~Pets~

Obtaining an Animal:
-When an animal is bought or received, it gains 25% of the users stats to distribute out.
If you pay extra, stats can be added.
-2x the Price: 15% More of the Users stats can be added to the animal.
-3x the Price: 30% More can be added.
-4X the Price: 45% More can be added.
*note - this is only for when you buy the animal, not for leveling up
-------------------
Animal Growth:
Small Animal: gains 20% of the Stats that the user gains. Everytime the user gains stats, the animal gains stats.
Medium Animal: gains 25% of the Stats that the user gains. Everytime the user gains stats, the animal gains stats.
Large Animal: gains 30% of the Stats that the user gains. Everytime the user gains stats, the animal gains stats.
Any other size ask for admin approval of the growth rate.
-------------------
Animal Rules:
-Animals do not have levels, they just gain stats from you.
-Battle Phases
--Animals gain phases every other turn that a user has, they are added onto the users own, and occur after the users phase. (Ex: Ninja A Draws a weapon (setup phase), his Animal then has its own set up phase. Next turn the animal may not do anything.)
--If an Animal has 2x the speed of the enemy it attacks every turn instead of every other. --If an animal has 1/2 the speed of the enemy it attacks every third turn instead fo every other. --If an animal is attacked it responds to all attacks in its next response phase.
--An animal and it's user can only do technique which require both of them on a turn where they both go. Not on one where the user only goes.
-Every 3 Levels an animal may learn a low level "trick" of which they may use chakra or stamina to aid their owner. These "tricks" work like jutsus, and must be approved in the Jutsu Approval section, don’t forget to state that the jutsu or technique is a for an animal.
--An animal cannot learn ninjutsu or genjutsu without a special skill allowing them to. Refer to the Jutsu Rules section for more pet jutsu rules such as ratios and damage caps.
-Animals gain 1 skill point per 5 levels, these must be approved in the skill section, even if it is from the list, it must be approved for usage by the animal. An ANimal does not start with skill points.
-Animals cannot have negative or hindering skills. -When you own an animal, everytime you recieve money, you lose a certain % of the money you got, rounded up. This accounts for food and other pet needs. So if you got $100 on a mission, you would reall only get $95 if you own a large pet. If you owned a small pet your owuld get $99.
Small - 1%
Medium - 3%
Large - 5%
-If you want to, everytimes you age at least 5 years you may have your pet grow one size larger. So Small -> Medium, Medium -> Large, Large -> custom(admin approval needed)

~Clones~

Clone Rules:
-Bunshin no Jutsu is not considered a clone skill because the clone in Bunshin no Jutsu is an illusion, and not real.
-Phases
--Clones gain phases every other turn that a user has, they are added onto the users own, and occur after the users phase. (Ex: Ninja A Draws a weapon (setup phase), his clone then has its own set up phase. Next turn the clone may not do anything.)
--If a clone is attacked it responds to all attacks in its next response phase.
--A clone and it's user can only do technique which require both of them on a turn where they both go. Not on one where the user only goes.
-Follow clones descriptions for stats and HP.
-When using Bunshin no Jutsu, or any other clone technique, a clone is always hit if the actual person is not. So if you preform an attack and you opponent has Bunshin out, and you miss them, you hit a clone for half damage, rounded up.

~Summons~

Learning Summonings:
-To learn a summon you must learn...
--the technique "Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)"
--the skill "Contract Manager"
--Choose a animal type to summon. Be specific. (i.e. German Shepard, WHite Wolf, etc.)
--Create levels 1-5 of your summon (See below)
-------------------
Summoning Rules:
-Phases
--Summons gain phases every other turn that a user has, they are added onto the users own, and occur after the users phase. (Ex: Ninja A Draws a weapon (setup phase), his Summon then has its own set up phase. Next turn the summon may not do anything.)
--If the summon has 2x the speed of the enemy it attacks every turn instead of every other. --If the summon has 1/2 the speed of the enemy it attacks every third turn instead fo every other. --If a summon is attacked it responds to all attacks in its next response phase.
--A summon and it's user can only do technique which require both of them on a turn where they both go. Not on one where the user only goes.
-Summons leave the field either when you tell them too (done in setup phase) or when their chakra/stamina/HP reach 0.
-When you use the technique Kuchiyose no Jutsu in battle you roll a 100 sided die. Depending on your level and rank, you will summon a certain level summon depending on your die roll. (see below)
-If you make a successful die roll for a certain level summon, you may choose to summon a lower level animal instead. So say after you add your level and rank to your die roll you have a 90. That is a 2nd level summon. But you can choose to summon a level 0 or level 1 instead.
-You can only have this many of each summon level out.
-The summon never levels up.
Level 0 - 5
Level 1 - 4 / 3 & 2(lvl 0) / 2 & 3(lvl0) / 1 & 4(lvl 0)
Level 2 - 3 / 2 & 2(lvl 1) / 1 & 3(lvl1)
Level 3 - 2 / 1 & 2(lvl 2)
Level 4 - 1 & 1(lvl3)
Level 5 - 1
Level 6 - 1

EQUATION: Die roll + User level + rank modifier

Rank modifiers -
Genin: 0
Chuunin: 20
Jounin: 50
Kage: 100
0-40 : Level 0
41-80 : level 1
81-120 : Level 2
121-160 : Level 3
161-199 : Level 4
200-299 : Level 5
300-> : Level 6
-------------------
Creating Summon Levels:
-Once you finish creating these summons and they are approved, their stats never change again.
-When you first learn to summon an animal type you create levels 0-5 of that creature type.
-Since summons do not level up, be caureful when placing stats. You onl get to do it once.
-Each Level has a different number of techniques it can have. The amount of techs and their type are listed below. The Summon may only know techs of your village's element, even if you have "Subtle Elements".
-For techniques that do different damage for different ranks, the technique does the damage for the rank that it was put in for. SO if you have it in as a genin level tech, then it does genin damage. If it is put in as one of the chuunin techs a summon gets, then it deald Chuunin damage, etc. -Some upper level summons can have a weapon. This can ranged from teeth, to claws, to a dagger like the giant toad Naruto summons has.
-Summons cannot have negative or hindering skills. -See the sheet below to fill out for each level of the summon. Once you learn this you MUST put this in your character sheet, near the bottom labeled "Summon: [name of species here]"
-Post your summons in the "Summon Creation" area in charater creation.
