  1. Sharingan Sight Mastery, Efficient Copying Effect: Treat this character's Sharingan Copy skill as if it were one rank higher when attempting to Copy techniques in battle. If this character possesses the highest available rank of Sharingan Copy, instead increase their required success roll range by +1(1-8 roll becomes 1-9 instead. Further, the chakra cost of copying a technique is reduced by 50%., and once per battle as a free action an Uchiha may attempt to copy a technique used by the enemy. Description: Some shinobi within the Uchiha clan are naturally more gifted with the analytical aspects of their kekkei genkai. A bearer of this mastery has trained themselves to more easily identify the core principles of techniques and to subsequently replicate them with greater ease. Requirements: Sharingan Copy Rank 2, Sharingan Insight Rank 2 Cost: -2 This is a currently approved (but five years old skill) from the previous version of the sharingan, I made an updated version since the costs of copying have changed so much. I did adjust the requirements to be higher than just the first ranks of hypnotism since that makes more sense, couldnt be a copy master with one tomoe sharingan.

  4. Depending on what you think about the clones effect, and the equipment bonuses being skill locked by susanoo unleashing, after that its good to go!
  5. 1. Due to the way peter and KC designed the susanoo system I have to tag my techs like that so both shinji and the susanoo can use them 2. This was designed when accuracy was still a modifieron ranged ninjutsu techniques, this was my attempt to get as close to that as I could =

  7. Major changes to this tech to remove influences from other jutsu that shouldnt have been there in the first place, and made sure that I adjusted all of the ratios both chakra and JP wise for powerful kinjutsu costing. This thing should finally be ready to go!

  10. @PandaMattMatt I agree with you that its convoluted and confusing, but the way the Susanoo summon was designed, for Shinhji to make an offensive action both he and the summon must possess the tech to coalesc with, HOWEVER at the same time I would like to be able to use those techniques just as Shinji without the susanoo. I can copy and paste the line from the other jutsu this has come up as a problem with (almost every susanoo tech ive made). Skills are pasted below. Honestly I would LOVE a concrete answer to this problem (Probably just as much as you) so that its not an issue again. @Sol Pope This is an endgame level 4 summon jutsu, (Which couldnt even be used until around level 80-100) so yes its going to be very powerful, being that it is a summon related technique, you can say in a way that it is skill locked to me, Im happy to slap a forbidden kinjutsu tag on this, its meant to be a finishing move. If the speed damage buff is too much Im fine with removing that, but otherwise I dont see the issue other than using incorrect wording. Edit: almost completely redid technique Busted

Enton; Susanoo Kagutsuchi Ya Arashi | Blaze Release; Susano'o Flame Control Arrow Storm | 炎遁・須佐能乎加具土命矢嵐 Type: Ninjutsu | Blaze | [Hijutsu; (Uchiha Shinji or Uchiha Shinji's Susanoo)] | Rank: Sennin Cost: 940 Chakra Damage: 900 Effect: This technique may only be performed if the coalescence conditions have been met: - Coalescence [2; Enton; Susanoo Kagutsuchi Ya Arashi]: Multi-strike attack, has Four (4) total strikes that deal 150 damage per strike. For each strike that hits the opponent, they get 1 turn of 'Burning 200' stacking a maximum of 2 times[between the 4 strikes]; Roll a D10 if the result is even; any Fire based skills that affect this technique are considered to have their effects boosted by +50%; If the result is odd, the users skills are applied normally. Description: Certain Sharingan-users that possess the partner to Amaterasu, Kagutsuchi, which gives them an unparalleled level of control over the black flames of Amaterasu, shaping manipulating and using them for whatever purpose they desire. Through their right eye, the user can alter the shape of Amaterasu, guiding the power of their fire, and when using this in tandem with ones Susanoo, the summoner is able to mix the black fires from Amaterasu with their Susano'os conjured weaponry, one of the more popular choices for this combination move was a arrow fired with black flames at the opponent, usually several in a very quick succession; higher the chance of hitting their opponent and catching them with the inextinguishable flames from the depths of hell. Taiyou Houka-ya | Sun Fire Arrow | 寸火征矢 Type: Ninjutsu | Fire | Lightning | Rank: Jōnin Cost: 250 Chakra Damage: 225 Condition: This technique may only successfully be used if one user is a Susanoo summon and the other user has the Mangekyo Sharingan active. Effect: This technique may only be used as a Coalescence. - Coalescence [2; Taiyou Houka-ya]: This technique has an additional 15% to critical hit. The target is afflicted with 2 turns of burning 120. Response phase jutsu used against this technique have an additional 20% chance to fail. Apply the effects of both subtle element skills to this technique if one of the users has them. Description: Through the combination of using some of the special chakra energy that the Susano'o is crafted from, in combination with his lightning natured chakra, the resulting mixture is a deadly combination of raw power and hundreds of thousands of volts of electricity. When Shinji mixes the two and then using the Susano'o's crackling, flaming orb in its right hand, he shapes a bow and arrow with his special chakra combination. All of the juiced chakra focusing itself on the arrow instead of the bow, once it was finished creating itself, the Susanoo would take aim with it and draw the string back. Shinji was in control of all of this, and was in charge of targeting where the arrow would strike, using his mangekyo sharingan as a guide he lines up the target with the bow and arrow, almost as if he could see through the susano'o's eyes as if they were his own, and then launches their destructive bolt towards the enemy, sparking and cracking with electricity as it roared through the air. Description: While a Susanoo is extremely powerful, it is impossible for those who utilize it to act independently of the construct without first dissipating it. Though this hindrance is none too crippling as the Susanoo itself is capable of dealing immense damage, and sometimes those within a Susanoo even act in tandem with the extra appendages they create to deal combination attacks.
