Effect: This skill may be used to launch multiple fireballs in one action. Each fireball beyond the first becomes progressivly easier to dodge; add 20 to the relevant stat when attempting to dodge any fireball beyond the first. This skill may also be used to target multiple people. One fireball per target suffers no negative penalties, but if ever multi-targetting and striking any target with more than one fireball, that target receivs a bonus of 30 to the relevant stat to dodge each fireball.
Description: The ninja draws in a large breath of fire and shoots it out in many quite fast, small fireballs. Due to the nature the fireballs deal less damage than a single attack but may be used to hammer a target or strike multiple foes.
Powerful Fireball Skill (Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu)

Effect: If performed by a member of the Uchiha clan this technique causes serious burning which will cause five additonal damage for the next five posts unless tended to. Non-Uchiha only burn for two posts. If this technique misses the user is left vulnerable for one post due to the awkward position they need to take to use the jutsu.
Description: The trademark fireball jutsu, this technique creates fire from the lungs and generates it through the mouth, funneling through a hand put in front of the mouth. Due to needing to stand still and putting the hands away from the defense this can be a risky move.

Leaf Spinning Wind (Konoha Senpuu)

Effect: This move is incredibly hard to dodge. Lower the effective evading stat of the target by 20 - 30 if you have more than double their taijutsu. This move leaves opponents vulnerable (only half dodge/defense) to the Kage Buyo technique for their next post only.
Description: The ninja dissapears in a blur of pure speed, appearing right under their target and thrusting a kick into their chin from below, launching them into the air. While weak and costle the move is very hard to avoid and makes a great opening.
Sand
Shield of Sand (Suna no Tate)

--If the opponent's applicable stat (taijutsu or ninjutsu or accuracy) is more than or equal to double the user's ninjutsu, then the shield is bypassed and the attack cannot be blocked.

Description: The basic defense of the Wind ninja. This creates a shield of the element of Sand that can absorb any jutsus, taijutsu, or basic attacks in general. This shield is the one seen in the Naruto Anime.
Third Eye (Daisan no Me)

Description: Uses fillaments of sand to create a small floating eyeball that will send feedback to the one who created it as if it were their own eyeball.
Hurricane (Shippuu)

Effect: This ability leaves an opponent staggered for their next post, cutting all attack attributes in half when trying to hit with any ranged attacks or jutsus.
Description: A flurry of wind surrounds the target, spinning them wildly and lifting them a bit off the ground before slamming them back down. It does little damage, but leaves their perception highly skewered and makes ranged attack difficult.
Wind God (Kaze Kami)

Effect: Increase damage by 15 points if used against a member of an Earth based clan or village. Target immediatly is forced fourty feet away.
Description: This is a straightforward attack for the most part, sending incredibly strong buffets of wind at the opponent and knocking them flying a good ways. It's beauty is against members of the opposite element, earth, where the wind, guided by some malignant force senses the chakra in them and buffets them for additional damage as they fly.
Wind Blade (Kaze no Yaiba)

Effect: A very hard to dodge and especially penetrating ttack. This attack reduces evasive skills used against it by 20 as well as ignoring any armor used against it. It must be used very close to melee range though.
Description: A sword of wind that forces compressed air to cut through the target. Since it is so fast and hard to see it is hard to avoid, and the wind goes right through all defenses. Due to the tempermental nature of wind the blow only maintains enough force to be dangerous with ten feet though.
Stone
Stalwart Brigade (Mosa Ryodan)

Effect: Absorb 20 damage directly in front of the user. Multiple walls may be laid down for 20 nin a piece. Does not stop Genjutsu.
Description: Creates a wall (or walls) in front of the user which can be used to absorb attacks and jutsus that come directly from the front. If an attack is multi-attacking then a shield will only stop the first attack (we assume a ninja would move and use their extra attacks around the shield...)
Soul Prison (Kontan Kongoku)

Effect: User becomes incable of using Ninjutsu techniques. Any ninjutsu techniques aimed at the user become nullified. Genjutsus are uneffected.
Description: A wall of pure, intense chakra is formed in a field around the ninja. The chakra distorts any attempts to force a jutsus through it from inside or out. The ninja must remain stationary to maintain the effects of the Kontan Kongoku.
Prism (Sanryoukyou)

Effect: Causes blindness in the opponent. -80 accuracy. Double effects on Uchiha, Hyuuga, or other "mystic eye" bloodline types regardless of if the effects of the eyes are activated or not. Lasts 2 posts.
Description: A brilliant crystalline piece of rock juts from the earth and shatters in a blinding explosion of light, blinding the opponent. Ninjas used to relying on enhanced forms of eyesight suffer especially badly from this technique.
Earth Gods Will (Tsuchi Kame Mune)

Effect: Dome has 100 hit points and absorbs attacks from all angles. Genjutsus can not penetrate the dome. The person inside is also unable to attack the opponent at all. This jutsu can be deactivated by the user by sacrificing their attack phase.
Description: A massive dome of earth much like the Sphere of Sand rises and surrounds the ninja. Unlike it's Sand cousin this sphere will not attack back though, but has an absurdly strong amount of defense.
Earth Type; Inner Decapitation Skill (Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu)

Effect: Pulls a User underground for the next post, making the opponent lose their next response phase.
Description: The user puts himself/herself underground using his/her chakra. They then can pull the opponent under and attack them.
Mist
Hidden Mist Skill (Kirigakure no Jutsu)

Effect: Raises your accuracy by 20, decreases enemy accuracy by 20. All eye clans (Uchiha, Hyuuga, any clan with a bloodline involving the eyes) take -40 accuracy.
Description: A technique that uses moisture in the air to engulf the opponent in mist. This mist makes it harder for your opponent to see, which gives you more of a chance for a sucessful strike.
Secret Might (Kyuusho Chikara)

Effect: Damage dealt is "ghost" damage. If the damage would cause the target to die they are completely stunned for one post instead.
Description: The user creates the form of any type of water jutsu they wish, regardless of level or restrictions, and uses the phantom jutsu to crush their opponent, shocking them senseless.
Spin Cycle (Jiten Shuuha)

Description: A small whirlpool of water is created under the target and stabs up with great force, causing damage and disorientation.

Effect: Ninjutsu is unusable by the target for their next post. This effect only occurs the first two times Tachi Kyou Go is used, whether it connects or not.
Description: A swift pass followed by a blow to the back of the head which leaves the opponent dazed from the impact and unable to concentrate temporarily.
Beginning (Akebono)

Description: A lash of vapor swipes through the opponent, drawing at their very chakra and essence and lashing back to the user, revitalizing them.

Description: A similar lash as Akebono, this one draws on the energy of the user to inflict more damage though.

Description: The user becomes the person most desired (or cared for if they desire no one) by the target in their eyes. This makes it hard to strike them for obvious reasons.
Feast of Famine(Chisou Futei)

Effect: If this technique hits then roll 1d100. Roll 35 or lower and you may strip the opponent of one armor piece or weapon of your choice for the remainder of the battle.
Description: An oddly thick cloud engulfs the foe, strangling them and cutting off their breath. While distracted so the cloud goes to work on the opponent's more material belongings.
Grass
Might of Oaks (Kashiwa Isei)

Effect: A combination of punches and kicks that echo for miles. If the performer is surrounded by trees the damage is increased.

Effects: 4 main phases from now, you may eat this bean. It will replenish your health by 70.
Description: By storing chakra inside of this bean, it becomes empowered.

Effects: Lowers Resistance, and Accuracy by 25. All additional chakra spent will be split amonst these stats evenly.(10 more chakra, means 10 more to each).
Description: Clouding your opponents judgement by making him think he is surrounded by leaves.
Smite (Shou)
Type: Taijutsu

Cost: 40 Stamina. Requires you get hit. Takes one post to ready.
Effects: Upon being struck, your opponent takes 1.5 damage(unblockable), of the damage you just recieved. This ONLY pertains to Tai/Nin attacks. No regular attacks/ranged attacks/Genjutsu.
Description: Seeming to give your opponent the advantage, you turn their own attack against them.
Sound
Air Slicing Blast (Zankuuha)

Effects: 40 Damage/ 55 Damage with Air Pressure Device.
Description: A Jutsu which allows the user to freely control super sonic sound waves and air pressure. The cannons that are their arms can create blasts powerful enough to even destroy rock.
"Sound Type”Sound Cannon

Effects: If done at melee range user will take half of the base damage.
Description:. This attack can be performed two ways, one form one hand the other from the mouth (Almost never picked). (Hand) The user places their left hand on their right rist, as Charka is changed into both hands, then fires it is a massive bast that takes the form of sound, but could still be seen my the human eyes. (Mouth) User draws air into their body and holds their breath for one minute, then fires it is a massive bast that takes the form of sound, but could still be seen my the human eyes. A sound amplifier is need in order to use this.
"Sound Type” Shadow Sound

Description: With the help of a Sound Amplifier, the user focuses a average amount of Charka into the Amplifier. The user unleashes a sound and a small black flash from the amplifier at a target(s). For the next three turns all sounds made by the target will me much greater about three or four times as great.
Disorient (Mayowa Su)

Effect: Lowers Accuracy and Evasion by 25 each for 3 turns.
Description: The user manipulates sound waves produced from any source to disrupt the fluid balance in the target's cochlea, disrupting the victim's balance and sense of direction. For the victim's next three (3) turns they will be off-balance, stumbling around and unable to respond properly to threats.
Disgrace (Chijoku)
Type: Taijutsu

Effects: Deals 25 damage. This cannot be blocked. They may NOT use body substitution. Taijutsu bonuses(Martial Artist) do NOT add to this attack. However Taijutsu bonuses can raise the damage UP TO 35.
Description: Manipulating sound, you appear behind the opponent. Then, you deliver a crushing blow to their spine.
General
Beast Human Clone (Juujin Bunshin)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 50
Effect: Requires an animal to do, the animal transforms into a human, animal learns the master's techniques for that period. The creature takes on half the Master's stats. It will revert back to its original form when hit, like a Shadow Clone. The two go the same as a summon/pet and owner would usually go.
Description: In coordination with an animal, the user creates a perfect likeness of that creature, and vise-versa with the beast assuming the form of the person.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: Academy Student
Cost: 10 Genjutsu
Effects: Adds +5 evasion and +5 accuracy for each clone. Once a clone is hit it is destroyed, and the bonuses with it.
Description: Creates an illusionary replica of the user. It is unable to attack or interact with other objects, but can serve as a good distraction.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Type: Genjutsu

Effects: Change your appearance.
Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you were that thing.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Academy Student
Cost: 10 Ninjutsu
Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.
Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening.
Sexy Skill (Oiroke no Jutsu)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 15 Genjutsu
Effects: -10 too all stats of target male character for two rounds. If used near a female, the female deals x1.5 damage next turn.
Description: Created by Naruto this Jutsu, like Henge no Jutsu, transforms the user into a beautiful naked woman. Often causing nosebleeds, this technique has defeated Hokage.
Harem Skill (Harem no Jutsu)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 30 Genjutsu
Effects: -20 too all stats of target male character for two rounds. If used near a female, the female deals x1.5 damage next turn.
Description: Combination of Bunshin no Jutsu and Sexy no Jutsu. Many created Shadow Clones transform with Sexy no Jutsu. This 'Harem' of beautiful naked women lavish the victim with attention causing incapasitation.
Lion Combo (Shishi Rendan)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 50 Taijutsu
Effects: Does 55 damage. If not used after Shadow Leaf Dance (Kage Buyou), then -40 too the user's accuracy.
Description: A series of pucnhes and kicks which follow Shadow Leaf Dance.
Puppet Skill (Kugutsu no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 30 Ninjutsu, 10 Ninjutsu per turn afterwards.
Effects: Gives you control over one puppet weapon. You have control over the puppet until you are hit or the puppet is destroyed. Your evasion is increased by 50 while using this tech.
Description: Controlling a doll and using it as a weapon with your Chakra. Just like a marionatte, Chakra extends from the users fingers to move the puppet which can be small, life size or even bigger. This skill is often used in co-ordination with the Kawarimi technique, so the user can quickly replace his or her body with the puppet. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, object, or, more commonly, the form of the user. (Remember that a puppet weapon must have an HP stat)
Shadow Shuriken Skill (Kage Shuriken no Jutsu)
Type: Taijutsu

Effect: You throw two small ranged weapons of the exact same type. ie. 2 shuriken/ 2 kunai, etc. The first one is dodged regularly, and then the second one is dodged as if the user's accuracy was doubled.
Description: A simple but often affective technique. When throwing a Shuriken, another Shuriken is underneath hiding in the shadow. The enemy will concentrate on the real one and not see the one in the shadow.
Shadow Leaf Dance (Kage Buyou)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 40
Effect: The opponents skips his next response phase.
Description: A technique used to attach the user to their opponents shadow. Once done, the victim is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack. Such as Initial Lotus or less advanced attacks, like the Lion Combo.
Windmill Triple Blade (Soufuushasen no Tachi)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Gennin
Cost: 50
Effect: The opponent takes 15 damage and has 1/4 his evasion on his next response phase. (example: 80 evasion would drop too 20 evasion for one turn.)
Description: Ties the opponent down using strings attached too the ends of shuriken/kunai. Make sure you have at least two kunai/shuriken when you use this.
Medical
Sweet Nectar (Amai Kanro)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Cost: 10
Effect: Halts the effect of bleeding, minor poisons, and other debilitating qualities.
Description: A sweet smelling, lightly colored fluid coats the ninja's hands and is applied to the troubled area. This technique will take care of any light maladies from minor infection to bleeding to poisons.
Blessing (Megumi)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)
Rank: Genin
Cost: 5 per post
Effect: The medical nin may sacrifice up to 20 of their own stat points to raise the corresponding stat of an ally by 20 points. This effect lasts for a post for each five chakra spent.
Description: The ninja lays their hands on the target and a small flash of light ensues, draining the strength from the ninja and infusing it into their target.
Serene Touch (Seion Souhou)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Cost: 20
Effect: Heals the target for 20 points.
Description: Like most other techniques the ninja lays their hands on their target, a soft light enveloping them and healing minor wounds.
Regeneration (Kousei)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Cost: 15
Effect: Heals the target for five poitns for the next five posts made by them.
Description: The skin of the target takes on a very light green tinge as healing chakra fuses through their body, slowly healing their wounds over time.
Gift of the Tengu (Atae wa Tengu)

Effect: Restores the chakra spent on the skill to a target. This skill may not be used on someone that has already used it or Atae wa Suppiritsu in the current battle.
Description: A faint white beam strikes from the medical nin's palm and hits the target, infusing it with energy.
Salvation (Kyuusei)

Effect: Removes one genjutsu of the medical nin's choice from the target. Restores 10 hitpoints as well.
Description: A small spark of azure light appears beside the target's head and explodes in a shower of diamand blue sparkles which land on the target's body and heal them slightly, as well as clearing their minds.
Protective Cross (Kago Kouso)
Type: Ninjutsu (medical)

Effect: The next genjutsu or ninjutsu of chuunin or lower level is resisted and the cross is erased.
Description: The medical nin inscribes a small cross on any exposed skin of the target. This cross glows very dimly and protects the bearer from harm.
Summoning
Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Effect: Allows you to summon one animal. (See Summoning rules for more info). Requires the skill "Contract Manager" to preform.
Description: Having signed a contract in blood, any ninja with this Ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. They must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal and marking their point of summoning on the ground with both hands. Animals range from the famous Japanese Triad of the Toad, Snake, and Snail/Slug, to dogs, spiders, turtles, monkeys, and many more.
Great Rain (Kyousei Amei)
Type: Ninjutsu (summoning/water)

Effect: Raises Gennin water-type creature summoning chances by 20%.
Description: Causes a heavy rain to fall on the area, soaking it and leaving it more desirable for watery creatures.
Wild Fear (Mikon Osore)

Effect: Raise one stat of the summon by 30 points.
Description: By making the summon feel fear the creature fights more violently for it's existance, becoming stronger than it was before.
Courageous Stand (Eiki Kadai)

Effect: Any genjutsus cast on the caster of Eiki Kadai instead effect the summon. Costs 20 chakra per genjutsu, lasts 5 posts. May only target level 0 - Level 2 summons.
Description: Once again abusing the simple minds of low level summons the summoner can project what ails their minds onto their summons. Once again, don't expect very happy summons after this though!
