Ok So I would really like to try out my character against someone who is NOT primarily a Genjutsu user. A Uchiha would be fine but say Ryouki would not be! (Yes, that's pointed at you Aberacht!) haha I would also prefer someone at least around my lvl. I'd say 19-25 would be great.

Mei's Appearance

Mei took a breath of the chilly air, it bolstered her senses and her blood boiled; not from hatred or anything of that kind, but longing to compete. Jumping down from the stands her feet pummeled the ground making her core vibrate and stiffen. Why was she really here if not to show herself and everyone else that she had what it took to when. Taking up a stance, she let her body go into a limber state. Shifting her hands up into the traditional serpent-style stance.

Blade Twisting

Description: You have a distinct pattern when it comes to handling a blade, a sharp curve of the wrist, near the end of the stroke pattern this makes a more radical cut pattern than normal people. This comes normally from the way your always thinking of the next strike and prematurely setting yourself up for it.

Effect: Your Physical Critical Hits involving a bladed weapon cause your target to Bleed for an additional 20% of the damage done for two turns.

Prey on the Weak

Description: You have a knack for feeling out your opponent, knowing when they are at their weariest just makes you strike harder.

Effect: Your Bleed Effects also increase Direct Physical Damage done to the target by 10%.

Hemorrhage

Description: There are certain people that just naturally know where to hit and when. You personally take advantage of your own previous strikes to deal as much damage as possible. Striking at major veins and arterial areas near open wounds will bleed heavier.

Effect: Your Physical Critical Hits cause your Target to take an additional 30% of Current Bleed Effects on the Target.

Serpent-Style

Effect: Venom Charges reward the user bonuses based on the amount of charges that they currently have. If a user is ever struck by a critical hit from an opponent they immediately loose all Venom Charges they have.

0 Charges: No bonus.

1 Charge: The user gains +2% chance to Critical Strike with all Taijutsu techniques.

2 Charges: The user gains +4% chance to Critical Strike with all Taijutsu techniques.

3 Charges: The user gains +6% chance to Critical Strike with all Taijutsu techniques.

This skill cannot be used in correlation with other skills that increase critical strike chance. This skill also does not stack with other skills that passively increase critical strike chances.

Effect: If performed by a member of the Uchiha clan this technique causes serious burning which increase the effect to 10 burn damage a turn for 3 turns. If this technique misses the user has -20 evasion for one turn.

Description: The trademark fireball jutsu, this technique creates fire from the lungs and generates it through the mouth, funneling through a hand put in front of the mouth. Due to needing to stand still and putting the hands away from the defense this can be a risky move.

Description: It is widely known through the animal kingdom that urine is a commonly used tool, perfect for marking ones territory. Noting this, the Inuzuka clan adapted the natural process of the body for their own use: a weapon in combat. With practice, a pet may become incredibly accurate with their urine, able to hit targets while still in midair. the result is a beacon to the Inuzuka and their pet, for the scent of pee is unmistakable.

Katon jutsu - Hit

Pee Pee Tech - Dodged

Mei's mind was a rush, she didn't bother to respond to the words of her opponent; she had never really been one to observe the niceties of battle. What she didn't expect was a full assault from the get go, if she was closer she could have stopped the sealing of the fire jutsu that pelted her, but she wasn't. She took the full impact of the blow, her flesh was scorched on her left ribcage. It wasn't bad enough to block her from her senses, only sharpen them. She wasn't exempt from the pain, only trying to shield the damage from her movements. She knew she couldn't take many more of those. Just when she let herself recover and move to a sprint towards her opponent she noticed the man's pet was gunning for her as well. She was much faster than the pup though, the disgusting blow that was aimed at her by the creature, was easily evaded.

Her stride started to straighten her breath was heavy in her chest, the burn she received made sure of that, she would just have to make sure that her attack was just as effective. Sliding her hard back into her Ammunition Pouch, she pulled out two kunai, placing one in each hand. This was where she wanted to be, no matter what; the adrenaline was what she lived for win or lose.

Bending down at the last second she swiped her right kunai into the sandy soil, dislodging it and sending it flying in a wide pattern towards the man's face. Hopefully this would blind him as it had proved to so many times before.

Description: Inuzuka clan members have an uncanny ability to sniff out certain things, and by using smells, they can get their self out of blinding jutsus, and also have great tracking skills. They are also useful when tracking things, just as they are used to escape from blinding techniques, they can also be used to guide them, such as in the technique Garouga, they are blind, but use the smell from the pets urine to find the opponent.

Effect: Immune to Blind, Impaired Eyesight & Impaired Hearing and terrain effects that negatively effect their Accuracy or Evasion unless they are under the effects of Impaired Smell.

Description: Performing a quick series of hand signs Yuuki kneels to the ground and places both of his hands palm down on he ground. Nearly instantly, many thin spears of wood emerge from the ground, the Opponent is trapped in a tangled pyramid of wood. At this point Yuuki then does another set of hand seals, throwing a wave of flame toward the pyramid, igniting the fixture and assaulting the Opponent with intense heat.

Description: Of course, an Inuzuka canine knows the clan staple! Utilizing their blood borne abilities, the canine will launch themselves into a tornado of tooth and claw, barreling into their target with the force of a large boulder.

Pet attack - Avoided

Kick Roll - win

Mei was pleased to see that her technique hit, but it disheartened her to notice the man didn't try to avoid it at all. She even noticed the pet was more moving to to throw his own paws into the scuffle, however another slick move and the girl had avoided another blow. It was only furthering her into a panic to see that immediately the young man set off for another onslaught; only this time she knew that she was close enough to do something about it, with a quick swinging motion she slapped the man's hands while they were in movement. Lucky for her she was fast enough to be succeed in her counter.

Description: This technique is one of the more simple and ingenious arts of the Serpent Style. The user actually rushes towards the opponent as they start to cast a jutsu, Forming chakra on their Preferred Leg, they try to kick the opponent's arms away, parrying the attack. Upon impact the chakra from the user causes a chain reaction of chakra in the opponent, making it difficult to use the same type of jutsu for a few moments.

Requirement: User must have greater speed than the target to use this technique. Must be in Medium to Close Range. May only be used against a Long Range opponent if the user has at least 2x the target's Speed.

Description: Crouching close to the ground, the user of this technique will approach their opponent at rapid speeds, bursting from the grass or treeline and attacking with a vicious combo. The user will strike first with a rising upper cut, followed closely by a second kick to the stomach that will raise the enemy into the air. Jumping into the air themselves, the user will two a full one hundred and eighty degree turn and strike the enemy with a roundhouse kick, sending them flying back.

Taijutsu Tech - blocked

Puppy attack - dodged

Mei's counter was successful however the shattering power her legs sometimes had, didn't seem to effect the boy in front of her. In a split second her opponents physical reply was in action, and her reaction time was slowed from the burns she had received earlier. It was only her arms that allowed her to mitigate some of the damage, having blocked the swirling blow from the man her arms felt as though they could have been bruised. It was also this block that allowed her to slid out of the way of the puppy that had been aiming an attack her way near the same time.

Mei tried to recover her lost distance, she couldn't take another big hit, she knew that; however her only real skill was in Taijutsu, something this man was decently proficient in as well.

Mei just wanted to man to be still so she could be free to work a bit of her own magic, shifting both her hands into a single seal one she was going to try and use one of her more useful ninjutsu techniques.

Body Freeze Skill (Kanashibari no Jutsu)

- Cannot be dodged. Opponent rolls 1d100.

- If target is of two ranks or higher than the user, they are unaffected by this technique.

Description: Used to cause ones opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. Most Anbu Ninjas seem to know this technique.
