Leveling and Stat Bonuses:

The way of leveling is determined by a formula, and experience points. These experience points shall be earned through good Rp'ing.

Rules:
-- Leveling is self-explanitory. Certain amout of exp, will merit one level. Simple, no?
Lv 1...so 100 txp (txp = total xp)
so in order to advance to level 2 you need 100 exp...
Lv 2...so 200 txp
so in order to advance to level 3 you need 100 exp...
Lv 3...so 300 txp
((txp means "Total Experience Points, so that your xp doesnt go down. It just accumulates and stacks onto itself.))
-- Every ten levels, the amount of exp to level increased by double the amount.
Example One:
Jane is lvl 20, so in order to become lvl 21 she needs 400 exp.
Example Two:
Jonny is lvl 10, so in order to become level 11, he needs 200 exp.
This caps at 1600 exp until next level, because after that, it just gets crazy.
So a level 50 jounnin, and a level 80 jounnin both require 1600 exp, to level.
-- Every time you level, you get 100 stat points to mess around with. Use them at your own disgression.
-- You may learn up to 1 jutsu per level. But when you become a chuunin, or jounnin, this changes.
-- You recieve x skill points every level. (see below)

Level 1-10 gets 1 skill point per level
Level 11-30 gets 1 skill point per 2 levels
Level 31-50 gets 2 skill points per 5 levels
Levek 51-forever gets 1 skill points per 5 levels

~Ghost EXP~
Ghost EXP is like regular EXP, but is put aside. When you have enough Ghost EXP to level up a level, you level up and get everything except the 100 stat points. You may be given this at times from admins or jounin teachers under special circumstances, but only when you recieve stat points along with your training. Ghost EXP can only stack with other ghost EXP. So if you have 50 Ghost EXP and you get 50 regular EXP, you do not put them together to get 100 EXP. You must wait until you get 50 more Ghost EXP. Once you get enough Ghost EXP to level you add the amount of Ghost EXP you have to your TXP.

HOW YOU CAN EARN EXP, AND HOW MUCH YOU GET: ~~~~NON-Mission Training~~~~
--Basic Training: Training done with your jounnin instructor. (slowly rationed out by Jounnin and is able to vary in amount at the jounnin's discression).

--Personal Training: Training done by yourself, for example, if your from Konoha, you train in the forest. 50 exp, or learn ONE jutsu, not both. Refer to below, to find how this is done.

--Partner Training: Training done with one or more partners. Each person gains either 75 exp, or 25 exp and ONE jutsu learned, not both. Refer to below, to find how this is done.

--Every type of training contributes to your XP.
----There are two exceptions. Jutsus & Missions you only gain (total lines/2=XP gained). So the more lines you do the more XP you gain.

~~~~Battles~~~~ We shall have exp gained after EVERY BATTLE. Whether you win, or lose.
When you win a battle your Exp Earned =(Opponent's Level - your Level) * 5 + 75
No matter what, when ever you win a battle. The LOWEST exp you can recieve is 50.
When you LOSE A BATTLE: You gain 25 exp. Simple as that.
If it is a tie or someone Forfiets, then you both get 25 EXP. If someone says they forfiet you may keep attacking them, you do not have to stop.
~~~~Missions~~~~
*Note : all genin need a jounin instructor too get the mission while still in basic training. Once their jounin says they are done with basic training they can get their own missions.

~Getting a mission

To get a mission you must make a post in your Kage area asking for a mission, and you may request a certain rank, though that doesnt mean you will get it. Once your Kage tells you the mission and how to start it you will go off and do it. The Kage will also tell you the amount of posts and the EXP to be given. Should be close to the below.

-- D Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 50 exp.(anybody may do these)

-- C Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 100 exp each person.(anybody may do these)

-- B Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 200 exp each person(these can only be taken by chuunin rank and higher, unless EXTREMELY special circumstances arise. Which means you need an admins permission too take your team on one. Most likely the admins will say no, so dont plan on anything. Need 2 admin approvals.)

-- A Rank Missions: These may only be taken on by jounnin, and kage level Ninjas. These missions merit 400 exp each person

-- S Rank Missions: These may only be taken on by jounnin of at least level 50, and kage level Ninjas. These missions merit 1000 exp each person.

Each Mission takes so many posts too complete. For role playing purposes it will look favorably if you go over the amount. Below is a chart showing how many posts you have to do for each rank mission, and it changes upon the amount of people in your team. 4 being the max. Don't forget the Kage can change the amount, this is for reference.

Mission Posts
1 2 3 4
S - - 120 140
A - 68 84 100
B 30 52 66 72
C 20 36 48 56
D 10 18 24 28

~Training System~

This method of training relys HEAVILY on something called “NRG’’. NRG(energy) is simply Stamina, and Chakra combined for one total.

Rules/Things to note:

--When training, NRG is consumed. Each line of training consumes 10 NRG.
--Approximately 100 lines merits 50 exp. So 1000 NRG, is required. Got it so far? Good.
--Each line should be approx 20 words. We do NOT count lines that contain only 2 or 3 words. Plus its really tacky, and shows that your a poor RP'er. So dont do it!
--Every hour, (real time) 10 NRG is replenished to your character.
--All training done by your character, is done in ONE thread. And whenever you wish to train, just go post in the thread. This thread is linked into your activity log.
--When training with a partner, its like training by yourself, except the exp is a little greater. 100 lines for each of you merits 75 exp.
--When training to learn a technique, you must post:
-10 lines 10 posts when by yourself. So 1000 NRG to learn a technique.
-10 lines 7 posts when with a partner(or two). Each person must post this much. So 700 NRG per person to learn a technique.
-10 lines 5 posts, when training with 3 or more people. Each person must post this much. So 500 NRG is needed when training with your team.

--All training must follow the below format: By using this format, we can determine how much training they are allowed, as well as how much exp you can receive maximum.

~Training Layout~

Time Training started:
Total NRG:

********Character Trains/ Where you actually RP(ie: puches a log, beats up a rock or something)*********

NRG remaining:
Number of lines:

--All training must be approved by your jounnin.
--The jounnins ONLY job, is too see how many posts you have, so they can approve the amount of exp you earn. Which is why you list how many posts you have.
--Cheaters, or very VERY poor RP’ers, will be warned(up to twice), and then will no longer receive exp for their poor training. This is at the jounnins disgression.
--At higher levels any mod/admin can approve things.

**Note: NRG is ONLY for Training. Battles and missions do not use this. Thank you.**
