Fire Dragon Flame Blast (Katon Karyuu Endan)

Effect: This skill causes severe burning over the body; if used by an Uchiha this technique will cause an additional five damage for the next five posts if the burns are not tended. A non-Uchiha will only cause these effects for two posts. Due to the nature of this jutsu, any attempts to dodge without using a jutsu have their relevant stat reduced by 30 points.
Description: The ninja draws in a deep breath and lets it out in a flame that flies at their opponents in a huge wall of incindiary might. This move is for obvious reasons very difficult to avoid.
Blaze (Kaen)

Damage: 75
Effect: Inflicts 75 damage to anyone that enters melee with the user for the next three posts. Does not prevent the user from taking damage.
Description: A blaze of flame rises around the user about a foot away from them in all directions. Anyone that gets to close will be burned.
Bitter Crimson Tears (Katsurui Shinku)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 120
Damage: 40
Effect: Rains fire on target for the next six posts, dealing fifty damage each post. If the target moves the rain of fire does not follow.
Description: Forms an odd little cloud of flame above the target's head which rains down flame upon them. The cloud is stationary, so the full effect of the jutsu will only be felt on a stationary target. Fire does not damage the jutsu user.
Sand
Desert Graveyard (Sabaku SouSou)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 70
Damage: 90
Effect: Must be performed on someone trapped within Desert Coffin. The effects of Desert Coffin are immediatly ended and the trapped ninja takes fourty damage.
Description: A final crushing blow made by the sandy grip of the Desert Coffin. As if the skill were not painful enough to begin with.
Sphere of Sand
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 1/5 Chakra per point of damage absorbed (round up)
Damage: 40 damage if struck by a melee technique
Effect: Creates a massive near impenetrable sphere of sand around the ninja. If anyone is foolish enough to strike the sphere in melee (chidori and such included), spikes erupt from it and deal 40 unavoidable damage. The user may not attack in any way while inside the Sphere of Sand.
Description: An enormous sphere of sand surrounds the user, leaving them blind and cut off from battle but protecting them with incredible fortitude. Nearly a completely immobile defense.
Blood on the Wind (Chi o za Kaze)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 110
Damage: 70
Effect: If this technique strikes an opponent they begin to bleed. Deal an additional twenty damage every post made by the opponent that isn't attempting to stop the bleeding. Bleeding may be stopped with a makeshift bandage, but requires a post to do so.
Description: This move once again does not directly target the foe itself, but instead tries to find wounds already made in the opponent. If none are there the wind itself will cut a shallow blow, then infuse it's chakra into all the wounds on the person, causing them a bit of pain but more importantly causing all their wounds to start bleeding profusely.
Stone
Earth Type; Rising Earth Wall (Doton Doryuuheki)
Type: Ninjutsu

Effect: Used as a "in response" technique. Blocks out any Ninjutsu or Taijutsu attack depending on your rank. (If you are a jounnin, the wall will not block a kage level attack.)
Descripition: The user "vomits" a small wave of mud, which suddenly turns into a large wall made out of that mud. It is used to block out painful Ninjutsu or Taijutsu.
Gaea's Maw
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 400
Damage: 300
Effect: Causes target to skip next two turns. Can only be used once per battle.
Description: The ground beneath the target is split open, raised around the victim in a ring of jagged and razor-sharp spires. The opening is quickly pulled closed, stabbing the victim with the stones and trapping them beneath the earth.
Hand of the Earth God (Ibuki no Haniyasu-hiko)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 110
Damage: 150
Effect: In addition to damage, the target is pinned beneath the ground for 1 turn. So they lose their next response phase.
Description: The user manipulates the ground to generate a gigantic wave of earth to wash over the target and crush them beneath all that dirt. This powerful attack is incredibly draining, thus, may only be used once per battle.
Mist
Water Prison Skill (Suirou no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounnin
Cost: 50, then 10 every turn afterwards to keep effective.
Effect: You and your opponent cannot move as long as this is active. You recover 5 HP every post as long as the Water prison is kept up.
Description: When fighting in areas with large bodies of water, the users puts chakra into the water which is used to put the opponent in a water-like prison. This incapacitates the opponent as long as the prison is up, allowing the user time to recover. *This technique can only be used in areas with large bodies of water. Therefore, you CANNOT use this technique in the desert or areas like that(duh)*
Water Type; Explosion Skill (Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounnin

Effect: Deals 150 damage to opponent. Shock causes opponent to lose 10 evasion points for 2 posts.
Description: User gathers water in the surroundings with chakra and creates a sort of "bomb" made out of the water. The "explosion" is actually the water bursting and shooting at the opponent at an incredibly high speed. The impact gives the opponent an after-effect that makes them lose their sense of balance.
Dehydrate (Gansuikagoubutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 160
Damage: 220
Effect: In addition to damage, causes severe burns to appear in several areas.
Description: The user manipulates the water in the cells of the target, causing it to be used at an increased rate. The target's body is starved for water, several impairing their ability to function and causing great internal mayhem. This condition must be treated very quickly, or else the chance of fatality is high.

A Thousand Birds (Chidori) [aka Lighting Edge/Cut]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounnin

Effect: Deals 150 damage. Adds 20 to the user's accuracy. It can be dodged like a normal attack(meaning: if the opponent has higher evasion than the user's accuracy, then they're gonna dodge it) This Ninjutsu can break through any barrier.
Description: The User gathers chakra in his hand to the point where the chakra is visible to the naked eye. It looks very much like lighting itself. Then the user runs at the opponent at a very high speed, which simulates the noise that 1000 birds would make. The user than puts his/her hand out as to impale the opponent with the attack. It is said it can break through any fortification and cause major damage to any opponent.
Thors Cry (Nakigoe Thor)

Effects: 50 hit combo. Deals 190 damage, your speed is increased by x1.5(this effect takes place AFTER the attack, and lasts 4 turns).
Description: Becoming one with Lightning, you increase your speed, and unleash a highly destructive combo.
Thunder and Lightning (Raiden)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin

Damage: 175
Effect: In addition to damage, reduces the Accuracy of all except user by 50, and speed of all except user by 10
Description: A great thunderstorm is summoned by the user, casting darkness over the battlefield. Storm conditions arise, the gale force winds slowing all except the user. When bolts of lightning appear in the sky, this technique begins to peak. Said bolts are under the user's control, and strike any target they are commanded to.
Grass
Name: Death Tree (Desu Mokuhon)
Type: Ninjutsu

Damage: 45 Damage per tree per turn
Effects: Tree like creatures that attack the enemy for two turns. Enemy must turn his/her attention to the creature and must dodge it or attack it to knock it back. This creature will die after two turns unless it has biten the target. User performing the jutsu cannot attack while using this technique.
Description: Tree-like creatures grown by forcing chakra into seeds of trees. These creatures live on flesh or meat.
Name: Tree of Evil Thoughts (Mokuhon Aku Kansou)
Type: Genjutsu

Effects: Causes victim to hallucinate whatever they fear most. Victim surffers a 25% subtraction of their total defense and resistance stats for 3 turns.
Description: Another evil tree-like creature that imprisions their victims with horrible past memories.
Might of Ages (Jurei Isei)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 80 Taijutsu
Damage: 110 damage(or 150)
Effect: An extremley fierce combination of punches and kicks. Ending with a kick to the throat of your opponent. When in an area with at least one tree around, you deal extra damage.
Description: The forest empoweres you with its might. With this power, you can protect the forest, that has already given you so much strength.
Sound
Resonance (Kyoumei)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 60 per strike
Damage: 90 per strike
Effect: Only useable if user would do less than 90 per attack. Adds a 5% chance to cause target to skip his/her next turn.
Description: The user has been trained in a rare fighting art, attacking violently in a way that rattles the entire skeleton of the target with every blow. This savage style greatly increases the user's chance of breaking bones and knocking a target unconcious.
Devil's Symphony (Akki Kyoumei)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin

Damage: 225
Effect: Wrenches control of the target's body for a limited time to cause them to attack themself.
Description: A strange, aggressive song generated by the user rips control of the target's body away, subjugating them to the user's whim. They are generally made to attack themself, so as to maximize the damage in the small window available. A form of this technique was used by Tayuya, one of the legendary servants of the Shodaime Otokage, Orochimaru, but Tayuya was an expert at this skill, able to control even the dead for long periods of time.
Angel's Chorus (Mitsukai no Gasshoutai)

Effect: Raises Defense and Evasion of everyone participating in battle by 150 each, but reduces Attack of targets by 75.
Description: A soft and peaceful melody generated by the user stimulates the brain to lessen aggressive intent and increase the body's responsiveness to the environment. This communion with nature and peaceful atmosphere promotes a non-aggressive environment where it is psychologically difficult to attack one another.
General
Double Snake Assassination Skill (Souja Sousai no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: The user's life or 1/2 full chakra.
Effects: If this technique hits, the opponent rolls 1d100. If they roll >50 or the technique misses completely they live and the user loses 1/2 of their full chakra. If they go to 0 or under chakra they pass out. If the technique hits, both the user and the opponent die instantly. No jutsu or skill can be used too dodge this, only rolling. If the user preforms this technique and then they have less than 0 chakra, the technique is still preformed. They wouldn't pass out until after.
Description: A murder-suicide attack. With this attack both the user and the enemy are meant to die.
Extreme Lotus (Ura Renge)
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 100 Stamina
Effects: 250 damage to Opponent and 150 unblockable and unsubtractable damage to yourself.
Description: This technique puts alot of strain on your muscle fibers. It is basically a suicidal attack. Normally, humans use the power of their muscles at only about 20 percent of it's full power. If you use 100 percent, the muscles themselves will be destroyed. Normally your brain is holding down this power. This Jutsu, like with Initial Lotus, releases the brain's limitors but goes beyond Initial Lotus in power, speed, and self damage. You release the brain's restrains by opening the Initial Gate, then opening the Heal Gate you forcibly raise your stamina. Then from opening the third, the Life Gate, you enter into the Extreme Lotus. Continous high speed TaiJutsu that can't even be touched. The user wraps his target in bandages so they can't protect themselves, then attacks at the same time with a powerful punch and kick.
Dead Soul Skill (Shikon no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 50 Chakra per body per turn.
Effects: Must have a dead body to manipulate. The body is under the control of the user like a bunshin or summon.
Description: With this Jutsu the user can make the dead seem lifelike. Allowing dead bodies to move around as a diversion or decoy. This skill causes the dead bodies' hearts to beat allowing the user to control them for a few minutes.
Shadow Shuriken Clone Skill (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)

Cost: 5x chakra (x = amount of clones you want to make.)
Effects: Multiplies the amount of the small weapons you threw by x. You throwing limt is uneffected by this, since it happens after you throw it.
Description: A powerful technique. The user throws an object, in this case a Shuriken, and uses Ninjutsu to make it divide in the air, creating a few, or hundreds, of other real Shuriken.
Feathery Sleep (?*)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 50 Chakra per person.
Effects: Target(s) is asleep. This is a area effect jutsu.
Description: This Jutsu is used to put one or even a very large group of people into a long deep sleep.
