While they are open and off balance the user will strike them in the head, using the hard part of their forehead to take advantage of their instability and sending them to the ground. Points 5 Angelic Ward II | Tenshi no Kekkai II Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin [Medical] Cost: 150 Chakra Effect: If, in the next 4 of their turns, the target of this technique would be inflicted with a Status Effect it is negated. This technique may negate up to a total of 2 Status Effects, with a total CP of 150. The target of this technique may chose which effects are negated. Description: A small amount of curative chakra is deposited into the target, which then becomes active upon the introduction of sudden trauma. Description: A green glow surrounds the medical shinobi's hand as they use one of the few Jutsus that is able to restore life. Focusing their energy they will use their chakra to rapidly heal the wounds of the target. Points: 3 Sweet Nectar | Amai Kanro Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin [Medical] Cost: 20 Chakra Effect: Cancel the effects of 'Bleeding/Poison/Burning' damage from a Genin ranked source that deals 20 damage per turn or less. Description: A sweet smelling, lightly colored fluid coats the ninja's hands and is applied to the troubled area. This technique will take care of any light maladies from a minor infection to bleeding to poisons. Points: 1 Regeneration | Kousei Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Gennin [Medical] Cost: 75 Chakra Effect: Target gains the status effect 'Induced Regeneration: 30' for 3 turns. Description: The skin of the target takes on a very light green tinge as healing chakra fuses through their body, slowly healing their wounds over time. Points: 3 Cloud Arc Strike | Enkei no Kumo Kōgeki Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 60 Stamina Damage: 75 Effect: N/A Description: The user will rush towards the opponent with a wide sweeping arc kick. The arc in which this attack hit is larger than normal attacks of its level, making it more accurate than most. Points: 3 Shooting Star | Ryuusei Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 35 Stamina Damage: 10 each Strike Effect: Multi-strike attack, three (3) total strikes. If all three strikes hit, opponent can only perform attacks that are long range during their next phase. Usable twice per battle. Description: An attack where the user delivers a swift punch to the stomach followed by kick to the rib, finally following up with a powerful kick to the opponent's jaw sending them flying. Points: 2 Touch and Go | Tachi Kyou Go Type: Taijutsu [Kumogakure] Rank: Gennin Cost: 64 Stamina Damage: 30 Effect: The opponent is under the effects of 'Quarantine; Ninjutsu' for their next turn. This effect only occurs the first two times Tachi Kyou Go is used, whether it connects or not. Description: A swift pass followed by a blow to the back of the head which leaves the opponent dazed from the impact. Due to the nature of the second attack, the opponent will be unable to concentrate temporarily. Points: 4 Level (9) Spear Bleeding Weapon Upon a successful strike with this weapon, the target is afflicted with the status effect 'Bleeding/Burning/Poisoned; x' with the value of 'x' being equivalent to 5% of the strike's base damage per rank in this attribute.
