Missions issued by this organisation have the following rewards:- D Rank: 75 XP, $150 - C Rank: 200 XP, $300 - B Rank: 450 XP, $600 - A Rank: 900 XP, $1200 Organization History: Established in the summer of 2017 AA as a lone courier situated only within Kumo and, at that, only between businesses in the marketing district, Nankan Ryousei; only fifteen years old at the time had aspirations of building an empire. The boy had very little money and as such, it was years before he could hire his first employee; whose name is lost to the annals of history. These two worked tirelessly, their efforts not going unnoticed; they drew in the attention of other youths, all becoming a part of the business and all working under the Nankan. So it began... The service they supplied only aided their growth; the businesses whose contracts they'd taken on soon became affiliates, opening doors to more business. More growth. The dozens of employees Ryousei once had become hundreds; he, himself never stopped making deliveries, he'd be an active representative of his company. Though dubbed Ryo Industries from its conception, it wasn't until thirty years after that the company really saw a change. Businesses that were once hiring out the services of Ryousei were now being bought and reshaped by his entrepreneurial mind. The fusing of several smiths together with a custom built factory not far from Kumogakure brought about the trade of ninja tools. Before then, the tools were made with no particular standard about them, Ryou knowing from first hand experience; as he'd handled the various instruments before from many separate smiths. It is the legacy of Nankan Ryousei that brought about the standardisation and mass production of the shuriken, the kunai knife and even the senbon needle among others. However, he is largely unaccredited for it as other than on the production side of the matter, it was and remains to be a little known fact that local blacksmiths don't even make all of their own stock. Expanding into other markets, the Ryo brand was steadily increasing in popularity; they'd only to expand beyond, into what was dubbed the ‘wild west'. Close to fifty years later; following the passing of the first Nankan Ryousei, his son, Nankan Ryousei II took the reins of the company as a duck to water; unfazed by the prospect of living in his father's shadow, he proved that nothing was lost in the passing of his father; Ryo Industries seemed to be a nigh unstoppable force. Today is a different story; after the advent of the NCIA and many of the affliates, suppliers and the keepers of the bought companies under the Ryo umbrella pulled away from the powerhouse; leaving it naked, without its founder; possibly the only man who'd be able to recover from this predicament, the only man who could save his namesake. Nankan Ryousei II, with his family and many board members fled once the war on shinobi was being fought. Their whereabouts are unknown. Given that the NCIA is abolished, some prophesise the return of Ryo Industries, though there are sceptics.
