Feudal Clan War Komochizuki-kumi | Round 3 In a feudal fantasy world, there are no hidden villages or nations, only warring clans trying to lay claim to a land of their own. One such clan, the Uchiha clan, recently lost its leader and in the vacuum of power arose the young Uchiha Saki. Her skill in combat has proven her worth and her clansmen acknowledge her despite her... oddities. What approaches though is something entirely different, for Otsutsuki Akio is the last living member of his clan, a powerful group of ninja who all died mysteriously leaving only Akio. Gobi Isle Komochizuki-kumi | Round 3 Days had passed since Takeshi last saw land. All that remained of him was the will to live as he brushed his way up onto that fateful beach. His battle days ago on Gobi Isle separated him from his team, who in all likeliness passed during their clash with the five tailed demon. Having been cast into the ocean may have seemed like a death sentence, but fate had other plans. As Takeshi pulled the weight of his water drenched body through the crystal sanded beach he would make note of a tree line ahead. Further inspection yielded a vast tropical garden, filled with exotic fruits and animals. Takeshi knew he needed to relax, and spent days harvesting resources and burning the local trees for fire. Unfortunately for Takeshi this was no ordinary garden. After days of recovering to his full health Takeshi would be greeted by a furious guest. One Junsei Hanamojo. Unbeknownst to the young Hyuuga, this land was operated by the expert botanist clan. With evidence thrown around of his savage harvesting it was only a matter of time before Junsei lost his cool. What had been a little fling turned into so much more, and now they even have a daughter together (Alchem Jilly). But powerful ninja are known to have powerful squabbles. This one, in particular, is a doozy. Both of Syaoran and Hikari have very strong feelings on just what sort of jutsu to teach their daughter. Lightning & Ice Komochizuki-kumi | Round 2 The two self proclaimed masters of their respective elements had a chance to clash with one another when time was serendipitous enough to cross their paths, Sensukai Sato and Hisame Haruyukki, both kages of their respective villages, both eager to test their abilities against one another. Perhaps it was their wish to settle the argument once and for all of which is more superior, water/ice, or lightning/blacklightning. Meeting up on a gentlemans wager between the two that had been agreed upon after several bottles of Sake following the end of a kage summit in the lightning village. Were they drunk when they made this wager? Kazekage's Ploy Komochizuki-kumi | Round 2 A dull rumble echoed through the dark tunnels below Sunagakure. The sound of open riots mixed with the echoes of war to come. Uchiha Nevan, once held in the highest regards among Konoha, was publically executed by Ma'at Akilah minutes ago. The proceeding scene was chaos as diplomats and shinobi burst into open conflict, leading to destruction across the city square. Hyuuga Yatako, the Hokage, managed to escape into the tunnels below the city with his envoy. The invitation had been a trap, a conspiracy to seal the fate of the Hidden Leaf with the removal of its two largest pieces. Yatako now had to escape with his life or it could spell doom for his village. The sun pierced into the darkness of the tunnel as the rubble of the ceiling fell around Yatako, crushing the final guard that had been with him and blocking his path forward. Forbidden Komochizuki-kumi | Round 2 Kazekage Junsei had been doing research in secret for years on how to transform the harsh deserts of Kaze no Kuni into flowering plains. He is a long way off from that terraformation, but research always needs experimentation. Traveling in secret to the remains of Kusagakure no Sato, he sought to revive the village and resurrect Korin from her sacrificial grave. Alchem Syaoran, knowing that miracles always came with a price, moved to stop him. For they never told anyone, but the Alchem had been attempting such a thing for years and his mother accidentally created a vampire tree. Bird Masked Assassin Komochizuki-kumi | Round 2 The dimly lit streets of konohagakure were relatively silent minus the bundles of leaves blowing around the streets and alleyways, Hyuga takeshi was on his way back to his apartment after just returning from the latest expedition to the land of the demons for an intel gathering operation. Being that he was a hyuga, the assassin that had been tailing him for some time now had to assume at one point during his walk home his target would have his byakugan active, hyuga being known for their almost perfect vision would present Tsubasa with an interesting challenge with his latest hit. Keeping to the shadows, Tsubasa kept on his target, who didnt seem to be straying from their usual body language or gestures he noticed upon his initial surveillance while he was away on his latest task; Tsubasa liked to be a prepared hitman. Weaving the necessary seals for the particular instance strobe style technique he had in mind for this job, he launched the first stage of his attack, letting his illusion grip hold of the Hyuga shinobi, before he made his move and began the attacks, which would appear to Takeshi as if they were at near lightning speed fast. ooc: Begin your battle here! Sudden But Inevitable Betrayal Komochizuki-kumi | Round 2 It was a beautiful evening in Arrakis, with a cool wind blowing in from the coast. Twilight cast all sorts of pastels in the sky and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Reality was not so kind. This was an evening following the bloody campaign against Sunagakure no Sato. Konohagakure and Kirigakure had been allies in the war, but there was something foul in the air. General Suizuma Kazu had vanished before all her troops were pulled out, leaving Kaguya Kaneki as acting First Captain. The Mizukage ordered his Kirigakure ninja to destroy the rest of the Konohagakure force. His next target was the Hokage. The Hokage, anticipating the betrayal had ordered Field Marashal Uzumaki Kazuto to eliminate the Kirigakure army while they were weak. Only these two now held this information. Their memory had been wiped and nothing was familiar. There were pieces of information that stood out to them. 1.) They didn't belong here 2.) They couldn't leave until the other had been defeated. Mysterious flying machines surrounded them as rain fell with the weight of lead on top of them. Lights focused on each of them and the screams of spectators below. To the average eye, this is a clash between dieties, demons calling upon the powers of hell to destroy. Konohagakure, Sunagakure, Kumogakure, and Otogakure have all fallen, their nations shattering as only Iwagakure and Kirigakure remain. The continent between the two is little more than shattered city states without centralized government. On a certain airship above the ruins of Uzu no Kuni, two ninja from these nations clash in mortal combat. Power & Truth Komochizuki-kumi | Round 1 Battle in the depths of Hi no Kuni! Asenaru Jaegu has tracked clues about the identity of who killed his father on his mission in Konoha years ago. At the same time, Asuka Hikari has learned of an artifact possessed by Baku's last jinchuuriki centuries past before the yokai were sealed away that unlocked limitless power for the demon. Both ninja are lead to a mountaintop sanctuary in which the artifact resides, arriving separately to the central chamber in which the item is held. The artifact is said to been carried here by the one that killed Jaegu's father and must be destroyed to learn the knowledge hidden inside.
