Description: Historical records say that Daimyō Jimmu hailed from the Land of Hot Water, but there are few that would argue that he was not a man devoted to all peoples. Jimmu spent his life transforming Yu no Kuni into a booming tourist destination, and accumulating vast amounts of wealth. Like most of the coolest guys, be they royalty or not, he shared this wealth with his friends, and since he considered all people potential friends, Jimmu showered his wealth on his people in many ways. Like most really cool dudes, Jimmu wore sunglasses, the darker the better. This pair of exceptionally lucky shades are modeled after the pair that the historically awesome Daimyō wore.

It was not often someone had the chance to fight a shinobi that was a user of the rinnegan, in truth for Uchiha Shinji this may be the only way he could have some fun anymore since awakening his eternal mangekyo sharingan, Susanoo was power that felt almost god like, and his newfound ocular abilities that came with it were quite useful. His opponent stepped into the ring, and wasting no time, Shinji had already begun considering the various approaches they could take to his strategy, it begun with the creation of some shadow clones, his hands weaving each seal with near lightning speed a large puff of smoke appeared, taking the chance to switch his positioning with one of the clones to confuse his opponent as to which was the real one. His eyes glowed crimson red as his eternal mangekyo sharingan was activated, a menacing light in the darkness.

Description: A black flak jacket modeled after the traditional flak garb of the shinobi nations. There are several empty velcro sections found above the breast pockets on each side, indicating that these was once intended to be modular and allow the wearer to adorn patches that would indicate rank or achievement. The inner lining of this specialized chunin vest has been overlain with several layers of chain mail that is woven into the fabric itself, so durable it could withstand dragon fire and being struck by a bolt of lightning.

Description: The lighter given to Uchiha Shinji by Amegumo Chouka, in exchange for the one he stole while the boy was unconscious. The lighter is off the flip-top variety, and appears somewhat scuffed, as if it has seen heavy usage. The top of the lighter bears worn etching of the '火' kanji, possibly denoting that the old lighter originates in the Land of Fire, or perhaps just symbolizing the element that the lighter creates.

Description: Naturally aligned to the element of the lightning, this character has a natural tact at using and manipulating lightning to their bidding. This chakra is known for its ability to pierce barriers and move at rapid speeds, making it optimal for being able to strike an opponent.

Effect: User has a +10% chance to hit with all Ninjutsu Attacks. Lightning Jutsu cost one less JP to a minimum of 1. This effect may stack with other skills, to a maximum of -2 JP per technique. User receives the skill “Subtle Elements: Lightning” for free and may purchase an additional rank of “Subtle Elements”. If the user already has “Subtle Elements: Lighting”, they may have their points refunded. *This skill may be learned before level 30, but the effects are not granted until level 30 is obtained.

 

Wind Specialty [UNLOCKED]
Description: Naturally aligned to the element of the wind, this character has a natural tact at using and manipulating the wind to their bidding. This chakra takes on the form of thin razor edges that flow for more piercing and damaging attacks.
Effect: User has a +15% to base damage (rounded up) with Ninjutsu  attacks. Wind Jutsu cost one less JP to a minimum of 1. This effect may stack with other skills, to a maximum of -2 JP per technique. User receives the skill “Subtle Elements: Wind” for free and may purchase an additional rank of “Subtle Elements”. If the user already has “Subtle Elements: Wind”, they may have their points refunded. *This skill may be learned before level 30, but the effects are not granted until level 30 is obtained.
 

The Path of the Artisan

Description: Some Ninja are either exceptionally gifted at the creation and use of items in battle or work hard towards that mastery. These ninja are are more often than not viewed as the most inventive among their peers, and those that follow the Path of the Artisan in the past have been known to create some of the greatest items of legend, as well as the simple tools that nearly every Ninja has used for over a hundred years.

Effect: Character gains 1 extra Jutsu Point per level.

Artistic Mastery: (Choose Two)

- Journeyman: May gain 2 ranks of 'Merchant' for one (1) skill point.

- Master of the Brush: May gain ranks of 'Scribe' for one (1) skill point.

 

The Path of the Assassin

Description: Although all ninja are supposed to be able to perform assassinations, there are assassins and then there are assassins. These Ninja are dedicated to the highest forms of stealth and the most silent ways of killing; mastering the use of poisons and traps. They value precision in their attacks rather than brute strength, and quickly find their opponent's weakest points by taking advantage of their extensive knowledge of human anatomy and behavior in battle.

Effect: This character's natural critical range is on a dodge roll of a 1-10 rather than on a roll of a 1.
Master of Death: (Choose Two)
- Art of the Blade: Allows for the skill 'Sinister Calling' to be purchased, the first rank is free.
- Art of the Shadow: Twice per battle after a failed dodge roll this character may roll to dodge a second time. The result of this second roll must be used.

 

Elemental Archetype

Description: Traditionally, elements are comprised solely of Yang energy, while illusions are fulled by Yin energy. With a degree of mastery, one can mimic the formation of Yang energy like the Sage of the Six Fold Paths once did and bring their dreams to reality. Shinobi are trained to use unstable forms of chakra in this creation, leading their attacks to be more damaging.

Effect: Users that focus on this archetype will gain the ability to use the Ninjutsu element skills with Genjutsu techniques, replacing physical damage with ghost damage. In addition, the user will receive +5% to their base ghost damage when they use elemental genjutsu. The player still needs to have the Subtle Element and Combinatorial skills.

Shadow Clone Replication; Rank II
Effect: Once per stat-battle, when a character with this skill uses a technique that creates ‘Shadow Clones’, that character gains 1 additional ‘Shadow Clone’ for free per rank in this skill. ‘Shadow Clones’ created by this skill are identical to the clones produced by the technique used to trigger this skill.
Description: Shadow clones were created by the Second Hokage, and since their invention, they have been used by ninja all over the world. They are widely considered one of the most versatile types of clone. Some ninja even go so far as to specialize in their usage. With practice, these ninja become capable of creating more clones with the same amount of chakra as the typical clone user.

Chidori Training: Poise
Effect: Characters with this skill may purchase skills and techniques that require the skill 'Chidori Training: Poise'. Techniques that requirethe skill 'Chidori Training: Poise' may be used a number of times per battle relative to the rank of the technique used (i,e: Genin: 2, Chūnin: 2, Jōnin: 1, Sennin: 1). All techniques that require the skill 'Chidori Training: Poise' of the same rank share usage limits.
Description: Though the Chidori is mostly usable after one masters its control and momentum steps, the technique possesses considerable drawbacks that prevent it from being truly useful within a battle. In the Poise step of a Chidori user's training, they learn how to properly balance their steps at the moment that the technique is delivered, allowing them to escape or respond to a counterattack. Though the training found in this step is most useful when the Chidori is completed with advanced vision techniques, typically the Sharingan, possessing proper reaction abilities is the key to making this technique even moderately practical with or without advanced vision.

The Art Of Mirror’s Reflection

Effects: This character may activate their "Sharingan Reflection" skill one (1) additional time per battle. Additionally, increase this character's "Sharingan Reflection" skill's success percentage by 5% per two (2) ranks of "Sharingan Reflection". 

Description: The Sharingan Eye is one of the most enigmatic and powerful bloodlines known to the ninja world. It is capable of many different but equally powerful effects, but the power to steal the skills and abilities of another with a simple glance is one that only a handful can lay a claim to. For those Uchiha who have mastered their Sharingan though, mimicking their foes comes as naturally as breathing.

The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan is considered to be a very rare, and unnatural stage that is built off of the mature form of the Sharingan. It was quickly discovered amongst the Uchiha clan that heavy use of the Mangekyō Sharingan would permanently and irrevocably destroy the vision in their eyes. It was through chance that the clan learned of one rare, and chancy way to restore a wielders sight and even bolster their power. By transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan, a clansmen's eyes would once again see clearly, but only suitable donors would work correctly, most often blood relatives. Several times in the history of the Uchiha clan a member has slaughtered his family in an attempt to regain his sight. While this is considered the final form the Sharingan can achieve, it often comes with a stigma that leads others to avoid the wielder.
Requirements: Level 90, Sharingan Transfusion [success], Replaces Mangekyō Sharingan


 

Sharingan Transcendence – Rank One
Effect: Characters with this skill do not suffer the negative effects contained within the skill ‘Sharingan Binding’. The activation and upkeep costs of the Mangekyo Sharingan is reduced by 2.5% and all Sharingan skills that have a usage limit may be used 1 additional time per statistical battle, or role-play topic.
Description: The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan breathes new life into the power of the Sharingan, and increases its usefulness in battle by reducing the strain on the eyes. The costs that are imposed on the body are lessened in this new state, and so the Sharingan is able to function in a more economical and efficient way, granting the wielder a greater longevity on the battlefield.

The Mangekyō Sharingan is the very peak of the Sharingan's power. So rare is the ability to manifest this stage of the Sharingan, that some once said that it was a myth. It was then believed that to induce the Mangekyō Sharingan, the wielder would have to witness someone very dear to their heart die. The powers presented at this stage, are much greater than even the Toripuruha. The standard abilities of the Sharingan are all available to the Mangekyō Sharingan, but at a state that is beyond comparison to the other stages of the bloodline's evolution. The true power of the Mangekyō Sharingan lies in the abilities unique to it. Each wielder's eyes are different, holding different amazing powers. The use of the Mangekyō Sharingan is a double edged sword though. Extended use will eventually blind the wielder.
Requirements: Level 70, Dormant Sharingan; Key to the Mangekyō Sharingan [success], Does not replace Mitsudomoe Sharingan.


Activation: The Mangekyō Sharingan may be activated during the Setup Phase as a standard action. If the Mitsudomoe Sharingan is active, the Mangekyō Sharingan may be activated in any phase as a free action, though its activation cost must be paid during that phase. The Mangekyō Sharingan may be deactivated as a free action, either on its own(returning the user to the MItsudomoe Sharingan) or alongside a standard Sharingan deactivation. While the Mangekyō Sharingan is active, its Upkeep cost replaces MItsudomoe Sharingan's.

 

Sharingan Insight – Rank Four
Effect: While the Sharingan is active, a character with this skill’s Accuracy, Evasion, and Concentration statistics are increased by 4x, with ‘x’ being equivalent to the characters’s level. The value of ‘x’ may never be less than 50. All statistical bonuses provided by this skill may not exceed 1.5x the base value of the individual statistics. Bonuses to Accuracy and Evasion are nullified when the character targets an opponent whose Speed statistic is 2.5x greater than the character’s.
Description: The first ability that is attributed to the Sharingan is the heightened state of awareness that the wielder enters when activating the dōjutsu. The eyes are able to predict the movements of enemies, or photographically catalog the details of the environment with great superiority. The enhanced accuracy and evasion that is the root of many of the Sharingan's abilities becomes stronger as each new tomoe develops. In its early stages, the Sharingan's influence increases the wielder's sensory awareness greatly, but opponents with great speed are capable of besting the dōjutsu. At more mature stages, the Sharingan is capable of predicting the movements of even the fastest foe.

Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank Four
Effect: While the Sharingan is active, a character with this skill’s non-Forbidden Genjutsu techniques with the ‘Dōjutsu; Sharingan’ descriptor gain the following effect;


 

“The target of this technique must roll a 20-sided dice. On an outcome of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 the target may take no other actions in response to this technique. If the target of this technique is afflicted with the status effects ‘Impaired Eyesight’ or ‘Blind’ they may increase the outcome of this roll by +2 or +5 (respectively).”

 

Additionally, characters with this skill may purchase the technique ‘Genjutsu: Sharingan’ and while the Sharingan is active, ‘Genjutsu: Sharingan’ is considered seal-less.

Description: Though the many other facets of the Sharingan are greatly desired across the world, none can argue that perhaps the most potent aspect of the Sharingan is its ability to entrap a target within a Genjutsu at just a glance. Early stages of this ability manifest in incomplete ways, no more or less potent than comparable genjutsu- but later evolutions tap into the eye's ability to completely enrapture a target within the Sharingan wielder's mental whims.

Sharingan Copy – Rank Four
Effect: If the Sharingan is active during the Response Phase, a character with this skill may pay .5x Chakra, where 'x' is the cost of any technique used after this character's previous turn. The character with skill must roll a 10-sided dice, and on an outcome of 1 - 8, the technique may be added to the character’s list of known techniques. Techniques added in this way have no Jutsu Point cost. Techniques of a certain Element, Archetype, or Style may be used without the necessary skill, but the Sharingan must be active to utilize techniques which require skills that the character does not possess. Techniques with bloodline or clan skill requirements that the character does not possess, or techniques that the character could not purchase for their standard Jutsu Point cost may not be copied. This skill may be activated 4 times per battle, or 1 time per role-play topic. Activating this skill is a free action.
Description: The power to record and store the details of any technique witnessed is a feat that has long made the Sharingan one of the most coveted kekkei genkai in existence. By simply having their bloodline active, wielders of the Sharingan are able to see the most minute details in the muscles of their foes, identify handseals in mid-combat, and even see the exact patterns of the enemy's chakra. These abilities make Sharingan-wielders impressive copy cats. In it's formative stages, the act of copying a technique is more strenuous on the body, and can produce hit or miss replications, but as the bloodline matures and the wielder becomes more practiced, the ability becomes almost fool-proof.

Sharingan Reflection – Rank Four
Effect: When a character with this skill successfully utilizes Sharingan Copy against a technique, the unresolved technique has a 40% Chance of being negated. This is a triggered effect and may only activate 2 times per battle. Activation of this skill is a free action.
Description: So fast are the reaction times of those who wield the Sharingan, that the brain is capable of quickly responding to incoming threats, and exactly duplicating the attacks of their enemies. In doing so, the wielder is able to match the exact force of the threat and nullify it. At the pinnacle of the Sharingan's ability, the wielder reacts so swiftly to enemy threats that reflecting them almost becomes a second nature.

Sharingan Binding – [Kamui Long Range]
Effect: Characters with this skill may purchase 1 technique with the 'Hijutsu; Mangekyō Sharingan' Descriptor. The chosen technique is considered to have the 'Seal-less' descriptor. This technique may be utilized a total of 10 times. (This number is inclusive of both statistical battles, and role play topics.) Upon reaching 10 uses, the technique chosen by this skill may not be utilized, and all branches of the Sharingan Bloodline have their effects reduced by 50%. If this would reduce the effects of the Sharingan to 0% then the Sharingan may not be activated, and the character with this skill is considered to be permanently under the status effect 'Blind'. The wielder may only possess as many Sharingan Binding skills as they do functioning Sharingan.
Description: Upon reaching the Mangekyō Sharingan, the wielder’s eyes have fully matured, and with that maturation come the benefits of the secret techniques embedded within each Sharingan, and known only to the wielder. Each Sharingan eye has its own technique hidden within it, and while the Mangekyō stage is active that technique may be utilized almost as effortlessly as breathing, but these techniques come at a high price. Each usage causes pain to the wielder, and with frequency of use, the eye will begin to bleed, and eventually go dim until the eye is left blinded and useless.

Description: The Shadow Clone Technique was created before the founding of the first ninja villages by Senju Tobirama. Before becoming the Second Hokage, he gained a reputation for using his clones on the battlefield with lethal efficiency. The great strength of the Shadow Clone technique is that it divides a user’s strength evenly, creating clones that are indistinguishable from their creator, even appearing to have their own working organs. Their strength is also a danger though, as a user who is not careful could easily divide their chakra too greatly, and weaken themselves to the point of illness or even death. Unlike some sturdier clones, Shadow Clones can be destroyed with relative ease, a strong hit transforming them into a harmless puff of smoke.

Akio had a raised an eyebrow as he watched Shinji's eyes form into the sharingan, though it wasn't the typical one based on its appearance. "Mangekyou?" the young ninja told himself. He had never seen it up close before, but have read about in the textbooks. On top of that several Kage Bunshin around him.  He knew he had found himself a fun opponent and a grin had landed on his face. "This is going to be interesting indeed." He could feel that he had built up enough natural energy to enter sage mode an a green pigment had formed around the Sennin's eyes, and his eyes had turned black to mimic the doe eye'd look of the deer before finally breaking the seal. Description: Kamui is a unique and extremely specialized form of space-time manipulation. When awoken, Kamui grants its user the ability to transport matter, including other people and even themselves to a small dimension that is completely unique to the user's Sharingan. The right Mangekyō Sharingan is capable of manipulating an area at short range, most commonly being used as a means of warping the user themselves out of harms way. By distorting their own body to their dimension a user is able to both evade damage that would be otherwise fatal, or travel great distances in the blink of an eye. Teleportation is done by traveling to their dimension, and transporting themselves back to the material world in the desired location. This form of teleportation can be used to effectively get the drop on enemies, reducing the possibility of them successfully evading attacks. Like all techniques that are unique to the Mangekyō Sharingan, Kamui damages the eyes of the user with each subsequent use and eventually leads to blindness.

Description: Though the Chidori is already a potent technique requiring immaculate chakra control, exceptional users have occasionally discovered a method of pushing the Chidori beyond its limits. Description: Through use of Ōtsutsuki clan abilities, a wielder of the Rinnegan is capable of using the diverse powers of their bloodline to instinctively transport the chakra of others to another dimension. While not fool-proof, this ability becomes stronger as the wielder grows in strength, eventually granting a strong defense against ninjutsu or genjutsu that are caught in their gaze. This absorption creates a black sphere in front of the wielder, which absorbs the attack, much like a black hole would.

Strategist    You are a planner, a thinker. It is not uncommon for you to be three steps ahead of your opponent and making moves that make no sense now but pay off in the long run.
Once a battle, and only once, you may choose to have any of your attacks on a single target become a critical hit for 1.5 times its usual total damage.

Like most of the coolest guys, be they royalty or not, he shared this wealth with his friends, and since he considered all people potential friends, Jimmu showered his wealth on his people in many ways. Like most really cool dudes, Jimmu wore sunglasses, the darker the better. This pair of exceptionally lucky shades are modeled after the pair that the historically awesome Daimyō wore.
