninjutsu techniques and stops them from reaching the user. Unfortunately, it cannot fully stop Taijutsu techniques...but makes it harder on the opponent using the Taijutsu by damaging them a little.
Water Type; Water Dragon Blast Skill (Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu)

Effect: Deals 80 damage to any one opponent. -20 to opponents evasion before they try and dodge because of fear from dragon form.
Description: After performing a series of hand seals, the user gathers water around him with his/her chakra. In an instant the water takes form of a dragon and hurrles itself at the opponent. The impact causes an immense amount of damage.
Water Clone Skill (Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 30 per clone
Effect: Whenever an opponent attacks you, there is a 30 percent chance per clone(rolling a 30 or less on a 100-sided die means they miss you) that your opponent will miss you. This goes for each clone made. Clones disappear when hit.
Description: Using the surrounding water, the user makes clones of himself/herself. This helps in fooling the opponent, making it less likely that they will hit the user.
Scylla (Scylla)
Type: Ninjutsu

Damage: 80
Effect: Paralyzes target for one (1) turn.
Description: The user concentrates a great deal of water into the ground under the opponent, with natural liquids to dissolve the ground in it as well. This is then spun at an incredible rate, enough to visibly wear away the ground where this attack was used. The target is sucked down, struck against the sides of the pit containing the whirlpool and eventually crushed into the bottm of the put.
Cloud
Cloud Clone (Kumo Bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu

Cost: 30 Ninjutsu per clone.
Effects: For each clone there is a %20 chance the oppoent will miss(cannot exceed %80). They are destroyed in one hit, but once they are destroyed they leave a fog/ cloud for 2 posts afterwards which lowers the enemy's accuracy by 20.
Description: In similar fashion with any other clone technique, Kumo Bunshin No Jutsu can make up to several clones made out of fog/clouds from the surrounding air. Used to trick the opponent in a clever way. When the opponent hits one of these clones, it turns back into fog but lingers one the field, thus hindering his/her accuracy.
Float (Uki Wa no Justu)

Cost: 40 Chakra too activate, 5 per turn afterwards.
Effects: Increases your evasion x1.5. On Opponents turn following this one, they may ONLY used ranged weapons on you. You may continue to pay 5 to keep this evasion up.
Description: Using chakra, you gain the ability to defy gravity. With this, you can fly, float high in the air, or simply do an amazing combo.
Astral Ride (Kan Raido)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 45 Stamina, MUST be performed AFTER FLOAT.
Effects: 55 damage, your opponent has accuracy x.5 their next turn.
Description: A stunning combo that defys gravity, and confuses the senses. After which, the opponent is dazed.
Air Raid (Kuuki Shinryaku)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 60 Chakra(may pay more in increments of 20)
Effects: Lower opponents Taijutsu, and/or Evasion by UP to 120 stat points, these effects last for 3 turns . If you pay an Additional twenty it lasts an additional turn, and you may remove 40 more stat points.(this varies also on your Genjutsu skill, and opponents Concentration)
Description: Invade your opponents mind, to make them feel like they have been struck with lightning. This causes seisures througout the opponents body, making them less of a threat.
Grass
Wood Type; Animate Tree Skill (Mokudon Seisei no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu

Cost: 60 Ninjutsu
Effects: The opponent gets -40 to their evasion and takes 20 damage per turn. They stay like this until they make roll a 75 or higher on 1d100 or after 3 turns. (So the beginning of the 4th turn.)
Description: Tapping into the Chakra that is the root of life, this Jutsu allows the user to control plant life. By using this plant life the user can restrain/hinder the opponent by trapping or contraining them.
Grass Clone (Kusa Bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 30 Ninjutsu
Effects: For each clone there is a %20 chance the oppoent will miss(cannot exceed %80). They are destroyed in one hit, but once they are destroyed they leave a poison gas behind. Whoever destroyed the clone must roll 1d100, and if they roll <= 25 they are poisoned, which does 10 damage per turn until they heal or die. (Does not stack)

Root (Nekko no Jutsu)

Effect: Suspends opponents movement for one turn. They can still block and attack you if you are in range. No Taijutsu's using any leg movement are permitted during this time. Evasion is cut in half for the opponent during this time. You may spend an additional 20 to hold them for one more turn. You may not attack on your next turn. However if you hold them for multiple turns you may attack after that first turn. You may not do this longer than 3 turns.
Description: Using the elements around you, you create artificial roots. These roots latch onto your opponent, holding them in place for another attack.
Mimosa

Description: Though the huge plant Mimosa itself is immobile, its stems can detect body heat and slash their victim to death.
Sound
Ultimate Air Slicing Blast (Zankuukyokuha)
Type: Ninjustu

Cost: 50 Ninjustu/ 70 Ninjutsu with Air Pressure Device.
Effects: 50 Damage/ 70 Damage with Air Pressure Device. The intense vibrations from this attack damage the ear drums for 3 turns, causing the target to get -40 evasion for 3 turns(not stackable; If used twice in a row, stays at -40 evasion, does not double too -80 evasion).
Description: A Jutsu which allows the user to freely control super sonic sound waves and air pressure. The cannons that are their arms can create blasts powerful enough to even destroy rock. It's intense sound confuses and disorients the enemy.
Echo Clone (Kyou Bunshin no Jutsu)

Cost: 35 Ninjutsu per clone.
Effects: For each clone there is a %20 chance the oppoent will miss(cannot exceed %80). They are destroyed in one hit, but once they are destroyed they emmit a large echo, confusing the enemy and giving them -20 evasion for 1 turn.
Description: In similar fashion with any other clone technique, Oto Bunshin No Jutsu can make up to several clones made out of pure sound vibrations. Used to trick the opponent in a clever way. When the opponent hits one of these clones, it disappears but a loud echo remains, thus hindering his/her evasion.
Blowout (Buroauto)

Effect: Roll a d4. Target is disabled for a number of turns equal to your roll - 1.
Description: The user focuses sound waves produced from any source into a tightly-wrapped coil of sound, which is then directed to the target's cochlea. The intense sound waves cause the fluid in the cochlea to vibrate rapidly, blowing an opening in the inner ear. This intense pain and disorientation disables the target for a period of time.
Siren's Melody (Gouteki Kakyoku)

Effect: Reduces Evasion and Defense of target(s) by given amount for 3 turns
Description: The user generates a hypnotic and enslaving melody by manipulating sound waves to directly stimulate the pleasure centers of the brain. The target is enthralled by the melody, leaving them wide open and defenseless to any attack during the period of effect of this attack.
General
Uzumaki Naruto Combo (Uzumaki Naruto Rendan)

Effects: Does 70 damage. +5 damage per ninjutsu clone made at the time.
Description: With the creation of clones, this combo includes punches and kicks very much like Lion Rendan except its many on one. This is the self-named combination that Naruto used to defeat Inuzuka Kiba in the Chuunin Exam's Third Test Preliminaries.
Piercing Fang (Gatsuuga)
Type: Taijutsu

Effects: 75 Damage. Causes bleeding in opponent.
Description: Powerful Beast Human Taijutsu Skill where the user spins at a fericious speed toward the opponent, aiming to cut and scratch them with the fangs. Most effective when performed by two or more people/animals.
Four Man Purple Flame Array (Shishienjin)
Type: Ninjustu
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 40 Ninjutsu too activate, 5 per turn afterwards.
Effects: Requires 4 people who know this technique to perform. This creates a large box where no one can exit or enter. The box stays until one of the users stops, either from an attack or from lack of chakra.
Description: This Jutsu, which is done in co-operation with four people, creates a large cube shaped shield; a barrier which can surrond a person or battle. Any person who touches this barrier will burst into a purple flame.
Dance of the Cresent Moon (Mikazuki no Mai)
Type: Genjutsu/Taijustu

Effects: Increases user's accuracy by 40 for one turn. Does 70 damage. (accuracy raised before opponent's response phase.)
Description: A sword attack which creates two Clones that, with the user, attack simultaneously to confuse the target.
Body Freeze Skill (Kanashibari no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu

Cost: 50 Ninjutsu
Effects: Cannot be dodged. Opponent rolls 1d100. If they roll higher than 25, then they skip their next response and main phase.
Description: Used to cause ones opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. Most Anbu Ninjas seem to know this technique.
Energy Absorbtion (Chakra Kyuushuu)

Description: This Jutsu allows the user to suck out his or her opponents Chakra through the plam of their hand.
Initial Lotus (Omote Renge)

Effects: 150 damage to Opponent and 100 unblockable and unsubtractable damage to yourself.
Description: *Must have the first Celestial Gate to learn this.* This technique puts alot of strain on your muscle fibers. It is basically a suicidal attack. Normally, humans use the power of their muscles at only about 20 percent of it's full power. If you use 100 percent, the muscles themselves will be destroyed. Thus normally your brain is holding down this power, but this technique releases the brain's limitors by opening the Initial Gate using Chakra. The muscle power to use multiple super speed TaiJutsu. The user wraps his target in bandages so he can't protect himself, then sends him head first into the ground. Usually preceded by Shadow Leaf Dance.
Medical
Tranquil Touch (Madoka Souhou)

Effect: Heals the target for 60 points.
Description: The ninja lays their hands on the target and they are enveloped in a soft light, healing major wounds.
Nirvana (Nehan)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Cost: 30 per genjutsu
Effect: Immediatly purges the target of all genjutsus that have been placed on them. For each Genjutsu purged so the target gains 10 hit points.
Description: A brief flash of azure blue light appears around the target's head then explodes in a shower of cascading sparkles that embed themselves in the target's body, restoring vitality to them and freeing their minds.
Gift of the Spirits (Atae wa Suppiritsu)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Effect: Restores double the chakra spent to a target. The caster's chakra immediatly drops to 1 after using this skill. This skill may not be used on someone that has already used it or Atae wa Tengu in the current battle.
Description: A bright blue beam strikes from the medical nin's palm and hits the target, infusing it with an immense amount of energy.
Divine Cross (Tenrai Kouso)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 70
Effect: The next genjutsu or ninjutsu of jounin or lower level is resisted and the cross is erased.
Description: The medical nin inscribes a small cross on any exposed skin of the target. This cross glows a brilliant sapphire color and protects the bearer from harm.
Divine Seal (Tenrai Gokuin)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 80
Effect: The medical nin forcefully seals the target's ability to either use genjutsu or ninjutsu. This requires all of the medical nin's focus and leaves them unable to avoid the next attack made by their target. The effects last five posts.
Description: The medical nin sends hundreds of miniscule darts of chakra at the target, striking the body in key points to seal their ninjutsu or genjutsu skills.
Summoning
Mislead (Misuri-do)
Type: Genjutsu (summoning)

Damage: N/A
Effect: Forcefully dominate the mind of an already summoned creature. This may be performed on level one summons for eighty chakra and level two summons for one hundred sixty chakra. The effects of the control last ten posts.
Description: As usual, weak summons are easy to force to ones bidding if they're corrupt enough. The ninja simply uses their dominant will and chakra to force the summon to turn on it's original master.
Mark of Obedience (Mato Koujin)
Type: Ninjutsu (summoning)
Rank: Chuunin

Damage: N/A
Effect: Whenever you attempt to summon a creature of the specific type and level you will always summon this creature instead of a random one.
Description: Inscribe a tattoo on any willing summon. If the summon is unwilling the tattoo can not be inscribed, and even if it is will have no effect.
