The Arrakis Ninja Arts Tournament has concluded, though the recent international tournament was not without incident. The recent incursion into Sunagakure no Sato by members of the Uchiha clan has created tensions between the Country of Wind and the Country of Fire, which many fear may escalate into full on war. Uchiha Nevan remains a prisoner of the Kazekage, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

Elsewhere, Denchi no Kuni continues to suffer from it's prolonged drought, though Kinsen Rasen has recently reformed the Sound Four in effort to raise internal moral. Tsuchi no Kuni remains locked in an ongoing conflict with Yuki no Kuni, and rumors regarding the strained relationship between Hisame Haruyuki and Umikoi Warrusu have begun to spread.

Nara Arashi is a proud Jounin of Konohagakure no Sato. He has on numerous occasions traveled with the Hokage as as personal guard. He is also one of the few people within the village to have learned and mastered the Rasengan.

Through hardship and sacrifice he had given his all to the village and has been rewarded with an honored position close the the Hokage himself. Despite this, the young man has a haunted past and a deep obsession with finding the truth to what happened to him and his teammates so many years ago. This obsession has forged his will, and one day he will act out the vengeance for his fallen comrades.
