Helation Rules
-A Helation is a non-targetable construct that lasts four turns from the phase it was created in.
-The maximum number of Helations that can exist at any one time is 10X, where X is equal to the user's rank (ie gennin=1, chuunin=2).
-Helations may only be utilised by techniques which explicitly state they use Helations.
-At the end every turn, destroy any Helations controlled by a character that doesn't possess Combinatorial; Light.
-Helations can also be utilized to illuminate an area of 10x feet radius and manipulated freely as long as the user can see it. (X=number of Helation on the field)

Effects: An attack that hardens the particles of light comprising x number of 'Helations' to the maximum of 10, named “Helations.” (X=rank gennin=2, chunnin=6, jounin=10) May remove a Helation from the field to add status effect: impaired eyesight.
Description: The Helation spins, oscillating a razor-sharp edge, it is then shot out at opponent(s).
