Peregine Posted March 2, 2019 Share Posted March 2, 2019 Don't see a WIP tag on this, so I'm commenting. -Missing JP and a Description, but otherwise the maths checks out. -Second sentence of your Effect lne could use some cleaning, since you're missing a word or two I think. -Cost will need to be specified as Chakra.
