Twenty years before the NCIA incident occurred, an unknown organization calling itself ‘Monster Hunter Frontier' was brought into this world. Traveling the world, it massed a group of people who loved to hunt, whether it was a hobby, a life, or a job. In a span of one year, this group of people made a small base of operations within the Wild West. Together, these hunters wished to create a place where anybody could hunt to their hearts desire, whether it would be the dangerous wolf, or the rumored large scorpion of the Wind Country or even the mythic Rathalos. So it began, and they would begin by making a large structure that would keep in all these dangerous creatures. In two and a half years, they created their structure; a large circle of pure stone and earth which surrounded 10 kilometers was created in the Wild West in an area which possessed forested and mountainous terrain. The walls were made 5 meters wide, and an estimated height of one hundred meters. The structure had three gates, one facing north-east, one south east, and one directly west. In addition within those two and half years, the people of Monster Hunter Frontier had massed some creatures to hunt that they were capable of containing. These creatures of course were adapt to the type of environment within the structure which was called the Monster Hunter Frontier. They came in all shapes and sizes, killer bees, giant boars, tusked leopards, poisonous spiders, large snakes, and so on. These creatures were the ones that the hunters themselves could transport, and were not very hard to kill for them, but transporting anything bigger was to hard to contain when traveling.

As another year passed, the organization grew in members and in popularity, and the organization founders began finding ways in order to transport larger creatures within Monster Hunter Frontier. With the help of a shinobi who was interested with Monster Hunter Frontier and enjoyed the hunt, he developed a way in order to transport the beasts they wanted almost instantly. It was rather simple actually, the shinobi developed a technique which would summon a creature the same way as Kuchiyose no Jutsu with the help of a tag that would be attached to the creature that the hunter wanted. The technique required no sacrificial entity to summon the creature, just simply placing the tag on the creature and performing the jutsu. The only problem with this was that the creatures could only be summoned at one time and it took another year in which anyone would be capable of using this ‘technique' to transport larger creatures effectively. The shinobi created two tags, one that one be attached to the creature and one that would be the host for the attached tag in which the creature would be summoned to. After blood was put on the attached tag (which was done before attaching it to the creature) all that was left to do was to put the same blood on the host tag and the creature would be summoned in exactly five minutes after placing the blood on the tag, giving people a chance to get away before the creature was summoned.

A total of five years had passed in order for Monster Hunter Frontier to make it foundation in this world. And it continued to grow and prosper for the next fifteen years as the greatest hunting community ever made. During such years, the Monster Hunter Frontier worked hard to please its members, bringing bigger, badder, and nastier monsters to the Monster Hunter Frontier.

At first, the Monster Hunter Frontier Organization may be fraught upon as being unreal or fake, mostly because of the monsters it says it possesses. But do not be fooled, Monster Hunters who have the passion for hunting know the real truth, and all those little bed time stories that were told of large dragonic creatures are just cover ups from the truth, the inexplicable truth of what rarities that world can truly offer, both good and bad. These monsters are also not your normal 'tell in the dark tale', these monsters are ferocious who do not look at you to frighten you like a ghost, but look at your as their next meal or snack.

Monster Hunter Frontier is an Organization and a named place.

Monster Hunter Frontier is an Intra Village Organization, but bears very little allegiance to the villages and shinobi. Rather, it is a hobby which people can take and is not restricted to just shinobi, but to whoever decides to join. Because Monster Hunter Frontier is a neutral organization, and bares no ties or affiliation with any village, some members of the organization remove themselves from Monster Hunter Frontier in order to cooperate with intra village activities such as war. This is because the priorities within Monster Hunter Frontier are very low, and it is an option rather than an requirement to come to Monster Hunter Frontier and participate in its activities.

Monster Hunter Frontier does not cooperate with missing-nin, rouges, and criminals and therefore are not considered an Extra Village Organization, but they do not do background checks.

Monster Hunter Frontier settles all unlawful acts that it may or may not have made, or may have been accused of peacefully and negotiably, and NEVER uses forceful actions.

Monster Hunter Frontier brings monsters from all across the world, mixing up what you can hunt, and enabling you to test your abilities against creatures.

Monster Hunter Frontier is NOT a shinobi based organization, therefore it does not teach and condones the use of jutsu, but there are no rules against using jutsu.

These are the basics for this Organization, if it gets approved, I'd love any help from the staff and members to continue this organization in its base. *Since I am willingly to pay for it* and to sum up what I would like to do with this Organization RP wise, here it is. Monster Hunter Frontier will act almost as a second party to being a shinobi, you are still a shinobi and etc, but the sole reason you are a member of Monster Hunter Frontier is to hunt dangerous animals/creatures/monsters, almost as a hobby. Being within the the Organization, you will be allowed to travel to its base and hunt there. Hunting will work sort of like a mission, you will be briefly guided by an NPC, and will fight a monster of the NPC choosing, or perhaps even a on die roll. These will be Stat battles and your level will be modified in the choosing of the opposing monster, meaning you won't be fighting something that is way above your level where you have no chance of winning but also won't be fighting something that is a "1 hit kill". In addition there will always be times where you fight more then one monster. In a simple sense, its almost as if going on a small guest in order to obtain something legendary, in this case, its going through a bunch of small creatures in order to get a big nasty creature and hope for a reward. *Yes, I plan to have rewards!!*. But, I would also like to let you know that this organization is a great supporter of having multiple members in one hunt! Meaning the more people, the better! And easier on you! Of course, this is still a WIP, so any help, ideas, comments would be really great.
