  1. Kage Inga no Jutsu | Shadow Nexus Technique | 影因果の術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Set Trap ] Rank: Jounin Cost: 70 Chakra Effect: Inflicts with 1 turn of "Full Opening; 'Kagemane no Jutsu'". Description: A clever application of the shadow arts, Nara Kaidomaru developed a way to apply his affinity for changing the shape of the earth to his uses of the Kagemane. Kaidomaru figured out that by spreading his shadow out into a grid-like pattern and then slowly rotating that pattern around himself, he could catch a fair number of enemies off guard. They were looking for the fast, violent explosion of shadow that signaled the Kagemane, but by hiding the shadow in the very ground under their feet and spreading it into a wide umbrella, many more were caught by the sheer impossibility of keeping their shadow off the ground. Cost: 2 JP Shin Kage Bunshin no Jutsu | True Shadow Clone Technique | 真影分身の術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Clone ] Rank: Jounin Cost: 350 Chakra Effect: Creates 1 “True Shadow Clone”. True Shadow Clones have 350 Health. True Shadow Clones have 50% of All of the User’s Stats. True Shadow Clones also possess the skill “Nara Shadow Arts”. Anytime a True Shadow Clone would be destroyed, the ninja who destroyed them has a 50% chance to suffer “Full Opening; Kagemane no Jutsu”. Description: Rising from the user’s shadow, a duplicate made entirely of darkness will appear. Made from the user’s shadow, the clone is able to use the arts of the Nara in a similar way their creator could. Connected by the thinnest possible line of shadow, the clone never strays far from the original, and should it score a hit with the Kagemane, it will usually revert back into shadow and pass control to ninja who summoned it. Each jutsu may be used 2 Times per Battle. Restriction: Nara Clan Cost: -3, 15 Post Training ۰ Kagemane no Jutsu | Shadow Imitation | 影真似の術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Hijutsu; Kagemane | Set Trap ] Rank: -- Cost: 120x Chakra Damage: N/A Effects: For this jutsu, X equals the target’s ninja rank (1 Genin; 2 Chunin; etc.). This jutsu is always considered the same rank as it's user. The user may trigger this trap in the same phase they set it, and may end this jutsu as a free action in any phase. During this jutsu the target has their Evasion set to 0 and the user loses 25% of their total Evasion. While this jutsu is active, the user may not perform any action that requires their hands. [Hijutsu; Nara] jutsu the user knows have the [Sealless] tag while this jutsu is active. When this jutsu is successful, and at the start of each of the target’s turn, they must roll a D(100 - E + S), aka the Breakout Roll. For this roll, E is the difference between this jutsu's hit chance (when it succeeded) and the target's dodge roll to evade this jutsu (if no dodge roll was made against this jutsu, their dodge roll is 1). S begins with a value of 0, and after each failed breakout roll, S increases for the rest of the battle by 1/2 of the breakout roll, rounded up (A roll of 61 would increase S by 31). After a breakout roll has been made, a target may choose to pay 5% of their Total Chakra and Stamina to increase S by 10. The target will then proceed with their turn according to the following: 1-25: Target can take no actions that require movement, but all actions have a 60% Fail Chance. 26-50: Target can take no actions that require the legs, but all actions have a 50% Fail Chance. 51-75: Target can move normally, but suffers from “Exposed” for 1 turn. 76-80: Target can move normally, but suffers from “Fazed”. 81+: Freedom! The effects of all [ Hijutsu; Kagemane ] active on the target end. Description: The user, long trained in the art of manipulating their own shadow through chakra, will stretch and swell their shadow however is necessary in order to get it to touch the opponent’s shadow. Immediately once connection is made, the user’s shadow will flow into the enemy’s, causing the user to take possession of it through chakra. The user will then move their body, and as their shadow moves, the user’s chakra that has synched with the opposing shadow will force it to react in a similar fashion. Ultimately, this means that the enemy will be forced to obey the laws of existence, moving in an exact mirror of the user. For the next three turns, anytime the target opponent takes choking damage increase the "Choking" turn counter by 1/15x, rounded down, and if a [Hijutsu; Kagemane] is also active on them increase the value of E in the [Hijutsu; Kagemane] by 1/3x, rounded up. Description: The art of shadow manipulation is more than just capturing an opponent’s shadow. It is to make them fear it. It is to take that shadow and turn it into a weapon.   3. Kage Ito no Jutsu | Shadow Thread Technique | 影糸の術‏ Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara ] Rank: Genin Cost: 65 Chakra Damage: 10 Damage per Strike Effect: Multi-Strike Jutsu with 2 Strikes. If the opponent is hit by either strike of this jutsu, they will suffer “Ensnared” and “Distracted” for 1 Turn. Description: Designed as a rapid-response assault type jutsu, the Kage Ito focuses on a single side of the body. Usually targeting the leg and arm, the user will launch razor sharp threads of shadow towards the opponent, which will pierce through the opponent’s body and anchor them to the ground, slowing their response times in combat. Cost: 4 JP Kage Nui no Jutsu | Shadow Sewing Technique | 影縫いの術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Evolving ] Rank: Chunnin Cost: 150 Chakra Damage: 20 Damage per Strike Effect: Multi-Strike Jutsu with 2 Strikes. Response Phase Jutsu used against this jutsu have an additional 5% chance to fail. If the opponent is hit by either strike of this jutsu, they will suffer “Distracted” “Ensnared” and “Exposed” for 1 Turn. If all three strikes hit, they are instead “Exposed” and “Vulnerable” for 1 Turn. Description: Designed as a rapid-response assault type jutsu, the Kage Nui involves launching many small needles of chakra-laced shadows at an opponent, piercing the skin of the target and sewing them into the ground to prevent further retaliation. The threads arc over and around their victims, inhibiting movement while at the same piercing through armor, skin, or bone with their razor-sharp points. Cost: 5 JP [ Evolving “Kage Ito no Jutsu”; 1 JP ] Kageyose no Jutsu | Shadow Gathering Technique | 影寄せの術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Evolving ] Rank: Jounin Cost: 340 Chakra Damage: 50 Damage Per Strike Effect: Multi-Strike Jutsu with 3 Strikes. This jutsu may be used while "Kagemane no Jutsu" is active. Response Phase Jutsu used against this jutsu have an additional 15% Chance to Fail. The user may add up to 1 Explosive Tag or Small Weapon to each strike of this jutsu without using a Set-Up Phase Action. If the opponent is hit by any Strike of this jutsu, they will suffer “Ensnared” “Exposed” and “Immobilized” for 1 Turn. If they are hit by all 3 Strikes of this jutsu, they suffer “Exposed” “Ensnared” and “Vulnerable” for 1 Turn instead. Description: The term "gathering" in the jutsu's name is generally meant to resemble the same term used in Shougi to represent "Checkmate." With a series of rapid, sharp threads of shadow, the user will exercise the utmost control of their shadow, wrapping the threads around kunai and explosive notes before using them to stab and restrain the enemy. The jutsu culminates with a grand explosion, the enemy ninja the epicenter of the blast as the notes all detonate and attempt to destroy the ninja trapped within. Cost: 8 JP [ Evolving "Kage Nui no Jutsu"; 3 JP ] .:Mathlines:. Kageyose no Jutsu | Shadow Gathering Technique |影寄せの術 Type: Ninjutsu [ Hijutsu; Nara | Evolving ] Rank: Jounin Cost: 335 Chakra Damage: 50 + X Damage per Strike Effect: Multi-Strike Jutsu with 4 Strikes. This jutsu may be used while "Kagemane no Jursu" is active. The user may add any number of Explosive Notes or Small Weapons to this jutsu. ¼ of the combined base damage of these Explosive Note or Small Weapon consumed this way will be added to each strike of this jutsu. This may not exceed damage caps. A single Shield or Barrier of Jounin rank and below and Item Attributes of ninja Jounin Rank or below can only block 75% of each strike's Total Damage, rounded up. If the opponent is hit by 1 Strike of this jutsu, they will suffer “Ensnared” for 1 Turn. If they are hit by 2 Strikes, they will also suffer “Exposed” for 1 Turn. If 3 Strikes hit, they will also suffer “Immobilized” for 1 Turn. If all 4 Strikes hit, they will also suffer from “Vulnerable” for 1 Turn. I considered using up all of the small items was the cost for adding their damage to this jutsu. [ Status Effects ] Immobilized: Your movement is suspended. You can still block and attack opponents in range. You may not use Taijutsu that involve leg movement. You get -50% Evasion. A character may only be afflicted with "Immobilized" for six (6) total turns per battle. Max Duration: 2 turns DP: 50/turn Vulnerable: You lose your next Response Phase. You are not affected by this Status Effect if you were "Vulnerable" in the previous post. A character may only be afflicted with "Vulnerable" for three (3) total turns per battle. Max Duration: 1 turn DP: 50/turn Ensnared: Your Taijutsu have a +50% chance to fail. You get -25% to Speed and cannot move around. Max Duration: 3 turns DP: 25/turn Exposed: You get -50% to base Defense. Max Duration: 1 turn DP: 40/turn
