Nara Arashi is a proud Jounin of [[Konohagakure no Sato]]. He has on numerous occasions traveled with the Hokage as as personal guard. He is also one of the few people within the village to have learned and mastered the Rasengan. | |||
Through hardship and sacrifice he had given his all to the village and has been rewarded with an honored position close the the [[Hokage]] himself. Despite this, the young man has a haunted past and a deep obsession with finding the truth to what happened to him and his teammates so many years ago.
