Wo Uri was first encountered in a Yuki no Kuni resistance hideout in the mountains in the north eastern portion of the country between Kura-Okami Point and Hyouden. Quinn was part of a group of resistance members which included Shimo Iouma, Bao Quinn and Claude von Taul.
